I don't think either of them are actually at fault for their fight. Arnav was just insecure about his feelings while Khushi was upset about his plan, but neither intended to hurt each other.

I'm glad there's a Tanya character coming, though I hope she doesn't hurt Arnav. It'll give K/A a much needed break and maybe she'll finally realize his worth
