Mayank lifted his gaze at her,his emotions veering between fear and joy,The fear of loosing her again what if she left him again.Nupur stared back in those eyes, his eyes burning with feverish Jubilation,her heart pounded faster,holding her breath she took steps towards him. A smile touched the corners of his sensual lips as he saw her coming towards him.he felt as she was coming back to in his life for forever.Nupur gasped moving close to his bed she could see Love lit in those eyes But what if it doesn't love? What if he has not the same feeling for me like I've ?i couldn't bear it. A lump formed in her throat and She breath deeply without making sound.i will teach him how to Love'Her heart made an impulsive decision and the corner of her lips turned into a smile.

Mayank eyes dropped at her lips curling into a smile and his heart thud but the very next moment a strange fear,confusion engulfed his heart, Did she really kiss me or it was my illusion?is she really come back for me?

I'll not let her go this time and I'll prove I love her truly,madly from my all heart, my soul and I'll make her mine not Forcefully But Willingly for forever.his lips curled into a determined,content smile.

"Shilpa,please come with me,I've to talk to you"Rajeev signaled her through his eyes looking at them and she understood they should give a couple some time alone.

"Okay,let's go"she bent down and kissed on Mayank's forehead. "We'll be back soon"she smiled giving him another peck and Mayank slightly moved his lashes..

As the door shut behind them,Nupur heart thuds thousandth time in just mere second,she was aware of his eyes on her,The queasiness in her belly grew worse and she gasped taking steps closer to him.

"How're you feeling now?"she regarded him with concern and shivered under the lazy caress of his intense eyes. "i---am feeling good now"his words were choking due to the pain that still hitting in his brain. "Don't speak much its not good for your health"Realizing her mistake she panicked as Doctor had told them due to head injury Mayank wouldn't speak flawlessly,he'll face difficulty in speaking long sentence.A smile touched his lips to see her concern.

"okay"he whispered staring back in her eyes and her heart fluttered beating uncountable times and the blush touched the flesh of her cheek making her more nervous than she was already .

"Ah!!"a moan escaped from his lips and a sudden sharp pain hit in his head,she rushed close to him and sat beside him on bed, "What happened Mayank?are you fine?"she leaned on him touching and caressing his cheeks concernedly and he opened his eyes slowly feeling the same soft touch again on his skin reducing his pain and his eyes met with those eyes seeing great panic,concern in them, "Now I am fine" a whispered escaped from his lips and she stared back at him and a shy smile touched her lips,her heart throbbing like a wild winter storm and she dropped her eyes getting the meaning of his words.A content rushed through into his veins as he saw his effect on her,dropping the great urge to gather her in his arms and love her again and again he composed himself as he couldn't break the beautiful moment,he didn't want her to think even for a moment he'd lusty feeling for her.he wanted her to feel his love,Only Love. "Nupur!!!" He brushed away the lock of hair trapped between her lips Had that been stuck in her mouth the whole time? She hadn't even noticed.and she lifted her gaze at him shuddering under his intense gaze, "Thanks-- for coming back-- into my life"The low rumble of his voice filled her heart with happiness,Something flickered in the dark pools of his eyes. Something raw and emotional may be Love,her heart fluttered to think that and she could just smile in reply holding her racing beat,confident her flushed cheeks had lost some color.

"I've been --lost all hopes --to see-- you again--i thought you'll --never come back- again" the low timbre of his voice prickling her spine. She stared back into his eyes and felt immense grief in them. "How could I leave yo'I mean I couldn't leave Shilpa aunty,Rajeev uncle at this moment,they needed me" she bit her lower lip realizing what she was going to say, "Thanks-for being-here with us" he said again in a husky drawl, eyes dark and penetrating.There was disappointment in his voice. She heard it clearly.she looked for the answer .The answer to one query why did he feel disappointed ??

Breath trapped in her throat as he took her hand in his hands, making her shiver and her heart throb. A whip of heat lashed her skin as he curled his fingers around hers, "Promise me,you'll never leave me again"he looked so exhausted,helpless and she swallowed a few gulps of air, "Promise.I won't" she wrapped her fingers around him and smiled.

"Now you take rest"she moved away a bit adjusting the cover, "Nupur!!!"

A slow whisper distracted her thoughts and raised her already unstable heart beat "Hmm"

She gazed up at him.

"can we be friends?"
