" Arnav! are u ok?"
Arnav's scream had woken karan up from his slumber!
"Was it the same one?" asked karan...
Arnav looked up to meet the anxious eyes of his best frnd Karan Malhotra...
"Yes! It is becoming more and more clear nowadays!! I don't know what to make of these dreams! It is as if i am missing sumthing obvious...a part of me!!!"
"And everytym it is the same girl,in the same white dress, except that i haven't seen her face till now!"
"It is so wierd"
"What is happening to me karan?"
karan was as perplexed as his best buddy...
he knew that Arnav started having these dreams sum months ago after he had gone to Nainital with his family 4 a vaccation...
It was a mystery they had yet to solve!!!

To say that ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA was popular in the college would have been an understatement!!!
He was the most happening person in the campus and ppl would hve given a hand and leg just to be in his frnds circle...but then,it was not to be!
ASR as he was popularly known as was quite choosy when it came to his close frnds and tht elite, most talked about group constituted of karan Malhotra and his sister Sidhi Malhotra and Aditya Bhatra!
ASR was rich,intelligent,charming and most important of all - he was the most HANDSOM guy in the campus( ofcourse that goes without sayingđ)
It was a treat to watch ASR and Karan enter the clg campus on their bikes,drawing attention from each and every female member of the campus!!

As Aditya raised his hand 4 a high five with karan,he noticed that ASR was completely lost in his thoughts...
Aditya: " Don't tell me it is abt those dreams again!"
Arnav snapped to attention...
Aditya: "cumon ASR, drop will u! It is sth u can't explain,neither can we 4 tht matter!
It has been going on 4 sumtym right! Just forget abt it...it will stop abrubtly just lyk how it started!
They don't mean anything! so stop wasting ur tym contemplating!!!! ok?
Today our junis are cuming and don't u wanna hear the preperations we have done to welcum them?"
Aditya winked at karan!
karan:"oh yeah! How culd i hve forgotten tht?"
"cumon ASR..."
ASR: "U guys go along! I will be in a min"

Mr. Shah was getting tensed thinking about how his daughter would be coping up in her new college...after all it was her first day!
The new scholarship programme launched by the govt had landed her in one of the most elite colleges in darjeeling and she had left two days before to stay with her best frnd Roopanjana...
It had taken all of his willpower,not to stop her from going bcoz she was everything to him...it was as if a part of him had been torn away from him...it was physically painful to see his bundle of joy leave him...
YES!
HIS BUNDLE OF JOY...
HIS HAPPINESS...
KHUSHI!!!!
he always remembered in wonder,how she had got that particular name...sure,it was apt 4 her! but then...it was kind of a mystery too!
flash back***
Everybody had gathered for the naming ceremony!
"Ridhima"
" lavanya"
"No! cumon! that is too common nowadays!"
"let her father decide!"
"why can't her mom decide?"
Finally after hours of going around in circles and not able to reach a consensus, he had asked everybody to write down their choice in small chits...
he had put all of those tiny chits in front of the idol of devi maiyah and completely surrendered the task of naming his daughter to Her!
What came out was 'khushi'...
He held the chit out and said..."khushi...so whose suggestion was that?"
Nobody came forward!
His eyes scanned the grp of realatives neighbours and wellwishers in front of him...
still no response!!!
How culd tht b possible?
"Subh muharat nikla jaraha hai...jaldi karo!"
pandit ji had urged him...
He glanced at his devi maiyah who radiated serenity and whispered the name 'khushi' into the ears of his cutiepie!

And now she had grown into a bubbly young girl and he was proud of his daughter who radiated happiness wherever she went!!!!
He prayed 4 his daughter's wellbeing...afterall it was her first day in the clg!!!!

now guys...wat i am trying to do is make a proper base 4 the story...introducing the characters and all...the real confrontation is due!!!
