NOTE

So...how are you all? Well, I know I havent updated Finally! in a while but I have reasons...

And the reasons are that Finally! was supposed to be my stress buster for myself and for all of you as we went through the daily struggles of ArHi, more magnified over the last few months.

However, certain issues came up with the favourites of every writer - the silent readers who would not give any indication that they are reading the story, liking/disliking it except the number of views which I personally find extremely amazingly annoying and irritating.

Imagine a situation where you have a 100 views, 30 Likes and 20 comments. Its disheartening and very demotivating.

This led to Finally! being discontinued but certain loyal readers and friends succeeded in their demand for getting it back but on a restricted blog.

Which led to a mildly amusing and dare I say, slightly gratifying, situation of the so called silent readers speaking up and how. I adored the sort of hate messages, btw.

They stood up, they PMed, they commented, they told me how terrible I was, they told me how selfish I was being and yada yada yada and I sincerely gave two hoots because thats what every writer goes through when she/he writes Author's Notes about lack of comments and Likes and gets response to only that chapter and then the things go back to as they were.

Its insulting and annoying and selfish and not to mention demotivating for the writer.

If you are reading a story, pressing the 'Like' button is not that hard. Giving two words of constructive criticism if you dont like the story isnt hard. Its what you owe to the writer and the story, specially if you are in fact enjoying it.

Anyway, this story was meant for being a stressbuster but over the past few weeks became a great point of stress for me.

And because I dont believe in being dishonest with my writing, I am willing to post the last two chapters here and the next chapters as they come if people are willing to read it with the above note in mind.

So tell me...do you want Finally! back here?
