Part 3:

*night time + Arnav's bedroom*

Arnav had come back and went to change into his night clothes. Khushi was aware of him the moment he laid his foot inside the house.
Khushi went to the closet to get her duvet and her pillow. Arnav was just about to lie down when Khushi blurted, ''humhe aap se baat karni hai''
Arnav: lekin mujhe tumse koi baat nahi karni.. *he lies down, covers himself with the blanket and closes his eyes*
Khushi walks up to him and flings his blanket off him with all her might *the KSR funny tune in BG*
Arnav: *sits up* WHAT THEE! Pagal ho gayi ho kya?
Khushi: aap humse ye sawaal kitni baar poochenge?
Arnav: *just sighs that cute sigh of his* (drool)
Khushi: humne kahaa na hum aap se baat karna chahte hai, uske pehle hum aap ko sone nahi denge.
Arnav: mein..
Khushi interrupts him: hum aap ki baat nahi soonenge jab tak aap hamari baat nahi soonlete.
Arnav just fumes at her and goes back to sleep. Seeing this, Khushi gets infuriated! She walks around the bed and lies down on the bed next to him.
Arnav sits back up quickly and screams at her: what the! Yeh tum kya kar rahi ho.
Khushi also sits up and says: what the what the karne se kuch nahi hone waala Mr Raizada! Yaatoh aap hamari baat suniye, yaa phir hum aaj yahin soyenge.
She thought he hates her so much that he would probably listen to her, but she was proven wrong.
Arnav is fuming :P
Do I really want to talk to about what happened earlier, he thought? No, he decided so he just went back to sleep with his back to her.
Khushi, also lied down with her back to him and closed her eyes.
They were still aware of the closeness between them, the static electricity that was flowing between them had such a great current that they both felt charged with a new kind of energy. (a bit of physics)

It was in the middle of the night that Arnav felt someone shaking next to him. He opened his eyes to see a curled up Khushi with no blanket on top of her. He looked around for hers but couldn't see it lying nearby. Arnav, ever so gently put half of his blanket on top of her. *rabba ve* There was a strand of hair on her face and he was so tempted to move it. He reached out, stopping only briefly before he continued. He carefully moved the strand away from her face. *Flashback* arnav remembered sleeping in the same bed as khushi at her house on new years and how he was in exactly the same situation. He had regretted that she had gotten up before he could move the strand of hair away.
Khushi felt the current as his hand touched her face, moved her lock of hair away. Her breath caught but she didn't open her eyes. Her dhak dhak increased as if to match his already fast-beating dhadkan. He looked at the time, it was 2am. The silver moonlight was shining through the glass doors and caressing her beautiful skin, accentuating her strong and striking features. Her cheeks, her lips; everything glowed with innocence and sheer beauty. Arnav was mesmerised. *rabba vee* he couldn't stop looking, how can anyone be so beautiful, he thought.
