Hummm...Zaara, u have a valid question, but understand Geet's turmoil here, she had been told by Maan in more than one instance that he cant love her. All he wants is her companionship and it was ok with her earlier, but then this misunderstanding happened and she saw that he didnt trust her too. This brought on an insecurity in Geet that if anyone can make him disbelieve in her or remove his trust in her then he can never love her in the future coz he had always claimed that he cant love anybody. She doesnt want to hurt herself again as she knows he might desire her for herself, even maybe trust her and repent the past but love is something she will have to hear from him to know it for a fact.
