Atul was walking in the room...he was getting restless minute by minute because what Shilpa said that he was back. It meant a storm for Shilpa's life, if he would be really back then it will be very difficult to become Shilpa again normal. The last time she gave all her hopes up and she just wanted to hug the darkness around her. Death was the only thing what was right for her but not this time. Atul won't let her give up this time, he will be with her and he will protect her sister from the devil

As Armaan walked in the room he saw Atul passing around and he was in deep thought. Armaan knew he was worried for her and so he spoke in a low tone "Hey Champ she will be fine...I think u should go home...u need rest." "Nahi Armaan...I will not leave her alone...not this time...I will be with her." "I know Champ but u need rest and I can be with her." Atul looked up and narrowed his eyes at Armaan. Armaan quickly spoke "I mean u can go home and I will look after her and I have also night shift so..." "No Armaan it's okay but I can't go home and sleep in peace, if I know she is in pain." Atul hold Shilpa's hand tight and said "Please tell everybody to leave...they all need rest and they shouldn't worry about me or Shilpa." Armaan looked at him and nodded and then he left the room. He straight went to the others and said that they should go at home so everybody left soon but except of Riddhima and Sid. They were in Riddhima's cabin. "Kya hua Riddhima." "Nothing Sid...I am thinking about Shilpa. I was always soo rude to her...I never thought that she went through such a horrible situation in her life." "Riddhima look at me." Sid held Riddhima's chin and made her to look at him into his eyes. For a moment their eyes locked. She could see the concern in his eyes but soon she looked away when she remembered how she behaved with Shilpa. Sid spoke again "Look jaan I know u are very sad about what happened between u and Shilpa but it's not late u can apologize to her when she is fine...okay and she is not angry and nor she hates u...soo please can we go home it's late and tomorrow we have duty." He gave one of his cutest smiles to her and she smiled back "You are right I will apologize to her and come let's go home." She held Sid's hand tightly and walked out of her cabin.

Armaan was checking his patients but his thoughts went again and again to Shilpa. It was very awful for him to see Shilpa like this. He was very angry at her how can she do that and she not even thought about me, Atul or anybody else. Soon Atuls's words were ringing in Armaan's ears and he made a tight fist. Armaan could have killed this monster who was the reason for Shilpa's condition.

It was 3 am and Armaan shift was over but before he goes home, he wanted to check on Shilpa so he went there.

Atul reminded that he has to call someone and so he got up from his seat and went outside the ICU

Atul took his mobile phone and dialed a number "Hey it's me Atul. There is a bad news, Shilpa tried again to kill herself. She was saying he is back. Please come to Mumbai, Shilpa needs u here and yaah bring her with u. Okey tomorrow ur here, then see u bye.

Atul cut the call and went away but he didn't know that someone was listening to them and it was none other than Armaan

Armaan thought 'With who was Champ talking and why need Shilpa him...him is he her boyfriend...no this can't happen...no'

He didn't know why but he was angry at the thought that Shilpa could have a boyfriend. Furious he went home and went straight to his bed.

Armaan saw a very beautiful girl in a red saree, it was his favorite color. But he couldn't see the girls face because her back was facing him. Soon she turned around. Armaan's breath got stuck, he was so mesmerized by her beauty that he forgot to breath. He could never think that Shilpa can look so beautiful. He had no more the control over himself. He wanted her to hold her in his arms forever so he went near her but before he could reach her another guy appeared and held her left hand. That guy knelt down and spoke in a flirty tone "Shilpa today u are looking soo beautiful, hot and sexy in this red sauce color saree. I want to ask u something may I?" She smiled and nodded at him. "Miss Shilpa Malhotra will u Marry me and will u be forever mine." She closed her eyes and said "Yes I will marry u and spend my whole life with u." He stood up and hugged her very tight. Armaan's eyes got wide with shock, how can she say yes to him, when she knows that I am here for her, he thought. He was about to kiss her when Armaan held his shoulder and turned him around. Armaan began to punch him but Shilpa held Armaan's hand and she slapped him tight across his face. "Armaan how could u punch my fiance...I hate u Armaan...I hate u. I don't want to see ur face again in my life." With that she holds him and went away from Armaan.

"Nooo..." Armaan screamed out and sat himself straight at his bed. He rubbed his eyes and looked around. Thank god it was just a dream, he took a breath in relief. "Hey Armaan" He looked up and saw another Armaan standing in front of him "Who are u?" "Me...oooh I am ur mind" and another spoke who was sitting near his bed "Hey Armaan...I am ur heart" Armaan looked confused at them and spoke "What are u guys doing here." Mind spoke first "We are here to help u...we know u have a problem." Than Armaan's heart spoke "Ur thinking about Shilpa and that guy am I right? I think u are in love with her so that's way u are jealous" "Are u crazy me and in love with Shilpa...u guys have gone mad" Armaan spoke in an angry voice. Again his mind spoke "But did u think...what will u do with that new guy?" Armaan shook his head as a no. "Then we should kill him...muhahaha" Armaan's mind spoke with an evil laugh. "Shut up Mindy" His heart spoke in anger. "U called me Mindy...u know I hate this name Hearty" Both mind and heart began to argue and that was getting on Armaan's nerves so he shouted "Shut up...just shut up u both...u are not a help for me so now leave me alone. I will get a solution for my problems and now leave." Both of them looked down and whispered "Okay Ammy we will talk later." And so theydisappeared. Armaan lay down and tried to sleep but he couldn't because he fears that he would dream again about his Shona and that other guy.

"Wait...wait...wait from where I get Shona, did I just called Shilpa my Shona. Oh god help me I am going mad." He thought

Next day

A handsome man was standing in front of the hospital. He was wearing a light blue jeans and a perfect fitting black shirt. The three first buttons were open and he has a very well and fit body. He also was wearing black sunglasses and before he went into Sanjeevni he took the glasses of. The man has beautiful black eyes full of emotions. His one look can kill girls. He went in the hospital and right to the canteen where the whole gang was and also Armaan and Atul.

The handsome guy saw Atul and he saw him. Atul stood up and hugged him tight and spoke "Arjun I am so happy to see u here...I was waiting for u". Arjun broke the hug and said "I have to come for my Shilpa. How is she now?" "She is fine but still unconscious." "Don't worry Atul now I am here for my Shilpa." Arjun smiled at him but Armaan was ready to kill him, why was he saying my Shilpa...my Shilpa again and again. Atul introduced Arjun to everyone but Armaan was getting angry minute by minute.
