Khushi and La woke up early in the morning as they had lots of work to do..They had to prepare for the conference as well as Khushi and Raghav's engagement..They hurried to office and began their work..
On the other hand Arnav had to meet his new clients at the "Oberio office" (Khushi's office)..He too had lots of work to do.
Khushi was upset over what she had seen the previous night.She looked very tired.Her boss noticed this and decided to send her shopping with La so that they would be ready for the engagement.
Just as Khushi and La went out,Arnav entered.Khushi didnt see him but La did.She sent Khushi away to get a taxi.She waited to see if really was Arnav.Arnav recongnized her and was very happy to see her.
'Hey Lavanya how are you' 'Am good' she replied.Khushi had already called for a taxi.So she started yelling from outside 'Lavanya the taxi is waiting'.Arnav recongnized Khushi's voice,he knew it was her so he too went with La.But La stopped him.'Y do you need her now? She is going to get engaged to Raghav and be happy so please dont spoil it,She has had enough of you and your insults..Go away ASR she doesnt need you'..La walked away and sat with Khushi in the taxi and off they went.
Arnav had finally seen her after 4 years and he was happy but he was also fuming with anger that she was getting married to someone else.. 'How dare she' he yelled.But his ego overpowered him and he had to deny his possesiveness for her.
La never told Khushi about ASR..Though Khushi still felt his presence around her.They went for shopping and had a lot of fun.La was very happy to see Khushi happy.She never wanted her to be upset especially during this time when ASR was around.
Arnav wasnt able to concentrate on work the whole day.He longed to meet Khushi.He loved her and never wanted to lose her again.He decided to call up La and talk to her.
'Hello Lavanya ,Arnav here, I wanted to talk to Khushi'..Lavanya made an excuse to go to the washroom. 'Stop it ASR.. Like i said she doesnt need you,she is happy,You were the one who ruined her life and now you need her'..'What ?? I ruined her life?? She was the one who had an affair with my jeejaji'..For the first time La yelled at ASR.. 'Shutup ASR.. I wish you knew the truth..But i dont know if i should tell you'..'What truth Lavanya tell me'..'Why should i?? If you loved her truly you would have listened to er atleast once' 'Lavanya .. I said tell me!!'😡 he yelled.'Fine' she continued 'Khushi had never loved your jeejaji..He had fooled her family into getting him engaged to her and he also lied that he was an orphan..Khushi didnt want to hurt her family so she did as they said.. And on the day of the havan she came to know all the truth.That's when she broke all ties with him..She wanted to tell di and you about this but she was afraid that you both may break down.So she waited for the right time.. And when she tried to tell di,Di became pregnant.Still she though Shyam would change but he didnt.And remember the day you sent her away?? You never listened to her.. Thats the bitter truth ASR and i beg you dont ruin her life yet again.. Go away ASR .. Bye'..
Arnav was shocked at what Lavanya had just said.For the first time the might Arnav Singh Raizada had been proved wrong.He had not only ruined Khushi's life but also his and his family's.He had hurt everyone around him.'If only i listened to Khushi once' he thought..'but now its not too late i can still go and tell her that i love her'..He hurried to his hotel and informed his secretary to cancel his meetings for the day..
After a few hours..
ASR reached the office only to find huge crowds congratulating a couple.He was shocked to see that the couple was none other than Khushi and Raghav.He regretted for all he had done.He wanted her very badly..Immediately La saw him.. 'Go away ASR please!! Go away.. Dont ruin her happiness again' she cried..
Arnav was left with no choice but to walk away..He was broken completely and he felt like a million knives stab through him.He returned to his hotel and made a point to contact Khushi the next day..
