I was thinking something else but when i read precap all my thought gone blank
Then i was like what..?
Khushi reached at tanvi's place means Shyam could have tell her about his and tanvi's plan to seperate them.. But now shyan is positive about arnav n khushi's relation so he informed khushi's about tanvi's plan so that he can save their relation before misunderstanding arise btw them

I hope there wont any misunderstanding n this Tanvi 's drama ll full stop here
