Part 14
She went to her room & freshened up. She just laid on the bed feeling really lazy. She thought she will inform maan after 5 mins. But as soon as she laid down.. her mind her heart only thought of him.. maan. And it didn't took her long to fall asleep.
He was really worried for her. He called her several times but no response. It was really late when he tried last to call her but still no response. He threw the phone in anger & dozzed off in a while.
Next day when she got up, she was utter confused. First she got to know that she was married.. although the ritual was not completed then but still.. it was all so confusing for her. She cursed herself for forgetting all this at the first place. Now she felt she shouldn't have asked dadimaa abt this.. actually she just wanted to forget abt it all. But she just couldn't. How those eyes stair at her.. how his closeness melts all her anger.. how his touch sends shivers down her bodies. She closed her eyes only to find his eyes staring her. A smile automatically touched her lips.
Maan was doing his tai chai from last night. He just couldn't digest the fact that she knows it all. Woh kya soch rahi hogi.. mere bare me.. hamare bare.. hamare rishte ke baare.. these thoughts kept haunting him. He broke an ice slab. His anger was only increasing.. not that he was angry on Geet on someone else.. but just that he was scared.. scared of losing her.
Geet just noticed the endless number of missed calls in her mobile. Maan.. itni raat ko kyun mujhe call karenge.. oh god.. woh theek hain na.. kal bhi aise naraz hokar..
She immidiately called dadimaa at landline of KM but no one picked up. She finally decided to go there herself.
She rushed to KM. She didn't knew wat was happening to her.. she could feel a wierd sensation. It was something she couldn't understand.. couldn't explain it to herself. She just couldn't.
She rushed to his room but he was not there. Then she realised that last time he was doing his tai chai. She rushed to that place, only to find his hand bleeding badly. She ran to him almost shouting his name. She could see anger evident in his eyes.. which were red & swollen.. but there was something else.. fear.. fear of losing her. She held his hand & tears began to flow from her eyes. He only looked at her like a lifeless creature. She tore her dupatta & tied it on his hand. She couldn't control anymore & just hugged him. Her tears drenched his chest. He hugged her back.. tightly.. like ensuring that she is with him.. that she doesn't leave him.
But suddenly his anger took the place of his fear. He jerked her & pinned her against the piller. His eyes said it all to her. She instantly knew he was either angry on her or something else had happened.. lekin ab maine kya kiya.. she wondered.

She didn't knew why but she couldn't take his rudeness. Her eyes became moist & soon a new layer of tears drenched her face.
Maan' kahan thi tum.. he was rude
Geet' wo.. mai.. she couldn't speak.. words didn't came out.. moreover the tears led to hiccups. She finally managed to say.. I'm sorry.. & hugged him.
He hugged her back.. her hugging him like this made him calm. They remained in that position for god knows how long. Finally he broke from the hug & cupped her face.
A wierd sensation sorrounded them. He inched closer & closer until his lips were on hers. She judt couldn't make out what was happening. Her head started spinning.. she felt her knees tremble.. until his passion took over & she responded back with the same fervor.
