The concept of Amnesia is great because it allows the thinking mind to take a backseat and explore the emotional reactions and true feelings of the heart. This actually appears to be your forte since you are showing the thoughts and feelings of the protagonists beautifully.

Yes, indeed everyone thinks that Khushi is Sameera.. N since she has no memory of her life before the accident, she only knows the few acquaintances who came to meet her at the hospital and I repeat, she tries to remember them but she can't!

So actually she knows NK because he had come to visit her at the hospital

Hope that u're less confused now😊
