I have a suspicion as to why Khushi is all set to leave Arnav and Shiv but I will wait for the story to unfold and of course the romantic in me wants Khushi to tell Arnav everything because two can bear a burden much better together than each one separately.

I think Arnav deserves to know. It's only fair.
