But the 23 includes KC as well and she has made it pretty evident that she doesn't want Chapter 27 as badly as I do... So excluding her, that makes it 23 again!

p.s. I believe you about the 23/24 readers - i dont know what it is about the last update of 300 - i have never received that many requests to update that one - some even wanted a update before fate-mate - and i was like - what the??
