Part 44:

Anjali: WHats this Mumma..

Asha: I wanted you all to wear these Sarees today for the Pooja but I couldnt give you all then.. I had bought it yesterday when I was out with my friends.. If you all like it, then wear it now.. Or else thats fine..

They opened the bags and saw .. Anjali was gifted a Blue Saree which was Shyam's favourite colour.. Payal a Green one as per Akash's cboice and Khushi a RED saree.. (The Diwali one) Which was obviously Arnav's Turn On colour for her..

Khushi: RED Saree? (She asked surprisingly looking at Asha)

Asha: Hmm.. Chotte's favourite colour.. Any problem?

Khushi: No.. I mean.. Its very nice.. Thanks Aunty..

She left the room with the Bag and came inside her room. She saw Arnav and Akash sitting on the bed and working , discussing something and then typing some email.. Arnav saw her once and then ignored her.. He continued talking to Akash..

Khushi: Umm Akash.. Everyone down has asked you both to get ready.. We need to leave in an hour..

Akash: Yes Khushi.. Just 15 minutes and we will finish..

Khushi smiled and walked inside the bathroom to wear this Red Saree.. Akash and Arnav finished their work and Akash left for his room. Arnav started getting ready inside his room as she was in the bathroom and he couldnt go in.. He wore his Green Shirt and Black Suit over it.. No waist coat.. He looked dashing as usual.. ( The same look he had in Diwali Episode).. He was brushing his hair when she came out of the bathroom wearing the Red Saree.. She didnt look at him.. She behaved as if she was fine wearing this in front of him and his presence or his gaze on her didnt mattered at all.. Though this was not the case..

Arnav didnt even blink seeing her in Red.. She was at the bed wearing her Red Bangles and adjusting her Mangal Sutra which was stuck in her hair behind.. She was trying to place it back but was unable to do so.. She hissed in pain when she pulled her hair accidently that were stuck to the Mangal Sutra.. He immediately moved a step ahead to help her and then he stopped. He remembered last night..He didnt wanted her to feel more uncomfortable with him around.. He left the room. SHe could see his hesitation to talk to her, or be with her.. Everything looked so fine till yesterday.. But only one night changed it all.. How could he even think of stepping into the next level without even waiting for her to confess what she truely wanted.. And he was all dominating yesterday.. His bold words of wanting to taste her with his lips, still sent shiver in her spine.. She gulped once not wanting to think anything about that now and started getting ready..

Arnav was waiting outside his Car talking to Akash.. He had to telll Akash about the Surprise Party and give him the Resort location details as they all couldnt travel in one Car.. So Akash would be driving Mama, Maami, Payal and Nani with him in his Car and Asha, Anjali, Shyam, Arnav and Khushi would be in Arnav's Car.. This was decided.. Eevryone started coming out getting ready.. Anjali , Payal also had worn the same Sarees which Asha gifted.. Khushi was still not down..Akash left the House driving with his Family and Arnav and the rest waited for Khushi to come out..

She hurridlly came down and Anjali and Asha were all lost seeing her beauty.. She looked like a Red Fairy today.. Arnav had already seen her inside the room so her charm though wasnt new to him, he still couldnt help admiring her.. Shyam could see Arnav looking at Khsuhi so lovingly and he smiled..

Shyam: Saale Sahab.. I hope you would be able to drive the Car today.

Arnav came back to his senses.. Anjali too was blushing hearing her husband teasing Chotte..

Anjali: Mumma.. Today amongst we all your Bahu is truely looking gorgeous.. Hai naa?

Asha smiled and then sat inside the Car at the backseat.. Anjali and Khushi sat with her.. Shyam and Arnav at the front..

The entire journey of 50kms was much silent.. Asha could sense her son not even looking at the front mirror to see Khushi in Red.. Till yesterday he wasnt like that.. Surely something must have happened.. They must have fought.. But their Cat and Dog fights would never extend to this extent that they start feeling ackward in each others presence.. Asha was a experienced lady.. She had seen all these kinds of fights before.. But the way these two behaved was much like the fight was not verbal.. but a bit Physical..

Did Arnav try to do something with her physically which she didnt like? If this was the case, she would have left the house today and never step back here.. But she was still here and upon that she still wore the RED saree which was his favourite colour.. Why?

Asha was very confused.. Shyam and Arnav were talking business again in the Car and Anjali was getting bored.. She pinched Shyamm from behind asking him to change the topic to something else to which he did change..

Everyone got down the Car when they reached the Resort.. The Resort was very well decorated and there was a big Board where "Happy Birthday Mumma" was written.. And Asha was so touched to read it.. So her Son had planned this Surprise Party here.. So sweet she thought... Everyone from the Family were happy seeing this surprise party.. Asha held Arnav's hand and he took his Mumma and the rest of the Family inside.. All the guests were waiting for the B'day girl to come.. As soon as Asha entered in, everyone started wishing her and she was fully engrossed with her friends now taking gifts from them..

Arnav was now standing with Akash at the corner talking something and his eyes were searching Khushi.. The Resort manager came to Khushi and told her something and left.. She started searching for Arnav now.. She saw him with Akash and she walked towards them. She didnt feel comfortable though to go to him.. But she had to.. Afterall they both had made the arrangements here.. She couldnt take any other persons help..She came to him and stopped..

Khushi: Umm.. The Manager wants to know something about what kind of Music we will prefer here..

Arnav looked at her and replied..

Arnav: Anything.. You like..

Khushi: Its Aunty's birthday.. Not mine.. (She said looking down..)

Thats when he realised how uncomfortable they are talking to each other.. He left Akash and Khushi there and walked to the Manager giving his preferences..

The Lights were Dim now and the music changed to a soft one.. Every couple went on the dance floor for a Ball dance.. Arnav came back to Akash.. Khushi was talking to him and Payal now..

Payal: Akash.. How romantic music.. Come lets dance..

Akash: Sure..

They left . Khushi was about to leave from there when Anjali came and stopped her..

Anjali: Khushi.. Where are you going? Today is Mumma's b'day.. Everyone should dance.. Come on.. Chotte take her..

Arnav: Di.. Thats ok.. I mean I dont want to..

Anjali: Thats not fair Chotte.. Whats wrong? Be sportive.. Come..

She pulled Arnav and Khushi's hand together and made them walk to the Dance floor. She then left them and waited there only gesturing Arnav to hold Khushi's waist and then start dancing.. He smiled.. He looked at Khsuhi who was in no mood to get touched by him. Anjali was pulled by Shyam and she started dancing with him forgetting this couple.. Khushi saw Anjali dancing and not noticing them anymore.. She was about to move down from the dance floor before he could touch her.. But.. She was pulled by her hand by him and she hit hard on his chest.. They had an inch gap between their faces.. And she looked at him in his eyes..

Arnav: If you think after wearing this Red Saree, after almost turning me On like last night, you can ignore me.. Then forget it Khushi.. I too first thought of ignoring you today.. But what you wearing made this seem impossible..

Khushi: Arnav.. Just let me go.. Please..

Arnav: I will.. But not untill we finish this dance..

He pushed her by his hand still holding her and then again pulled her on him and this time holding her bare waist.. She shivered when he touched her there.. All the last night memories filled her mind again.. She held his shoulder for support and he bend her down to lean on his leg making sure they didnt leave their hands.. (SOme random steps that these two did in Teri Meri Song).. He rolled her on his finger and made her back hit his chest and slid his hand on her Bare belly again making her breathe hard and she closed her eyes... Asha was standing at a little distance from them but her eyes were only on her Son and Bahu.. Their facial expressions clearly revealed that the Physical Sparks are On between them.. ANd this was the reason why they tried to ignore each other.. They were feeling ackward and uncomfortable of each others touch but at the same time they needed their touch desperately.. And seeing KHushi so lost in Arnav, Asha could clearly understand she had started to fall for him.. WHich meant she wont be leaving RM for sure after the next 18 days...

Arnav and Khushi were now ball dancing slowly, looking in each others eyes.. They were so lost in each other. He touched a strand of her hair and tucked it behind her ear. And then started caressing his finger once again on her forehead, her eyes, her nose and finally her lips.. She had closed her eyes after feeling his finger again on her skin after last night.. She held his Shirt tightly not wanting to shiver once again in his arms.. She could already feel something inside her belly like last night after which she had becaome wet.. And today knowing where they are she didnt wanted to be in the same position.. She immediately opened her eyes and then pushed him.. He wa shocked.. She first liked what all he did and then she pushed him just like that? No way.. He couldnt take it at all. He pulled her by her nape on him and she looked shockingly in his eyes..

Arnav: Let me kiss you Khushi..

She was so much confused hearing this.. He wanted to kiss her ? How could he ask this to her after knowing she is interested in all this as of now.. She didnt reply but continued looking in his eyes..

Arnav: I repeat Khushi.. I want to kiss you.. Right now.. Can I kiss you OR not?
