Pia's eyes were searching for Abhay but she panicked not seeing him around. She got up scared but just then the door to the room opened and Abhay entered with a heavy tray in his hands loaded with all kinds of fruits, bread, butter, jam, juice, milk, corn flakes, chips, sprouts, paranthas, cutlets, cookies, pancakes, sandwiches and coffee. Pia's mouth opened in a big O seeing all this food and she exclaimed out:

Abhay, what is this?? For whom have you brought so much food??😲

Abhay replied in a surprised innocence: For you and our baby Pia!!

Pia(now getting hysterical): What???? Abhay, how can I eat all this food alone? This food is more than enough for five people!!! Tumne kya mujhe Panchi samajh rakha hai??😲

Abhay(calmly): Look at yourself Pia!!!! Tum kitni kamjor aur malnourished lag rahi ho. I was away from you for six months and just see how Dobriyals have treated you. It seems as if Dobriyals ne tumhare hisse ka khana bhi Panchi ko khila diya!! I have to make up for these six months of neglect Pia.

Pia(getting more hysterical): Toh kya tum mujhe 6 mahine ka khana ek din mein khilaoge!!!!😲

Abhay: Pia, you have gone through so much so you need all this nutrition. And besides it's not just you who needs all this, but our baby too needs all this so that we can have a healthy and strong bonny baby and not a malnutrition one.

Pia was overwhelmed on hearing "our baby" from Abhay's tongue and happy tears started flowing through them. Abhay quickly wiped those tears Abhay and embraced Pia in his arms and said: Shsh... Pia. Now no more tears. Now I am with you and I won't let anyone bring tears to your eyes ever.

Pia: These are tears of happiness Abhay. I feel so overwhelmed to finally see someone caring for my baby rather than thinking of ways to get rid of it.

Abhay clenched his fist in anger at the thought, but then calmed himself and assured Pia: Pia now no one will dare to take our baby away from us. I never thought that I would ever get this happiness in my life, but now that you have given me this wonderful happiness, I will make sure that this happiness remains with us forever. And now, I want to know all about our baby. I have missed too much. But before that you have this breakfast.

Pia again protested that she can't eat this much, but Abhay started feeding her with his own hands and started asking questions about the baby to keep her diverted. Pia told him that how ultra-sonic machines are able to penetrate her womb to check on the baby, which made him slightly worried but he quickly masked his expressions and kept listening to Pia's narration about the baby. Then she told him how she could feel the baby moving inside her and Abhay could not help smile at this thought. Then she shared a weird thing that though she craved for non-veg food, but her body was surprisingly not accepting it and she would throw up every time she would try eating anything non-veg but Abhay assured her that this was normal in pregnancy as some women cannot digest food with strong flavours and aromas. Pia was surprised at Abhay's knowledge and asked him how he knows all this to which Abhay sheepishly replied that he read a few books on pregnancy last night. Pia smiled amongst tears seeing Abhay's concern for her. Abhay then handed her the glass of milk and she drank half of it before she noticed that she had already finished the paranthas, fruits and sandwiches. She was shocked at her own appetite and laughed seeing how much she has eaten. For Abhay that was the most beautiful sound in the world and he smirked and said:

See, didn't I tell you, you need all this nutrition!

To which Pia replied: But I am feeling full now Abhay and I can't eat any more please!

Abhay: Pia tumne khaya hi kya hai abhi!!

But before Abhay and Pia could argue further, they heard a soft knock on the door and Haseena entered their room.

Haseena: Good Morning Pia. Hope you are feeling well now!

Pia: I am feeling fine aunty!

Abhay: Mom she is not eating anything!!

Haseena: let it be Abhay! She can't eat this much in one go. It's more important to have small meals at frequent intervals rather than having one big meal and then go without food for hours as that causes a lot of acid formation inside a mother's stomach.

Abhay(surprised): how do you know all this Mom?

Haseena: you forgot that I am a certified Gynaecologist from Boston Medical College.

Abhay: Oh yeah, one of your whims when we were in USA 20 years back!

Haseena: Anyway, that's not the point Abhay! I came here to discuss something serious. It's about our council of superiors.

Abhay made faces showing his displeasure at discussing this matter in front of Pia but Haseena said that it is important that she knows and understands everything now. Pia gave an assuring nod to Abhay to communicate that she can handle the truth and Abhay gave a sigh and asked Haseena to proceed.

Haseena: actually your father had called them about coming of werewolves in the town...

Abhay was looking at her in anger but Haseena stopped him and continued...

Hear me out first Abhay. Superiors already knew that only Pia could have rescued out, and we had to update them about presence of werewolves in the town.

Abhay: But mom, do they know about Pia..

Haseena: not yet Abhay. But here 's the trouble. They have decided to visit Dehradun to gauge the exact werewolves' situation.

Abhay(angrily): 😡What??? Mom, have you guys lost it? How could you let them visit here at this time?

Haseena: They were already planning to Abhay or rather they had already decided and by calling them up we at least have become aware about their visit.

Abhay: But what now mom?

"errmmm... can we send Pia to Dobriyal house till they leave the town and make sure she does not step out of her house?" Haseena asked timidly.

Abhay(angrily): Mom you seriously need check-up. You are asking me to send Pia back to those people who want to kill her!! Look at her condition!! Is she really in a state to handle those lunatics?

"Who are you calling lunatics buddy?" a female voice interrupted them and they were shocked to see Misha standing on their doorstep with an angry looking Chand behind her.

Chand: I asked her not to come, but does these Dobriyals ever listen to anyone?

Misha ignored the jibe and went and hugged Pia and asked her: "how are you feeling now sis?"

Pia: I am completely fine Mish!

Misha: Hmm... I can actually finally see the colour back on your face. So did you have a good night with your lover boy?😉

Pia(blushing): Mish!! Shut up! It's nothing like that. And anyways I was too worn out last night!

Misha: Hmm... tabhi tumne uthte hi Panchi ko competition dene ka decide kar liya (pointing at all the food)

Pia: Stop it Mish!😆

Mish: Anyways, what were you guys discussing? Is there any problem?

Haseena: Actually there is a small problem Misha. We are soon going to be visited by some people who..ermm...

Misha: you mean people from your world??

Haseena was a little taken back, but decided that time for pretensions was long gone and said: Yes.. and they don't know about Pia being with a child and we don't really know how they will react to it.

Misha: no problem, I will take care of Pia!

Abhay: Oh really!! So that your father can call those mad people back and get her killed!!

Misha: no Abhay! Dad had no idea that they will try to harm Pia else he would have never called them. He has realised his mistake and he won't do anything against Pia now. I had a good session with him last night. And he knows that if any harm comes to Pia because of him, he would have me to answer to and I am not going to spare anyone who dares mess with Pia.

Haseena: Abhay, I think we have no other option right now. As soon as we send the council members away, we will bring Pia back here.

Abhay reluctantly agreed and went with Misha to drop Pia at Dobriyal house.

Dobriyal Mansion

As soon as Abhay entered their house, Arnab Dobriyal blasted at him:

How dare you come here after doing this to my daughter? I will finish you off. I will not let monsters like you exist.

Abhay(calmly): and how will you do that? By calling those weird guys back, who wants to kill your daughter first!!!

Arnab was taken aback and speechless. It was then that Pia spoke up:

Dad! You have tried to harm my baby enough! But, I will not let you do that anymore and now I have my Abhay to support me and take care of me. I would not even have bothered to come here in the first place if Misha had not convinced me. And I am here only for a few days, so I request you to please accept this fact that I always have and I always will belong to one and only Abhay!

Arnab: you don't know what you are saying! You don't even remember any thing!

Pia: I remember everything now Dad.

Arnab: Then how can you still love this.. this... vampire who got you in this situation?

Pia: He did not do anything against my will Dad. What happened between us was our mutual love.

Arnab: Do you even realize what could this mean? Doctors and their instruments cannot reach your child, then how are you going to give birth to it? You may die giving birth to it or worse still you may become like him!

Before Pia could reply anything, it was Misha who chipped in: Hold it dad! How is Pia's death better than her becoming a vampire? If she dies, I lose her forever. But if she becomes a vampire, at least she will still be my sister.

Arnab: Death is part of nature but not these vampires!

Misha: What makes you say that? The same nature which created us, have created them too, as well as all other creatures. Going by your logic toh all other creatures are against nature.

Arnab: but they are monsters Misha!!

Misha: Whoa! How can someone who always saved life of my sister and who also saved me from the Earthquake site be a monster Dad? We have all seen how good Abhay is. In fact, he is better than most of the humans around us. Now just cut this crap out and let Pia stay here peacefully for a few days. And yes, don't you even dare to think of any new ways of harming her or her baby.

Arnab was defenceless and accepted defeat and Abhay left the place in a hurry as Chand had relayed to him mentally that the superiors were on their way. On his way out, he collided with someone and caught her in time before she fell on the ground. He then quickly left without even checking who she was but Panchi gave a stupid grin and blushed at the thought of being in arms of Abhay who had suddenly started looking even more handsome than he already was.
