Omg shay I freaking love you for this update :))) I loved every single part of it from the time that Akash was observing Khushi to Arnav's self promise. It was truly wonderful :) I love how people are scared of Payal Gupta if only her character was like this in the show :/ I loved how Arnav hid underneath the desk to escape our Paayalias wrath! I'm happy that Khushi talked to Akash about her and Arnav's bachpan:) I'm sure she must have felt a little better after that! Thanks for the update girlie :)

well so akash also knows of their strianed relation
or more like what arnie did to her
that he never told her he was still alive
that he kept himself away from her
and how she lost her best friend and her pillar of strenght in one go
now akash knows what they meant to each other
but what did he want to tell khushi before payal came
what was there that akash could have said to make things better for khushi
well it looks as if arnie is getting deeply affected by khushi again
seems as if this used to happen beofre too but not at this intensity i guess
so arnie hid from payal
why what the hell did that achieve
and dude since when have you started hiding from ppl but it was funny nonetheless
aww payal had come to say sorry and she did
and akash was being teased mercilessly by the gupta sisters right
and thats where arnie realised what he had lost even more
but then this is all due to him only
had he not done what he did he too would have been there with her laughing and joking

Great update, Like how Akash seems to be so in-tune with her emotions (unlike Arnav!) It's really great that you have made Akash into a normal being who is interested in Kushi as he works closely with her, as well as in some kind of relationship with his family. (It was bizarre how their relationship was in the show!)

As for Arnav, I really don't feel even though he seems to be jealous and suffering, that he even understands or has begun to realize the consequences of/for his actions. Yeah, so he is going to give her the time she needs, for whom? For himself! Right now he looks very selfish, whatever angle you look at him from. I think he should go through the same emotions that Kushi went through during those five years. Hell, those were her entire teen years! I just can't get over the fact that he stole the most precious part of her life away from her. And then to almost do it TWICE!!! I shudder to think what might have happened were it not for Akash and his timely arrival!

Really, the only way he can redeem himself would be if he goes through the same feelings and emotions she went through. Then he would know. He would know how she felt. How she had to live life without breathing. How hopeless her life felt, how much dread she had to face. How mechanical she became and how her life got sucked out of her. Because of him. His selfish being. His uncaring attitude. His betrayal. Actually, I'm thinking there is really nothing he can do to atone himself to her. He did that (killed her) not once, but twice! How can anyone forgive someone like that? No matter how much they love him? He cares only for himself. She could have been raped...

That was a lovely chapter Shay!

It was s nice to have Arnav realize to what extent he has damaged his relationships with the people in his life, especially Khushi.

Now he'll know what to work for!

Hey, babe .. alright, since you're being such a good girl, I didn't want to give you a reason to come after me with a baseball bat and melons, so here I am, with a proper comment, on the whole story. I know he deserves it, to make him understand just how deeply he cut her, just how he affected her, and this is self-punishment he's inflicting on himself, just as much as, well, the start of atonement for what he's done, but CAN YOU SEE HIM STANDING THERE ALONE??!!!!

Alright, I'm better now that I've gotten that out of my system 😆 I'm still in withdrawal ... 😆 Your word play is so amazing the rather than reading a story, I'm actually watching it happen, and it's such a beautiful scene, every scene. Thank you for letting Aakash stand in his own right in this one, it makes me feel so much better 😃
