that was a very emotional piece... arnav's love, remorse and desperation came through loud and clear... lovely to see amma, buaji and payal stand up for khushi and all her sacrifices... nk is a true friend to both khushi and arnav... I can understand mamiji's anger and have had a soft spot for her since she stood up for anjali and arnav... her questioning arnav as to why he didn't share his pain with her was quite moving: the woman he had never understood inspite of living with her for years. "Next time something happens, Mami, I will come to you immediately and tell you.", he made a weak attempt to tease her. Mami looked at his wry look, and punched him gently, rubbing the spot she had touched with gentle hands. this says a lot about their relationship
love how well you've incorporated scenes from the show in your storyline... the whole mandir scene was poignant yet superbly penned, especially arnav admitting that he can't do without her and asking for the sindoor... what a way to accept that khushi is his wife in every sense of the word! this gesture means a lot coming from a man who wasn't willing to give her the respect a wife deserves : he would never accord her the place or respect of his wife. what a painful reminder!
like arnav, I also love hearing khushi call him 'arnavji'... so damn cute😍! injecting humor into an intense scene was a nice touch and very realistic: "As though someone has beaten me with the baton used to wash clothes, and left me to dry..." "I wish I could have seen you hitting Shyamji.", she sighed. "I have often wanted to hit him myself, but...", her disappointment came across clear and loud. khushi is an original!
the conclusion touched my heart, it was that moving and apt!

Hi!

Its wonderful. Love how you have kept the underlying essence of the story and the characters intact in your take of the scenario. Loved the dry humour.

If only the CVs can give us a script one third as good, we will all be dancing about the upcoming track.
