Maan & Geet entered the restaurant . Mr Munjal had asked Maan to take Geet to Italian restaurant . Maan liked only Indian food but did what his Dad had said to him . Geet was very happy to see that Maan also liked Italian food as he had brought her in this restaurant . Maan was little uncomfortable with food other then Indian . Maan had already booked a table for 2 . So went & sat there .

Both were sitting without speaking single word . After sometime Waiter came to take order . Maan asked Geet to order some thing like a perfect gentleman .Geet was impressed with Maan's gesture . Geet asked Maan what he would like to eat . Maan asked Geet to order for him to . Anyways he did not like Italian food . Geet then gave order . Maan was not at all interested in what was ordered .

After sometime Geet asked Maan how was his work going on . Maan said work was fine . Then even Maan asked about Geet's college . Geet said college is going fantastic . I am loving it . I want to do higher studies too . Maan asked about her interest in Fashion Designing . Geet answered happily about her College . Maan saw happiness on Geet's face while talking about Studies & college .

Maan : Geet tumhe aage padhna hai na ?

Geet : Haan Maan . Mujhe aage bohot padhna hai .

Maan : Ok

Geet : Aapse mujhe baat karni thi .

Maan : Haan bolo Geet hum baat hi toh karne aaye hain .

Geet : (Got relaxed talking with Maan & asked him)

Maan kya aap mere Papa se request kar sakte hain

Shaadi na karne keliye .

Maan was shocked to here that .

Maan : Kyuon Geet baat kya hai ?

Geet : Actually mujhe Shaadi nahi karni , Mujhe padhna hai .

Maan : Kya tumhe mujhe se problem hai ?

( Maan got scared of rejection from Geet , as he had started liking company of Geet )

Geet : Nahi Maan aisi baat nahi hai mujhe aapse koi problem nahi .

Maan : Lekin Geet agar mein nahi toh

Uncle tumhare liye koi aur ladka dhoondhenge .

Geet : (thought) Are iske baare mein toh meine socha hi nahi .

Maan : Haan Geet ab socho .

Geet : Ab yeh toh musibat hogayee .

Waiter brought food & served it to both of them . After waiter left Maan said to Geet .

Maan : Ok Geet mere paas ek solution hai .

Geet : (excited) Haan boliye Maan .

Maan : Woh mein soch raha the ki hume

ek dusere ko jaanana aur samjhna bhi hai

toh hume thoda samay ek saath bitna chahiye na .

Geet : What ??????? (Glass of water fell on Maan with Geet's hand )

Sorry sorry sorry Maan , i did not mean to do this .

Maan said its ok mein abhi aata hoon yeh saaf karke . Geet was really impressed with Maan's gentleness . Geet was thinking about what Maan was saying . Till then Maan came back .

Geet : Haan Maan ab boliye aap kya kehe rahe the .

Maan : I mean hum apne parents ko convince

karein ki hum sirf engagement karenge .

Shaadi ek saal baad kar sakte hain .

Geet thought for a while & then asked Maan .

Maan : Par aap mere liye yeh sab karenge ?

Maan : Haan .

Geet : par aap kyuon karenge ?

Maan : Geet par mere paas na kehene ke liye koi reason bhi toh nahi hai .

Geet was puzzled , But Maan was liking Geet's company so he wanted to be with her . He did not understand why did he suggest this idea to Geet . Both were silent for some time & thinking .
