hey guys, sorry I haven't been around much. I got really busy with school and stuff so. I'll try and be better now :)
Part 18?
recap: saloni sharam ki maari hui runs into her toom when her and nahar are caught romancing in the kitchen...

nahar-saloni room...
saloni runs in and her hair has fallen over her face as she had run so fast. she looks up to find nahar nowhere in sight. she looks around and goes to the washroom. she tinks, "kahan chalege?' (where did he go). shes facing the bed with hands on both sides thinking and all of a sudden the door closes behind her and nahar jumps out and grabs her. she jumps and laughs when she realized what happened. and then she scolds nahar. saloni, "nahar aap bahut buray ho. aap ki vajesay sab mujhe tang karte rehte hain. kaisi kaisi baatein karte rehte hain" (nahar because of u everyone teases me so much. they say so many things). they are both now sitting on the edge of the bed. nahar, "accha, kaisi baatein?" (really, what kind of things do they say?). saloni is kinda uncomfortable, "nahi woh...yehi ke meinay aapko pallu se baand kar rakha hai.." (no...well that I have tied to u my pallu). nahar gives a faceless expression as saloni is looking at him. after a few seconds he bursts out laughing. saloni is upset and pushes him away. saloni, "sab mera mazak uda te rehtay hai aur aap hus rahe ho?" (everyone laughs at me and u are laughing). nahar stops and smiles he looks at her in the eyes. nahar, "arre bhai, issme aapki kya galti hai? hum to khud hi aapka pallu nahin chodna chate" (my dear, how are u at fault? I am the one who just doesn't want to leave your pallu). with that saloni gives him a fake punch and smiles. nahar smiles and gently lifts the end of her pallu and covers their faces which just keep coming closer:).

narpat place...
everyone is sitting in the living room. narpat, "saloni kitni kush hai aur usnay humesha humare liye kya kuch nahin kiya. aur shubhra? usne toh hume kisi kaam ka nahin choda" (saloni is so happy and has done so much for us. and shubhra? she has only given us shame). ambika, "lekin woh bhi toh humari hi bachi hain. najane uska kya hoga?" (but she is our daughter too. I wonder what will become of her). kaveri thinking, "uska jo hona tha, woh to ho hi raha hai. phet mein kisi ka bacha aur bagal mein koi aur" (whatever is going to happen with her is happening. she has someones baby in her womb and someone else by her side -referring to neel). kaveri talking, "shubhra to neel ke saath abhi bahar gayi hai. isi si shayad uska dil halka hojaye ga?" (shubra has gone out with neel, maybe that will help her feel better). ambka, hesitant "waise neel bura larka nahin hain" (now that u think of it, neel isn't a bad boy). narapt, "ambika tum jaanti ho tum kya soch rahi ho? hum apni museebat us becharay pe kaise dhayen?" (ambika do u know what u are thinking? why should we give our burden to him?). ambika, "lekin, tum samajh te kyun nahin. woh hamari shubra ko aachese jaanta hai aur...kya usse shubra ki halat ka pata hai?" (but, why do u understand? he knows shubhra well and...does he know about her situation -referring to pregnancy). zoom in on narpat's concerned face...

saloni's house next day...
nahar is already at the office and aditi has gone out shopping with dheer. piya is out with her friends and bhabho is sleeping. the door bell rings and the door guard guy calls saloni saying its someone who wants to meet her. saloni is concerened and wonders who. she goes to the door and theres a dilivery dude who hands her a huge bouqet. guy, "madam ye aapke liye" (mam these are for u). saloni takes them and questions the man as to who gave them as there is no name. the guy says he cannot devulge the name because the the person who sent them asked to be anonymous. he leaves and saloni turns and she thinks of who is could be. she muddles through the bouqet which has her favourite yellow roses. she thinks it might be nahar but he doesn't know I like yellow roses. and she walks and a small chitti falls. she opens it and reads. this is supposed to be in hindi, but it'll take to long to wite so. "dear saloni, how do u like the flowers. they're gorgeous aren't they?...just like u. your fav kind. everytime I smell them I think of u and ...me. don't worry, soon we'll be together, forever.." saloni reads and is really upset and knows it is...AMAR!! (lol). she is thouroughly disgusted and goes to amar's room.

amar's room...
he is sitting on the bed reading a magazine (with saloni's pic on top of it). saloni barges in and throws the flowers at him. saloni, "ye kya mazak hai?" (what kind of joke is this?). amar, "mazak? ye mazak nahin jaaneman, ye toh humara izhaar hai." (joke? its no joke sweetheart, its my confession). saloni gives a disgusted look, "mein shaadi shuda hoon aur apni zindagi se bahut kush hoon" (I am a married woman who is happy with her life). amar walks up to her and walks behind her and puts his finger on her left shoulder and slowly bringing it down says, "mujhe bhi to kush hone ka hak hain na saloni, to meri kushi ho tum" (I have the right to be happy too right saloni, and my happiness lies in u). saloni shrugs him away. saloni, "aapni had mein raho, warna tumhare liye acha nahin hoga" (stay in your limits otherwise you'll be sorry). and with taht she leaves and amar smiles rubbing his hands together.

saloni goes to her room...
she is in a huff and puff fuming in anger and frusteration. she thinks she must talk to nahar. and the phone rings. she picks it up and says hello angrily. its nahar, "saloni, kya hua, itne gusse mein kyun ho" (saloni what happened why are u in such anger?). saloni calms quickly, "kuch nahin woh bas... mein mummy ke yahan phone kar rahi teeh aur mera phone hi nahin chal raha tah - mobile-. issi liye tohra frusterated hogai tee...bas.." (nothing, I was just tryin to phone mum and my phone wasn't working...). nahar, "toh isme gussa karnay wali kya baat hain, ghar se phone karlo na?..." (whats there to be angry in that? phone from the house phone). saloni, "nahin woh mein karne wali teeh...lagta hai ye chalne laga hai.." (I was just going to..I think this is now working). nahar laughs. nahar, "saloni tum bhi na?! chalo, aisa karte hain shaam ko tumhari mummy ke yahan chalte hai" (saloni your too much. well, tonight we'll go to your mum's house). saloni says yes. nahar, "teek hain to shaam ko milte hai."

shaam ayi aur nahar ghar aya...
he calls saloni and goes to their room. nahar, "tum aurtein kitni dher lagati ho" (u ladies take so much time). saloni gets up from the little table, "time, aur mein? aapko kuch bhi nahin milta" (time and me? u're the one who can never find anything). nahar brings her closer and wraps his arms around her. nahar, "agar aap jaisa haseen ho dhoondne wala toh kyun nahin? aur waise bhi, aapke hote hua toh hum sab kuch bhool jayen" (if the one who searches for them is as beautiful as u, then why not? and whenever I'm with u, I forget everything else anyways). saloni is playing with this his tie. saloni, "acha, isi liye aap bhool rahe hain, hume kahin jaana hai" (really, thats why you;re forgetting we have to go somewhere). nahar, "chaliye, mein to aapka hi intezaar kar raha tah" (lets go i was just waiting for u) and he steps aside letting her forward. she smiles and a shadow quickly moves away behind the door (outside).

driving...
while nahar is driving, saloni is holding his arm and has her head on his shoulder. and the car stops...

recap: driving...
while nahar is driving, saloni is holding his arm and has her head on his shoulder. and the car stops...

driving...
saloni, "nahar, gaadi kyun rok di? kya hua? (nahar why did u stop the car, what happened?). nahar, "pata nahin, aapne aap band hogai, tehro mein phir chalake dekhta hoon" (I dunno it just stopped on its own, here I'll try and start it again). nahar tries to restart but the car doesn't budge. nahar, "ab isse kya hua, saloni mein abhi dekhta hoon" (now what happened to this, saloni I'll just go and check it). nahar gets out and opens the hood. he fiddles around and saloni gets out of the car to. nahar, "iski engine mein kuch kharabi dikhti hai, aur yahan aas pass koi hai bhi nahin" (there is something wrong in the engine and there seems to be no one around to help). saloni is tense, "ab kya karen?" (what can we do now). just then a suave looking blue car stops right next to them and the tinted window slowly rolls down revealing none other than amar...amar, "arre nahar, saloni, tum dono is waqt yahan kya kar rahe ho? lagta hain gaadi ne saath chod diya, kahan jarahe ho? ao mein chode doon" (hey nahar saloni, what are u two doing here so late at night. looks like your car gave way. where are u heading, I can give u a lift?). nahar looks at saloni and smiles who smiles back weakly and gives amar a disgusted stare. nahar to amar, "chalo bhai, issi bahane tum saloni ke parents se bhi mil lena" (well, in that case u can meet saloni's parents as well). nahar opens the back seat for saloni and closes the door and accompanies amar in the front.

amar's car...nahar, "amar, tumhe nahin lagta ki ab tumhe shaadi kar hi leni chahiye. I mean mujhe dekho na, shaadi karke kitna khush hoon. kya khayal hai saloni?" (amar, don't u think u should get married now. I mean look at me I am so happy after getting married. what do u say saloni?). saloni smiles and nods at him and amar looks at her from the rearview mirror and then continues driving. amar, "kya bataoon dost koi mila to tah lekin bichar gaya. aur taqdeer ka khel dekho na, hum phir se milgaya aur bahut jaldi ek bhi hojayenge..." (what can I say buddy, I found someone and lost her. and guess what fate has brought us face to face again and pretty soon we will be one...). amar again looks throught the rearview mirror and notices saloni fidgeting uncomfortably in the backseat. finally they arrive at saloni's parents and go in where they are all welcomed.

saloni's maeka...
amika and narpat greet everyone and give their blessings. nahar introduces amar to everyone who seem to know him from somewhere but cannot recall and therefore don't say anything. everyone chats casually for a little while and samar and the guys talk business etc. saloni goes into the kitchen where her mother is preparing chai. saloni looks tensed and is playing with the end of her pallu and ambika questions her. saloni, "mummy, aapko yaad nahin, college ke dino se meinay aapko ek larke ke baare mein bataya tha...woh jo mujhe..." (mummy, do u recall from when I went to college there was a boy...he...). ambika thinks and the light bulb comes on and she then becomes concerned. ambika, "lekin saloni beta ye yahan?...nahar ko to kuch maloom nahin hai kya?" (but saloni dear what is he doing here?...does nahar know anything about him and u?). saloni shakes her head. saloni, "meri himmat nahin hoti unhe batane ki. woh amar par bahut bharosa karte hain. bachpan ki dosti ka dhokha unke dil ko bahut dukh dega...aur amar, jabse aya hain, jeena mushkil kiya hua hai usne. mein kya karoon mummy, kuch batao na" (I don't have the guts to tell him. he trusts amar too much. their childhood friendship turning to betrayal will hurt him too much and I cannot seem him like that. what can I do mummy, help me). ambika thinks for a few seconds and then tells saloni, "tum nahar ko chitti likh kar sab baat batado. aise mein usse khud hi samjhna hoga ke tum ye baat kyun nahin uske saamne kar sakti" (write a letter to him explaining the whole thing. that way he will be able to realize that u cannot talk to him about it face to face). saloni thinks that this is good idea. her and ambika take the tea and everyone drinks. ambika and saloni look at each other concerned and finally nahar says they should leave and they say their goodbyes. after they have gone, ambika explains everything to everyone.

next day, saloni in her room...
nahar has already gone to work and tara and aditi and dheer have gone shopping. piya is gone to college and ishaan is at school and bhabho is sleeping. saloni is at nahar's desk in their room writing the letter to nahar. just as she is finishing her phone rings and she sees amar's name and she disconnects. he phones again twice and finally saloni answers. amar, "saloni, meri baat suno warna tumhare nahar ke liye acha nahin hoga" (saloni listen to me otherwise it won't be good for your nahar). saloni, "tumne agar nahar ko itni si bhi taqleef di to mujhe bura koi nahin hoga samjhe?" (if u hurt nahar even the slightest then I will not spare u). amar, "tum abhi isi waqt mujhse milne ao usi mandir mein" (u have to come and meet me right now at that mandir). saloni, "mujhe tumhari koi bhi bawaas nahin sunnni" (I don't want to hear any of your bs). amar, "tumhe aana hoga, nahar ki khatir" (u have to come, for nahar's sake). at that saloni gets worried and assures amar she'll be there asap.

mandir...
saloni had driven there on ther own and she sees amar's blue car parked outside. theres not a soul in sight and she climbs up the stairs holding her sari. she looks around and sees amar standing on the opposite side looking somewhere back facing saloni. saloni approaches him. amar, without turning, "mein jaanta tah tum aogi. tumhe aana hi tah" (I knew u would come, u had to). saloni, "mein yahan sirf apne pati ki khatir ayi hoon, batao kya kehna hain" (I came here only for the sake of my husband now tell me).

meanwhile, simultaneously, another scene is going on where nahar has arrived home searching for a file he forgot and his eyes fall on the open letter on the desk. he reads and is shocked, surprised, upset, angry all at the same time when his phone rings and it has saloni's number. he picks up and listening in on the conversation between amar and saloni. saloni had turned the phone on and called nahar with the phone hidden from amar's sight.

mandir scene...
saloni, "kya chahte ho tum" (what do u want). amar, "ye lo, ispe sign karo" (here, sign on this). saloni, "ye kya hai" (what is this) she goes through. amar, "talaq ke papers". saloni, "tumne ye soch bhi kaise liya mein nahar ko chod doongi. humar janam janam ka rishtaa hain jo tum jaise log kabhi nahin tor sakte" (how did u ever think I would ever leave nahar. our relationship is for more than just this birth and people like u cannot break it). at this she rips the papers and throws the reminants into amar's face and the phone has unnoticely fallen onto the ground. saloni, "mein abhi jaake nahar ko tumhari asliyat batadeti hoon" (I'm going to go right now and show nahar the true picture of u). she turns but amar grabs her wrist and turns her so that she has her back facing him with him holding her arm behind her. amar, "bataogi to tab, jab mujhse door jaogi. ab mein dekhta hoon ke tumhe mujhse kaun door karta hai" (u will tell him only if u leave me. now I will see who takes u away from me). at that he holds onto her while she is struggling and takes her ot the car. saloni calls for nahar and amar comments that her knight in shining armour cannot save her here... meanwhile nahar has listened to the whole thing and no one noticed the phone hidden between blades of overgrown grass...

ab kya hoga? will nahar be able to find his beloved saloni? when and how? find out soon! I will probably post tomorrow so watch this space!

recap:
saloni calls for nahar and amar comments that her knight in shining armour cannot save her here... meanwhile nahar has listened to the whole thing and no one noticed the phone hidden between blades of overgrown grass...

nahar is simply blown away and wanders away into the family room where everyone is sitting and talking casually. nahar walks in. dheer, "aye aye, aap ki hi kami thi. chotti salali ji nazar nahin a rahi?" (come come, we were just missing u. where's saloni?". nahar says nothing and just starts weeping without emotion. bhabho gets up and quickly comforts him and asks what happened. she sits him on the sofa and again questions him. nahar says nothing, and hands the letter to brijesh who reads it aloud.

letter...
"nahar, aap soch rahe honge ke mein ye aapko chitti kyon likh rahi hoon?...woh isliye kyun ki mein jaanti hoon jo baat mein aapse kehnay jaane wali hoon us say aapko bahut takleef hogi aur mein aapko takleef mein bilkul nahin dekh sakti. ye baat amar se taluk rakhti hain. aap itna to jaante hai ke mein aur amar ek doosre ko college ke dino se jaante hai, lekin aapko kahaani ka doosra pehloo nahin maaloom. mein ek larkiyon ke college mein parti teeh aur humaray college ke saane boys college hua karta tah aur zayr hai ke larke mere college ek aage peeche ghoomte rehtay teh. ek din meri kuch dostein zid karne lagi ke mein college function mein gaanga gaoon. mujhe eventually unki baat maani pari. us din function to waise girls college ka thah lekin kuch larke disguise mein andhar agay aur un mein se ek tah amar. amar ko najaane mujhe mein kya dikha lekin woh mere peeche hi pargaya. rozana mera intezaar...mujhe tang karna, usne mera jeena mushkil kardiya tah. aur ek din toh woh mere kamray tak pahunch gaya tah lekin meri kismat achi teeh ke humari night watch ne usse pakar liya. baat itni bar gayi ke mujhe woh college chor ke doosre mein admition karvani pari, aur woh mujhe shayad dhoonta rehgaya...aur ab jab woh phir se meri zindagi mein aya hai, usnay phir se meri jeena mushkil kardiya hai. meri zindagi mein aapki jaga koi nahin le sakta aur nahin mere dil mein. mein jaanti hoon ke ye sab jaanke bahut bura laga hoga lekin please aap aapne aap ko sambhaliye.

everyone is shocked to see this side of amar and are completely upset. brij, "amar, aisa..? kaise?..hum to ussay bachpan se jaante hain aur woh..?" (amar, like this?..we know him since childhood and he..?). bhabho, "mein to ussay aapne bache ki tarah samajh ti teeh aur woh.." (I thought of him as my son and he..). aditi, "insaan ko pehchaane mein hum kabhi kabhi kitni bari galti kar bete hai" (sometimes we make such big mistakes in knowing people). everyone comments on amar's bad side and nahar is oblivious he can only think about saloni. after a while.. nahar, "saloni ne meri liye najaane kya kuch nahin saha. meri takleef ki waje se khud itni bari takleef se guzar ti rahi aur mein...bhaisa, woh kameena amar saloni ko kidnaap kar ke legaya hain kahin" (saloni did so much for me. notwith standing my pain she suffered internally...bhaisa, that bas***d kidnapped my saloni) and nahar tells them the whole phone conversation he heard. everyone is in even more shock. tara, "najane woh bereham humari saloni ko kahan legaya hoga" (who knows where that sick man took our saloni). nahar, "mein saloni ko kuch nahin hone doonga, mein abhi ussay dhoond kar lata hoon... us amar ko toh mein nahin chodunga, bachpan ki dosti ka ye sila diya usnay" (I won't let anything happen to my saloni, I will go and find her right now...and I won't spare that amar, this is what he gave in turn for our years of friendship). nahar is about to rush out but brij catches him and tells him to calm. he explains how they should think with their heads right now and not with their heart. saloni's life is at stake. he tells nahar that they will go to the police as he is our friend and see what he suggests and he tells everyone else that they should remain calm and that if amar shows up, they should act as if nothing happened. him and nahar leave..

when saloni regains consciousness she finds herself in some dark place with clutters of stuff everywhere. she is tied to a chair. she looks around and sees no one, but hears voices from outside. she gets flashbacks of her confrontation with amar and sure enough amar shows up in the darkness. camera piercing at his eyes and then his face. he walks up to saloni and smiles at her. he moves his finger across the side of her face and she looks at him disgusted and looks the other way. amar, "itni naraazgi bhi kya saloni? aakhir mein to sirf tumse pyar hi karta hoon. aur mera kasoor kya hai?...tum agar sign nahin karogi to abhi na sahi, mein nahar ko manaloonga" (what's there to be mad about saloni? what is my fault anyways? that I love u....if u don't want to sign right now, thats fine, I'll get nahar to sign first). he is now leaning in and saloni is facing him straight in the eyes. saloni, "meinay woh papers phaarke tumhare chehray par phakaay they na? nahar woh papers kabhi nahin sign karenge" (I ripped those and threw them on your face right? nahar will never sign them). amar straightens himself and goes to leave. amar, "ye toh waqt hi batae ga jaaneman" (only time will tell sweetheart). he goes from there. saloni is given neend ke injections and therefore she is constantly drowsy.

meanwhile at the police station...
the commitioner tells brijesh that u did the right thing. we must not let amar know we're on him. he tells them to keep an eye on him and he will set up undercover agents who will keep a constant eye on amar. he assure them not to worry and saloni will soon be safe at home.

saloni's house...
amar has come home and sees everyone sitting in the living room. amar goes to bhabho who is trying hard to suppress her feeling to slap him. amar, "kya hua bhabho aapki tabiyaat to teekh hai na? arre aap sab ka chehra kyun utra hua hai. tara bhabhisa, kya hua?" (what happened bhabho, are u feeling alright? hey what happened, why is the colour drained from your faces?) aditi gets up and leaves as she cannot stand amar's fakeness and goes to her room. tara hesitantly talks. tara, "woh..woh saloni..saloni najaane kahan gayi hai uska koi pata nahin chal raha, nahar aur brijesh ussay dhoondne gaye hain.." (saloni...saloni. don't know where she went, we can't get a hold of her. nahar and brij went to go find her). amar puts his face down and smiles thinking, "ab toh saloni kabhi wapas nahin aygi" (saloni will never come back now). then he looks up with fake concern. amar, "nahin ayi matlab, kahan ja sakti hai" (not around meaning. where could she go). he gets up and turns the other way and tara makes a disgusted face. then brij and nahar enter. nahar feels like grabbing amar's throat and even takes a step forward but brij grabs his arm unoticingly. amar, "bhaisa saloni ka kuch pata chala kya?" (bhaisa, did u find saloni). brij, "nahin..nahin, abhi nahin...lekin bahut jald pata chal jaye ga" (no..no not yet...but very soon we will) and while saying this he looks deep into amar's eyes.

the next day comes and the next and its night...
nahar is sitting on his bed with windows open huggin a pillow and lost in thought. saloni is sitting in some dark place drowsy with the injections. both are thinking about each other. background music, "tere naam..humne kiya hain jeevan apna saara sanam hooo oohh...tere naam..." (sad version from "tere naam").

meanwhile saloni breaks out of her thoughts and notices that the voices outside have stopped. she looks around desperately. and she sees a piece of metal sticking out of the side of wall. she looks around and carefully moves towards it, trying to stand still and not loose balance due to the injections. she rubs one of the ropes on her hand against it and desperately looks around hoping no one comes along. finally, she manages to undue one hand and with some effort releases the other. she then quietly tip toes towards the light by the door. quietly she opens the door and sees three goons all drunk and asleep with a deck of messed up cards surrounding them and the smoke from ciggarettes still young in the air. quietly as possible she moves around them and runs...runs like never before all the while tumbling and tripping...sleepily. she runs into some wilderness. one of the goons stirs when a fly sits on his face, he wipes it and ends up hitting another guy. the other guy wakes up and asks the guy who hit him why he did and he punches that dude. meanwhile the third guy goes to check on saloni and when he doesn't find her he yells at the others. "dhoondho, dhoondo larki ko!!" (find her, find the girl!!). they run right behind and one of them finds a piece of cloth from saloni's sari that had ripped off while she ran. "this way he shouts". saloni is running and hears there voices....

where is saloni going to end up? will she manage to stay awake and escape or?

recap: saloni has managed to escape from the place she was kept by amar's goons and now she is running with the goons not far behind...

meanwhile, tara takes food for bhabho in her room as she has refused to eat anything until saloni comes back. bhabho looks like she is staring into space. tara goes and sits infront of her and talks to her. "bhabho, aapke khana na khaane se saloni wapas ajaaygi kya? agar aisa hota to woh to usi waqt ajaati kyun aap to jaanti hi hai saloni aapko ya kisi ko bhi dukhi nahin dekh sakti. please aap tohra sa khalijiye, hum sab saloni ko dhoondrahay hai, aur aap nahin khayengi toh aapki tabeeyat kharab hojaygi" (bhabho, what do u think, saloni will come home if u don't eat. if that is the way it was to be, she would have come right away as she cannot see u, or anyone like this. please, eat a little, we are all searching for saloni, and if u don't eat you'll get ill). bhabho doesn't respond, she just sits there still, unblinking. tara puts the plate on the side table and sits again. she touches bhabho's shoulder lightly and bhabho topples over. tara screams and brings her hand over her mouth. tara is calling brijesh, nahar, aditi, dheer everyone. they all come in and see bhabho like this and brijesh tells tara to call the doctor and she agrees but then remembers their family doctor is out of town and so they decide to rush bhabho to the hospital...

saloni is running and meets the end of the jungle/forest she is about to cross the street and doesn't realize there is a car coming. her eyes are blinded by the lights and she falls over and everything goes black. the man who owns the car comes out and yells at his driver. the man (aamir ali) goes over and sees saloni lying their unconscious with blood seeping from a cut on her head, and she has scrapes on her body, her sari is torn. man, "oh god, chalo driver inhe hospital abhi le kar jaana hoga" (lets go driver, we have to take her to the hospital right now). the man picks saloni up and puts her in the car and the speed to the hospital.

hospital, "city hospital" to be exact :)...
bhabho is put on a stretcher and everyone is around her. they are taking her into the examination room. on the other hand, saloni is put on a stretcher and the man is by her side. saloni is taken into another examination room. saloni's stretcher passes right behind nahar who is standing in front of the room where bhabho is in. he feels an odd sensation and turns, but he misses saloni. saloni is taken into the room next to bhabho's and no one has noticed. the man and nahar are waiting outside. the man turns to look at nahar and family just casually and his eyes fall on a distressed nahar who is sitting on the bench with his head bowed and hand holding his face while folded. the man notices a few tears fall to the floor where nahar is sitting, he feels sorry for him. all of a sudden the doctor examining saloni comes out and the man inquires about saloni. man, "doctor, kya hua?" (doc, what happened?). doc, "inki halat nazuk hai, lagta hai inhe sedative overdose diya gaya hai jo inke system ko dangerously low rakhraha hai, hume abhi inhe operation theatre mein lekar jaana hoga, aap inke pati hai?" (her condition is weak, looks like she has been given a sedative overdose which is slowing her system dangerously, we must take her into the operation theatre. are u her husband?) man, "nahin nahin, inka accident hogaya tah, meri car se... mera driver gaari chalaraha tah aur najane ye kahan se agai" (no no, she got in an accident with my car...my driver was driving and she just came out of no where). doc, "ye to police case hai, hume jald hi police ko bulana hoga" (this is a police case, we must call the police soon). man, "haan teekh hai lekin aap inka ilaaj to kariye tab tak, nahin to.." (yes of course, but u have to treat her until then, otherwise...). two ward boys bring saloni out on a stretcher to move her to another room. 😆 filmy effect here... saloni is getting moved closer and closer to nahar. nahar is still stitting. saloni goes right past him...but then saloni starts moaning unconsciously, she calls nahar's name. nahar immediately looks up and calls saloni. he runs up to the stretcher with saloni and aditi and everyone else follow him. he looks at saloni and is so relieved and filled with emotion. he starts crying seeing her state. brijesh questions the ward guys and they tell him about the accident. the doc comes around and brij explains to him who they are and the doc explains that they really need to take saloni in right now. brijesh calms nahar as saloni is taken away. nahr is crying like a baby and brijesh seats him on the bench and nahar cries in brij's shoulder.

the clock is ticking... a nurse comes out of bhabho's room and everyone gets up. she tells them that bhabho is now fine, however she suffered a minor stroke. everyone is shocked and ask if she is alright and if they can meet her. nurse says she is fine, but she is still not all well and must be taken care of really well and needs lots of rest and not so much talking. everyone agrees and they go in to meet her. tara moves hair from bhabho's face and her tears fall onto bhabho's cheek. she slowly opens her eyes. bhabho, "..t..tara.. s.. sa...saloni??...). tara, "bhabho, saloni hume milgayi, aur woh teek hai, aap bhi ab jaldi se teekh hojaye" (bhabho, we have found saloni and she is well, and u must now hurry up and get well too). a smile spreads across bhabho's face. bhabho, "sa..saloni ko bulao" (go get saloni). tara gets anxious as she doesn't want to tell bhabho about saloni's health. nahar walks in. nahar, "bhabho, saloni mein ghar chod kar ayan hoon. jab aap bihosh teeh to woh aapke paas kitni dehr tak beti teeh aur isiliye usnay kuch bhi khaya peeya hain..aur.." (bhabo, I just dropped saloni at home. when u were unconscious, she sat next to u the entire time and didn't eat or drink properly...and...). he looks down and his voice breaks. nahar, "..aur..." brijesh comes to nahar's side and comforts him. brij, "dekho na bhabho aapne nahar ko kitna rulaya, ab aap jaldi teekh hojaye" (look how much u have made him cry now hurry and get better). bhabho smiles and nahar managaes an unassuring smile.

outside...
everyone is sitting outside again except for tara and aditi who are sitting with bhabho. brijesh calls up saloni's parents house and tells them all that happened. they rush to the hospital. ambika is crying alot and shubra is trying to comfort her. then the doc walks out of the room where saloni is and assures everyone she is fine now, but still very weak. nahar is joyous as ever. he cries and smiles. everyone is extremely happy and the doc says u can meet her now, but don't let her talk much. nahar, "thank u so much doctor sahib.." doc, "thanks mera nahin, in ka kariye, yehi aapki patni ko waqt par yahan le aaye warna.." (don't thank me, thank him if he din't bring your wife here on time then..) everyone looks over and sees the man. nahar walks over with hands together in a thank you. nahar, "thanks dost, mein aapka ye ehsaan zindagi bhar nahin bhooloonga" (thanks so much buddy, I will never forget this for the rest on my life). the man covers nahar's hands with his. man, "dost bhi kehtay ho aur thank u?" (call me a friend and thanks?). nahar smiles and lets his hands down. man, "hi, I'm samir, samir thakur. abhi abhi switzerland se aya hoon" (hi, I;m samir, samir thakur. just came from switz right now). nahar shakes his hand and smiles. he then remembers something. nahar, "samir, kya? samir takhur? jai ka bhai?" samir, "aap jai bhaisa ko jaante hai?...I'm sorry meine aapko pehchana nahin"(u know jai bhaiya?...I'm sorry I don't recognize u). nahar hugs him and says, "pehchaan ke bacche. itna bara hogaya ke aapne nahar bhaiya ko nahin pehchaanta?" samir, "nahar...nahar bhaiya!!!" and he hugs him. nahar shows him to everyone else. they all greet and thank him. nurse says they can meet saloni and all go in...except nahar and samir stays behind with him.

samir ka kya chakkar hai? lol. if there is a chakkar. and why is nahar not going in? find out soon!

recap: everyone has gone in to meet saloni except nahar and samir.

inside saloni's room
everyone is surrounding saloni and ambika is sitting on one side with tara on the other. saloni slowly opens her eyes and looks around. ambika is crying and gently puts her hand on saloni's head. ambika, "ab kaisi hai laddo? tune to hume darah hi diya tah" (how are u now sweetie? u scared us so much). a tear drops from saloni's eye and tara wipes it. tara, "bas saloni, ab tum nahin rohogi, bahut hogaya rona dhona, ab jaldi se teekh ho kar ghar aajao" (enough saloni, u will not cry now. enough with the crying now quickly recover and come home). saloni gives a weak smile. aditi, "haan, tara bhabhisa bilkul teekh kehrahi hai" (yes, tara bhabhi is right). ishaan comes pushing through between aditi and brijesh and takes saloni's hand. ishaan, "saloni maami, please aap ghar ajayie jaldi. dekhiye, in sab ko mera khayal rakhna hi nahin aata. sirf aap ho jo mujhe samajh sakti ho" (saloni maami please come home soon. none of these people know how to take care of me properly. only u can understand me). aditi pulls his ear lightly. aditi, "accha ji, hume aapka khayal rakhna nahin aata. tum saloni bhabhisa se chocolates lena chahte ho na?" (oh really, we don't take care of u properly? u just want chocolates from saloni). everyone laughs. all the while saloni's eyes don't stay still. she looks towards the door. everyone is laughing. saloni takes off her oxygen mask. shubhra, "didi ye aap kya kar rahi hain" (didi, what are u doing). saloni, "nna...naaha..nahar ka..kahan hain?" tara, "saloni please tum ye vapas pao, nahar yahin hai, shayad doctor se milne gaya hoga, mein dekha kar aati hoon" (saloni please put this back on, nahar is here, maybe he is talking to the doc, I'll go check). and tara goes.

outside, nahar has told samir all...
tara comes, "devarsa aap yahan kya kar rahe hain. saloni ko hosh agaya hai aur uski aankkhon mein aapka hi intezaar hai" (devarsa what are u doing here. saloni has regained consciousness and her eyes are searching u). nahar, "nahin bhabhisa, mein saloni ko face nahin kar sakta. mujhe mein itni himmat nahin hain ke mein ussay iss halat mein dekhoon...aur waise bhi jo hua usme meri bhi kahin na kahin galti hai na?" (no bhabhi sa I cannot face saloni. I don't have the strenght to face her in this situation...and anyways, whatever happened, I do have some fault in it don't I?). tara sits with him on the bench and puts her hand on his shoulder. tara, "nahar, jo hua so hogaya. tumhari koi galti nahin hai. aur agar hai bhi, to tumhare akele ki nahin hain, hum sab doshi hain kyun ki hum sab ne hi us amar ko pehchaane mein galti ki. lekin woh sab biti baatein hai...saloni tumse bahut pyar karti hai. jaante ho, hum sab uske paas teh lekin uski aankhein ek pal ke liye nahin tehri, humsesha tumhe dhoondi hui darvaaze par jaati rahin. aur sabse pehle usnay tumhara naam liya. saloni tumhara undhar intezaar kar rahi hai...aur hum samir ko bhi dikhaein ke humare nahar bana kispe latoo huay bethay hai" (nahar, what happened, happened. don't blame yourself. you're not at fault and even if u are then all of us are because we all did not recognize that amar properly...saloni loves u alot. u know, we were all with her but her eyes never rested. they always ended up at the doorway looking for u. and the first thing she said was your name. saloni is waiting for u...and we have to show samir who this is that u are crazy over). samir smiles and so does nahar who is embarassed. she takes them in.

saloni's room...
nahar walks in and everyone makes way for our rajkumar to see his rani. they both have their eyes fixed on each other and nahar sits next to saloni as ambika gets up. he takes saloni's hand and holds it between his own. nahar, "saloni, I'm sorry, meri waja se tumhe itni takleef utaani pari... I mean tumhari ye halat..." (saloni, I'm sorry that u had to got through this because of me...I mean your condition..." and his voice breaks off as tears falls unnoticingly down his cheek and he looks down. saloni takes her other hand and puts it around his and he looks up and she wipes his tears. dheer, "chalo bhai, isse kehtay hai happy ending" and everyone claps and laughs. saloni, "bh..bhabho?" dheer is about to tell her but aditi interrupts. aditi, "babhisa woh bhabho aapke paas hi beti teeh jab aap bihosh teeh..ab woh mandir gayi haain aapke liye prathna karne ke liye" (bhabhisa she was here with u while u were unconscious now she is at the temple praying for u). all the others have a relieved look that aditi didn't let dheer tell all. brijesh remembers samir who is standing along and intro's him as the one who saved saloni. nahar, "hain ye jai ka chota bhai hai" (ye hes jai' lil bro). tara, "ye jai ka chota bhai hai. tumne ye toh nahin bataya tah nahar" (hes jai's lil bro, u didn't say so before nahar). brijesh holds samir's shoulder, "arre baapre kitna bara hogaya hai. tujhe to humari yaad hi nahin hogi, bahut chota tah na jab pichli baar dekha ta, lekin hum tumarhay papa ko aachay se jaante hai" (oh wow hes grown so much. u probably don't even remember us, u were really young when u last saw us but we know your father very well). they ask him where he is staying and he tells them that their house is getting cleaned so he is staying in a hotel but everyone scolds him and they decide he will stay with them (nahar's place). doc comes in and informs that only one person can stay and in the end nahar wins:)

everyone leaves and nahar goes to inquire as to how long saloni has to stay in the hospital and the doc says about a week or maybe two. nahar goes back to saloni.

saloni's room... -just nahar and saloni-
saloni has her eyes closed and nahar takes her hand in his and kisses it. she opens her eyes and it looks as though she is about to say something but nahar stops her. nahar, "chup. mujhe kuch nahin sunna. sirf tumhe dekhtay hi jaana hai. tumhare bina ek pal jeena kitna mushkil hai toh socho do din kaise guzray hongay" (quiet. I don't want to hear anything. I just want to look at u. without u even one minute seems so long and so imagine two days). saloni smiles and nahar puts one hand on her forehead, moves the hair and kisses her forehead. nahar, "I love u saloni"

meanwhile tara has stayed with bhabho who will be discharged in two days and she has been told that saloni is found and very fine.

four days later...
first shubra and neel come to meet saloni and she notices a bond form between the two but does not say anything. and then when they leave samir shows up. samir, "kaisi hai aap? woh mein yahan se guzar raha tah socha ke aapse milta chaloon. ye aapke liye" (how are u. these are for u) and he gives her flowers. she sits up and takes them and smells them and comments that they are beautiful and asks him to sit. saloni asks samir about when jai is getting married and coming to india. he says that he is getting married next month (lets say five weeks from now) and is coming to india in three weeks because of the restaurant work. saloni, "toh kaam to bahut hoga na? " (well there must be lots of work). samir, "haain. so to hai. meinay aapki aur nahar bhaiya ki shaadi ki movie dekhi thi..bahut achi teeh" (yes that is true. I saw your wedding video..it was really nice). saloni smiles shyly. saloni, "aacha mein toh yahan betay betay bore hojati hoon, kyun na mein tumhari shaadi ki tayarion ke liye madat karoon jaise caters, dressers vagera." (ok well I'm bored here all day. why don't I help u with the wedding preparations like the caterers etc.) samir refuses saying she is not well. saloni, "mujhe kuch nahin hua. waise bhi nahar mujhe kuch karne dete hi nahin hain." (theres nothing wrong with me, and nahar doesn't let me do anything anyways). after a brief argument samir agrees.

later bhabho come to meet saloni and both are extremely happy to see each other. bhabho is discharged and nahar comes in while she is visiting saloni. they are talking and then the doc comes in saying that saloni can go home tomorrow. saloni and bhabho and nahar are very happy and nahar calls home and lets everyone know who start planning a welcome...

hospital...
today saloni is getting discharged and nahar has come to take saloni home. they go to the receptionist and bills etc. ar cleared out. nahar is driving and saloni is holding on to his arm and they are having a great time while driving. saloni is laughing as nahar is trying to make jokes. the red light comes on and they stop. saloni is laughing and nahar looks at her passionately. nahar, "saloni mein chatah hoon ke meri saloni ki hassi humesha meri zindagi mein goonjti rahe. tum hasti ho to lagta hai ke duniya ki sari khusiyan meri mutthi mein hain..." (saloni I want that your laughter fills my life always. when u laugh it feels like the wold's happiness is in my hand). saloni is kinda feeling shy and looks down. nahar takes his index finger and lifts her chin and looks at her straight in the eyes. a moment passes...and another..."Beep!! Beep!!". behind them there is a line up of people telling them to move. nahar and saloni snap out of it. their neighbouring car (the one next to them) has an elderly couple in which the elderly lady comments "kitni pyari jodi hai...". nahar and saloni look at her and smile and she smiles back. people behind beep again and nahar goes.

home..
everyone is there to welcome saloni home. bhabho has an arti ki thali and does te arti. when she is done nahar and saloni take her blessings. she gives them ashirwaad, "humesha saat raho aur kush raho" and then she does a nzar utar thingy (I hope u know what I'm talking about). they both hug bhabho and move to get the others blessings. saloni hugs aditi and nahar and saloni take brij and tara's blessings. tara gives ashirwaad of "dudho naho phulo phalo" to saloni. it means grow and prosper (growth in biological terms) kinda. while they are still reached over, and they hear this, nahar looks over at saloni and smiles and she is shy. tara smiles and sits on her feet so that she can face them and she holds nahar's ear and pulls him up. tara, "ye kya aakh micholi khel rahay hain?" (what's being transferred by your eyes). she lets go of nahar's ear and says, "chalo, koi baat nahin khelo, hum bhi sab jaante hain" (no problem, you go ahead, I know what this is about). both are embarassed. everyone sits on the couches and have a conversation in which one can hear laughter and jokes and teasing...finally bhabho tells saloni to go inside and rest and saloni does. nahar is about to follow but tara takes his arm and sits him down. tar, "aap kahan chale. hospital se to saloni ayi hai na? aap kya karenge? ussay aram ki zaroorat hai. kabhi to biwi ka pallu chod diya karo devarsa" (where are u going? saloni is the one who came from the hospital right? what are u going to do? she needs rest. leave her pallu (side) sometimes at least). nahar is embarassed and everyone laughs. brij, "kyun cherti ho mere bhai ko...(nahar is like yes bhaisa help me). do dino se bichare ne apni biwi ko teekh se dekh hi nahi" (why are u teasing my bro..he hasn't even looked at his wife properly since two days). everyone laughs and nahar leaves out of embarassment. everyone is left laughing...

nahar room...
saloni is fixing clothes and hanging and folding. nahar scolds her. nahar, "saloni tum abhi kahan se ayi ho? hospital se na? to ye sab kya hai? chalo araam karo" (saloni where did u just come from right now? the hospital right? whats all this? come on take some rest). saloni, "nahar, mein kush dino mein ghar nahin teeh aur aapne kamre ka kya haal kiya hua hai. mere bina aapko kuch kaam atah hai kya?" (nahar, I wasn't home for two days and look what u have done to our room. u just can't do anything without me can u?). nahar takes her into his arms from behind. nahar, "ab kya karen, ab toh adat si hogai hai humko apke saath jeene mein" (what can I do. I have a habit of u now). saloni turns to face him, acha ji, agar mujhe kahin jaana hota toh?" (oh really, and if I had to go somewhere then?). nahar, "to mein aapke peeche peeche chala aata" (then i will come with u). saloni hits him jokingly and smiles and they hug...

narpat's place...
neel arrives and asks for shubra. buasa calls her. kaveri is standing nearby thinking, "lagta hai shubra ne naya sahara dhoond liya hai. delktay hai kitni der saat deta hai" (looks like shubra has found another support. lets see how long this one remains). neel says he is taking shubra out for lunch. shubra hesitates but then narpat says she should go. shubra and neel go to a restaurant and shubra feels akward and neel notices. he questions her and she says nothing. he tells her that he knows her since childhood and that something is definately bothering her. shubra begins to cry and neel comforts her. she tells him all about her pregnancy etc and neel is shocked. he tries to comfort her and feels sad seeing her state.

nahar room...(few days later)
saloni is fixing the bed when nahar comes up from behind and startles her. she hits him jokingly and he apologizes for scaring her. he even holds onto his ears with an innocent face. she looks at him and melts. they hug and nahar tells her that he has a special day planned for her tomorrow. she asks him the occassion and he says, that its just another day in the life of nahar and saloni's zindagi ka safar. saloni is curious as to what nahar has planned.
