Geet baked the cake and Maan did his job well of finishing the entire cake

Maan's friendship was Geet's biggest strength Maan's mere presence made every ordinary moment a special one for her

Her love was so selfless that Maan was always present in her prayers till date she had not asked anything for herself her one and only wish was to see her Maan happy

Maan was eating the last few pieces of the cake and Geet was capturing every act of his in her eyes permanently she had a fear hidden in her heart that maybe Maan will go away from her one day hence she wanted to live the present to the fullest

Maan: Oye aisa kya dekh rahi hai yaar cake chahiye kya? [Hello why r u looking at me like this do you want the cake?]

Geet: Kyun tujhe dekhne mein koi tax laga hai kya? [Why do I need to pay a tax to look at u?]

Maan: Abhi toh nahi par jab main superstar bun jaayunga na toh sab mere aage peeche ghumenge especially ladkiyaan [Not currently but the day I get established as a superstar everyone would be roaming in and around me especially girls]

Geet: Achha aur tum kiske peeche ghumoge? [O really and who would u be interested in?]

Maan gets up from the chair and starts moving towards Geet there was a strange emotion in his eyes to be more precise there was a seductive look in his eyes

Geet unknowingly starts taking steps in the backward direction her heart was beating rapidly

Maan was giving her killer looks which was making her weak in her knees

Geet's back touched the wall and Maan trapped her at that place by placing his hands on both the sides

He moved his lips closer to hers Geet closed her eyes

Maan (whispered huskily her name) : Geet

Geet clutched her dupatta tightly

Maan placed one hand of his on her waist and pulled her closer

He once again took her name seductively

Geet drank her saliva as he pulled her more closer

Maan started tracing the path from her shoulder to her left collarbone to the hollow of her neck and finally to her right shoulder with his hand

Maan was touching her sensually and with every touch of his Geet was getting goose bumps

He places her hair on one side of her neck and started moving his fingers around the nape of her neck

He moved his lips towards her ear

Maan: Jaana chahti ho Geet wo kaun hai jiski gulami main zindagi bhar karunga? [I would be the slave of which girl throughout my life would u like to know this?]

Geet couldn't believe her ears was he trying to tell her that she is the one

Geet did not reply

Maan nuzzled his nose on her ear and whispered huskily

Maan: Bolo na Geet jawab doh jaana chahogi? [Answer me Geet would u like to know?]

He squeezed her waist slightly while asking this

Geet: Haan [Yes]

Maan: Maan ki zindagi mein ek hi ladki hai jo har ek pal mein uske saath rehti hai kya tum ye nahi jaanti? [There is only one girl in Maan's life who always stays with him in every moment of his life don't u know this?]

Geet's heart was dancing in joy yes she was the only girl who was with him in every phase of his life yes he was indeed talking about her

This was the biggest birthday gift for her finally her Maan had understood her worth

Geet: Jaanti hoon par ek baar tumhare hotho se sunna chahti hoon [I know but I would like to hear it from your mouth]

Geet was still trying to register his words when Maan continued

All her dreams shattered in one second she felt as if someone had stabbed her heart with a knife

Maan: Are darasal aaj ek audition k liye jaana hai aur koi romantic scene honewala hai audition mein toh bus ussi ki practice kar raha tha [ Actually there is an audition today and we r supposed to enact a romantic scene so just thought of practicing it with u]

Geet: Bus itna hi karna tha [U just wanted to do this]

Maan: Nahi yar tujhe ye bhi toh batana tha k meri zindagi mein bus ek hi ladki k liye jagah hai aur wo hai Naintara [No dear I also wanted to tell u that in my life there is place for only one girl and it is Naintara]

Geet: (thinking) Iska matlab tumhare zindagi mein mere liye bhi koi jagah nahi chalo achha hai aaj tumne mujhe iss baat ka bhi ehsaas dila diya [That means there is no place for me in your life it's good u made me realize about his truth ]

Maan: Kya soch rahi ho Sleeping beauty [Where r u lost Sleeping beauty?]

Geet: Kuch bhi nahi tumhe audition k liye jaana haina tumhe der ho rahi hogi [Nothing u might be getting late for your auditions]

Maan: Are haan toh chal main chalta hoon bye [Oh yes so I am leaving now bye]

Maan opens the door and goes away

Geet: Sach keh rahe ho Maan main Sleeping beauty hi hoon kyunki main tumhe sirf sapno mein paa sakthi hoon par chahkar bhi tumhare sapno mein shamil nahi ho sakthi kyunki main tumhari zindagi mein meri koi zarurat nahi hai [U r right Maan I am indeed a Sleeping beauty as I can claim u only in my dreams but I do not have the permission to be a part of your dreams as I hold no importance in your life and u don't need me]
