Guess what that means. He didn't know why he helped "that chit of girl". But he did, he ran as soon as she was out of the car. Why? He didn't like the idea of her being insecure maybe? He could of dropped her home..why doctor? He could have also told about the accident..but he didn't. He liked to keep her secrets? Or he didn't want to intrude in her personal space?
