Im adding my comments into here to up the tally :D

I have little to no word to describe what Ive just read. Quite honestly I think its brilliant and I really really want to know more. What era is this set in? Which country. Its obvious who the young children are and how theyre both affected on this one night. And I LOVED the whole viewpoint coming from the mysterious (omnipotent?) lady with the hood.

You have to continue this. This is my kind of stuff!

Frankly, you are treading on my dangerous line. Chances are I may like this OS or may not.😈 I cannot say anything right now. I need to read more for this. Coz you write in that classics style and you already know, I don't like reading them.

But since I consider you as my friend, and I'm a very loyal friend, I will definitely encourage you to continue and I will make an attempt to read the forthcoming chapters! Yeah! I love boosting everyone's confidence.😆

What I liked about your prologue- That dark lady who witnessed both the scenes of Arnav and Khushi losing their family. That was an interesting side. And she is the reason why I feel this FF is gonna be dark. BTW was she like a Goddess or something?

And I loved the whole carriage scene. How that man rescues the young girl. I could imagine every bit of it.

This is my honest opinion, since you asked for it.😆 And yes! this was beautifully written👏

Bravo 👏 well written (understatement but its all the words I have), your first attempt at writing FF and my first reading of one! I do hope you continue as your style of writing is one that I particularly like and this story has so much potential. I love the setting and the mystery surrounding the events on that one tragic night. Great start!

I love the classic style you employed.
I love goth, so that might be the reason.

I am gripped by the anguish in the young boy's cries. I love how you described the whole carriage scene down to the horses. I like details like that. That lady in the cloak.. seems to me , will be an unintended observer / godmother in their trying times ahead.. Why do I get the feeling that she is timeless? and so protective of them? personally, the idea of an empathetic soul watching over them is very comforting.

I've fallen in love with your story. please continue!
