OS: Follow your Heart

Uski zulfon mein kho jane ko jee kartha hai
Uski aankhon mein bas jaane ko ji kartha hai
Uski muskurahat ki wajah banay ko ji kartha hai
Uski bahoon mein bas jaane ko jee kartha hai
Aaj toh hadh se barnay ko jee kartha hai
Aaj sab gilay shikway bhulanay ko jee kartha hai
Kya usay bataon ke mera jee kya kartha hai?
Shayad uska jee bhi wohi karne ko machal tha hai?

Arnav saw that Khushi was no where to be seen. He looked around worried and yelled "Khushi.. Khushi"He pushed people aside and practically falling around himself began to look for her..Everyone seemed to be too lost in the drunkeness of the bhaang to notice where she went.. Arnav noticed that Shyam was missing as well and he clenched his fist at the thought of Shyam going after Khushi to take advantage of her in such a state.

Arnav: My Khushi! He better not dare put his hands on my Khushi. Arnav said to himself all emotional from the bhaang

Shyam had seen Khushi twirling to the side and getting away from the dancing crowd! Noticing this as his perfect opportunity he prowled after her.

Anjali caught his hand as he was going and told him to join them.

Anjali: Where r u going? Come here, she said giggling and pulling him into the dancing circle covering his view so he couldnt see Khushi.

Khushi made her way to a fountain on the side and saw Laxmiji there all alone

Khushi: Oh Laxmiji what are u doing here all alone? Everyone forgot u? Don't worry im here for you. She said hugging her and putting color on her! Happy Holi!

Khushi: You know today im telling everyone whats in my heart, she said patting Laxmi you want to know something?..Laxmi "meh"ed..

Arnav came running to the fountain and was relieved to see Khushi there! He heard her talking to Laxmi.

Khuhsi: Whenever he is near me i get this weird feeling in my stomach..

Arnav wondered who she was talking about..maybe Jeejaji..he felt anger boil inside him but he continued to listen

Khushi: Today when he put color on me in front of everyone and said to Shyam that he has the right since im his wife i felt this weird happiness..she giggled, i know im already Khushi but being with him just makes me more khushi..more happy!!

It dawned on Arnav that she was talking about him why was he so dumb to think she would be talking about Shyam? He smiled at her innocence and walked over to her

Arnav: Khushi what are you doing here? You know how worried i was when i didnt see you anywhere! Dont you dare leave me like that..he said pulling her up from the fountain towards him..

Khushi giggled: Oh you're here she said twirling..when did i say i want to leave you?..you're the one that never lets me come close! Your always pushing me away she said taking her index finger and poking his chest, pushing him.

Then she grabbed him by the collar and pulled him to her..

Khushi: You want to know a secret she whispered..when you come close to me just like this..i dont know what happens..but my heart beats really fast..you want to feel it? Let me show u..

She put his hand to her chest and he felt her heart pounding against his hand..

Khushi: See she said pouting innocently, do u know why that happens? she said turning her head to the side facing him.

Khushi:Oh even if u do know, u wont tell me i know u never want to give me answers to anything. She said pushing him away upset.

Arnav pulled her against his chest and held her hand to his heart..

Arnav: It happens because ur heartbeats mingle with mine..they hear my heartbeat and they also start beating at the same speed..see u feel it..

Khushi looked into his eyes: Omg its true ur right..maybe this is not good for our health what should we do about it?She asked in wonderment

Arnav: i guess we listen to our heart

Khushi: and what does ur heart say?

Arnav: My heart says that i should run my fingers through ur long tresses and get lost in them he said as he did just that and moved her hair behind her ear

Khushi: And?

Arnav: My heart says to forget the world and just get lost in ur eyes

Khushi:And she said blinking and smiling

Arnav: My heart says to always make u smile, never see a tear in your eyes he said touching the side of her lips with his thumb...

Arnav: What does ur heart say Khushi?

Khusi: My heart belongs to u Arnav so how can it say something different from urs? She said softly looking deep in his eyes

Arnav: Then why r we denying whats in our heart?

Khushi: Im not telling you to

Arnav: You know what my heart wants to do right now?

Khushi: What?

Arnav took a bunch of red color from a thal on the side of the fountain and threw it in the air as he pulled Khushi toward him and hugged her tight, running his color filled hands along her slender back as she did the same to him. And their bodies stood there molded together perfectly fitting like two pieces of a puzzle covered in red, the color of love.

I wrote this while i was in class so its totally random!! Please Like/comment!!😳
