You have described arnav's emotions very well. He felt so miserable on seeing khushi in such a state that he just could not feel anything any more.

khushi does not want to speak of her past but she will have to sooner or later because only then will she be able to accept her present

Jiya is full of life just like khushi. Arnav realises that he loves her already
