She was ready and wore a white dress(the one which she wore when Swayam adjusted her duppatta).She wouldn't store dresses that old but this was special.To live up to her diva image she had to revamp her wardrobe very often.But there were some special dresses in white which she'd never throw.She'd preserve them for life.She couldn't separate them from her.They were an important part of her life.She never thought a dress would become so important to her.She finally got call.She started getting down the stair with her head lowered.No one told her to lower her head which actually depicts the shyness of a girl.Here the case was different.She was sad.She didn't to see that guy's face.No guy would even come close to her Swayam.His hair.His eyes.His height.His fingers.She was weird.She always urged to hold his hand close to her.She loved Swayam's fingers.She loved how his fingers were fair than his arms.This would make her mad.Her mom led her to the sofa.She sat there without looking at the guy's face.Meanwhile she heard someone talk.
Person(guy's dad): lagta hai mere bete ko aapki beti pasand aa gayi...tabhi toh dekhiye kaise gurr raha hai
Guy: Dad ..please...(a little angry)
Sharon:to herself...ye dad kisko utakar le kar aaye...dekhe bina hi mujhe pasand karta hai ??? zaroor koi despo hoga (with her head still lowered)
Dad: Sharon ...
Sharon:(finally raised her head to see the guy)What she saw was the best thing.She hadn't seen him this close since a few months.The first thing she wanted to do was to slap him for maintaining distance from her.She loved his company.She loved him.Not every person would know how to confess love.He knew it.She didn't.She couldn't say that she loved him but she always loved him.She did.She somehow was happy to see him.She started praying that she would get married to him.She had tears.She was happy to see him.She felt complete.
Sharon's dad saw the tears and felt sad that he was forcing her and decided not to force her.He wanted to talk to her.They excused themselves.
In Sharon's room
DAD: tumhe ladka pasand hai..???
She: Yes,Dad.This was the best gift you could ever give me.
Dad: Sharon I wouldn't force you.I've decided ...I'm going to cancel the engagement.
She: Dad nahi...I want to get married to him...I seriously do.
Dad: Nahi..
She: parrr...dad...
Dad: Sharon I'm sorry I forced you.You need not do anything for me.When I saw tears in your eyes ..I knew you are not happy.
Sharon: Nahi dad...I'm happy...(gave a big smile)
Dad: par...
Sharon:...Dad woh...you always wanted to know the guy whom I liked ...Dint you??
Dad: yeah...par ..why are you talking about him now
Sharon: Dad woh ...he's here.He's that guy...
Dad: what??
Sharon: yeah...dad please do something...and get me married to him...I know he'd say no to keep me happy.But he doesn't know that I love him...(started crying)
Dad: It's ok ...I will do something beta ...dont cry.
In the hall
Swayam couldn't believe that he was in Sharon's house.He was scared.She would hate him for this.Had he known he was coming to Sharon's house he would have convinced his dad.He too had a hard time making his dad understand that he was healing from a relation which he hadn't even started but the pain was immense.Dad's are fussy.They are.No one can make them understand.He hated himself for not listening to his dad when he told who the girl was.He hated it.Shit,he thought.Swayam thought he would say no.
Meanwhile Sharon and her dad entered hall.Sharon's dad was happy that Sharon finally told him who the guy was.
PRECAP:
SWAYAM: Woh Sharon...I'm sorry I didn't know that we were heading to your house
SHARON: Thats fine...Swayam...(softly)
SWAYAM: (observing her tone) what ?? you are fine with me being here??(confused)
SHARON: you don't have any problem with the marriage ???
SWAYAM: (thinking to himself...mujhe problem kyun hogi...I've always wanted it) Dont you know the answer Sharon ???
SHARON: what ???
