The preparations for the engagement of Gaurav and Sonia have started.
Sonia is really excited.
Mahi enters Sonia's dressing room.
S:Nani...i am confused which dress to be worn for the engagement.
Mahi:You wear a nice designer saree.
S:Ok done.Thanks for helping nani.Because of you only Kkusum's disturbance got over.So I got Gaurav.
Mahi smiles:I will do anything for you.
S:You are so sweet.
Sonia hugs Mahi.
Kkusum rings Kumud.
Kumud:Kkusum…come back soon.
Kkusum:Mom…
Kumud:Gaurav agreed to marry Sonia.Now you come back Kkusum.
Though Kkusum was waiting for this when she heard this news she became upset.She wipes her tears.
Kkusum:Ok mom.I will be there for Gaurav ans Sonia's engagement.
Kumud is excited:Really?
Kkusum:Yes.
Kkusum puts the phone down and cries.
Garv sees it.
G:What happened Kkusum beta?
Kkusum:Gaurav is getting engaged to Sonia.
G:Kkusum…that was your demand.Finally it's happening.Still you are sad?That means still you are not able to forget Gaurav.If you both love each other you should stay together.Staying away from the person you love is really painful.I am experiencing it.
Kkusum weeps:But sometimes we have to do that papa.
Garv thinks:Yes.True.For Kumud's happiness I had to be away from her.
Kkusum:Papa…it's time for me to return.I have to attend Gaurav and Sonia's engagement.
Garv feels upset as Kkusum is going away from him.
Esha comes:Garv will drop you.
Garv stares at Esha.
Kkusum smiles:Thank you so much papa.I want to introduce you to mom.
Garv is nervous.
He thinks:If Kumud sees me….
Kkusum:She will be grateful to you for protecting me.
Esha smiles.
Kkusum goes out.
Garv:Mom…what did you tell Kkusum?
E:I told her what is going to happen.
G:Mom..
E:You are still dreaming of Kumud.But you can't face her?
G:I don't know how Kumud will react when she comes to know that Kkusum was with me.
E:Don't think too much Garv.Anyways one day you have to face her.She will come to know everything.Right?
G:You are right mom.
Engagement party of Gaurav and Sonia….
Gaurav takes a ring to put it on Sonia's finger.He is taking time to put it.Everybody becomes dull.Sonia is tensed whether Gaurav will back out.
Gaurav feels that Kkusum is standing and smiling in front of him wearing a shiny choli.
He smiles and puts the ring on Sonia's finger.Sonia is very happy seeing his smile.Sonia puts the ring for him.He feels that Kkusum is the one who is putting the ring for him.Suddenly he realized that it is only his imagination.He is upset.He thinks:I did this to bring Kkusum back.But she has not come yet.
Kumud thinks:Where is Kkusum?She had promised me that she will come for the party.
Kkusum enters the hall.Everyone is surprised.Mahi,Nakul,Arundati and Sonia are shocked.
Sonia is tensed whether Kkusum's arrival will change Gaurav's decision to marry her.
Kumud runs towards Kkusum:Kkusum!
Kkusum:Mom!
They hug each other.
Kkusum's eyes strike Gaurav and Sonia.She controls her emotion.
Gaurav thinks:I really feel like taking her in my arms.But….
He controls himself.
Kkusum:Mom…one more person has come with me.
Kumud:Who?
Kkusum:My guardian.He is the one who took care of me like a father.
Kumud is eager to see him.
Garv comes from behind.
Kumud can't believe her eyes.
All are shocked.Nakul is irritated.
Kumud becomes emotional:Garv!
Garv is so happy happy to see Kumud that he loses his control:Kumud!
Kkusum looks at them unbelievingly.
