Arnav sat on his knees, tears running down his face, eyes closed. "Khushi", he screamed. He opened his eyes and said, "No, Khushi, I can't let you die". He ran to one side and looked down; it was a steep cliff.. and he couldn't even see the bottom. "Khushi", he screamed again. He ran to the other side and put his hands on his head. There was no sight of her anywhere. "No, no, no, this cant be happening. After all that we have been through, I cant lose her this way. Please, please, come back to me Khushi. I need you. I can't live without you! Khushi", he closed his eyes and collapsed onto his knees, his head in his hands.

Suddenly he heard a man's scream. He turned around to a knife fall from Lallan's hand as he collapsed on his knees, putting his hands on his head, blood pouring down his face. He looked up and saw Khushi standing behind him with the same wooden log in her hand. She saw Arnav and dropped the wooden log. He stood up and walked towards her. She stood frozen, her lips trembling, a smile appearing on her face, as tears streamed down her face. He reached her and put his arms around her and pressed her body to his. She burst into tears as she put her arms around him. They stood hugging each other. He pulled away and wiped her tears away. "Don't cry, Khushi. I am fine. Everything will be fine." "Arnavji", Khushi stammered. "You.. I can't believe.. you.. are.. " she touched the wound on his cheek. Arnav took her face in his hands. "I thought.. I lost you forever, Khushi.. what if I had lost you.. what would I.. don't you dare scare me like that again, ok? Don't you dare.." he screamed at her and she smiled and asked softly, "Why?" Arnav looked at her, with his eyes wide. "Tell me, Arnavji. Why does it matter?" Arnav hugged her and tears ran down his cheeks. "Because I can't live without you, Khushi." Khushi put her arms around him and burst into tears, with a big smile on her face. She pulled away, took his face in her hands and pressed her lips against his. He was surprised, but he kissed her back, passionately; moments that they spent together flashing in their minds. She put her arms around his waist and pressed her chest tightly against his as if she was afraid that he might leave her again. Finally when they pulled away, breathless, he took her face in his hands, kissed her forehead and looked into her eyes. "I love you, Khushi". He didn't have to hear anything from her; the smile that appeared on her face and the lone tear that escaped down her cheek, leaving a twinkle in her eye said it all. He bent down and took her in his arms and walked into the sunset!

Ok, now you might think? Khushi kissed him first? Well, the guy took such a long time to tell her he loved her.. you think he might kiss her now.. she didn't want to wait.. so she kissed him first.. I don't see any problem with that.. do you.. wouldn't you jump and kiss Arnav if he told you he couldn't live without you??? 😆
