OMG yeh kya hogaya...
the baby cant be alone in this world...
every person deserves a second chance if they truly repent for their previous mistakes and redeem themselves...
and Maan knows his sins and also is redeeming himself and Geet too has her happiness and future and wants to be with him...
so Maan does deserve to live WITH Geet and baby hale and healthy...
