the whole part was, something else- I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. The updates on this one have been high-voltage drama. And somehow little me, had decided that the emotional roller-coaster ride you take us on, had to come to an end, because seriously it isn't good for our hearts. But of course I was wrong, my heart went up den down as always. What are you doing to us WOMAN!

i don't know if it was intentional or maybe I see hidden meanings, but I really liked the play with the black and white shirts.

How he usally wears black, but now since he is mourning he's father-in-law he chose white. The evil black left for the pure white.

Thank you so much for catching onto that! When I was writing it - to be honest, the whole scene of him coming into the house was not meant to happen. I was imagining it in such a way that I would directly go to him being on the bed, wearing a white kurta to symbolise his mourning - but somehow the scene played out in such a way that I thought the contrasting effect would be more prominent if I showed him abandoning the usual black kurta - for the white kurta.

To highlight his evilness through the black kurta - but to show that he is really repenting through the white kurta.

And so the fact that you caught onto that just makes me want to give you like a tackle hug! :D

It somehow shows who he is. In his own mind he is the good guy, only doing what he thinks is best for him and Khushi. (delusional f*'*k)

the bathroom scene I could have done without, but i understand it's need to be in the story.

Hahah I was struggling to write that. It was actually meant to be a lot less suggestive compared to what I've written - but re-reading over my part, Shyam was practically screaming out at me to change it, so I did :P

the contrast between the two is told beautifully.

Arnav is affected by Khushi just as much, but he is respectful, he wants to help her but acknowledges his limitations. He knows that nothing can lessen her pain. He wants to help, for the sake of helping. Not to gain something. Of course he wants khushi, even if he can't put words to his feelings.

But his need isn't the center. and that is what defines friendship and later hopefully love.

Yup, that's another contrast between Shyam and Arnav - and why Khushi finds it more uncomfortable to be around Shyam, as compared to Arnav, because Shyam is very bad at hiding his need...his want...his greed for her.

I can talk about everything for hours, but as a last note I would like to say that. Garima stole the update with her trip down memory lane. It was beautiful, no other words to describe it. Beautifully put. the way you made her human, she was a girl, woman, lady that lost her love. She wasn't a mother, a sister-in-law or any other relation.

Aww thank you! I had hoped to do some justice to her mourning, as I really did not want to rush it. So therefore I am glad that you enjoyed reading about her as well :)

by the way did you delete a part? because a part of the precap was missing, the part were arnav tells khushi to come with him and buaji stops him.

I know, I wanted to include that in, however exams are ongoing, and I knew that if I waited to include the precap in the part - then I wouldn't update until November. So I updated whatever I had written, and now the next part should include the teaser from the previous chapter :)

anyways, I most stop now, because I'm afraid one of these days my comment will be longer then the update (not trying to say that they are short in an inventive manner) just that i have verbal or in this case writing diarrhea

The best part 0vi0usly was Garima's m0urning, l0sing a s0ulmate is definately unimaginable...every0ne m0ve 0n, what remain is y0ur 0ther half, it was indeed beautiful and extremely painful.
0ther than that I am waiting t0 see Arnav's m0ve n0w, he wants t0 pr0tect her, but he als0 respects her, s0 his next m0ve is w0rth a wait
