First of all, sorry guys it's been eons since I've updated but school has just gotten the better of me. Secondly thank you everyone for your support and wonderful comments. I was truly overwhelmed. At first I thought nobody was that much interested in my FF because the "like" and comments were low but then I saw today and wow I was taken aback. Thirdly to those who wished me to feel better thanks I give my earnest appreciation. As a small token of gratitude, here is chapter 5. Hope you enjoy it!

Chapter 5: Aise Chali Hawa, Ishq Hua...

Recap: Khushi comes to Raizada Mansion and Arnav and Khushi admire each other.

Akash: Bhai.. ? Andar anhe toh dijiye.

Arnav came out of his trance. "oo. Ha, come in."

All three of them walked in and Arnav closed the door. Khushi saw the same elderly lady that she had met in the hospital and with her the perky dazzled up middle aged woman. Khushi greeted them.

Khushi: "Namaster."

Nani: "Khush raho betiya. Waise hum pehle mil chooke hai, lekin aapka naam kya hai?"

Manorama just made a face and thought "Hum jab ise ghar me bahu ban ke aaye the tab saaso ma ne humari itne aachi se suhagat nahi kyi tha, aur yeh cucumber se itne pyaar se baat kar rahi hai!"

Khushi: "Ji, humara naam Khushi hai. Khushi Kumari Gupta." Saying her name with confidence.

Manorama: "Yeh lo, aapna naam ase kahet ke jaise desh ki Prima Minsteria ha".

Nani gave a glare at Manorma and smiled at the bubbly yet cultured girl. She asked Khushi to sit and Jayprakash to get some tea.

Akash went to his room to go change and Arnav stared wide-eyed at what was going on in his living room. This girl whom his family, whom he barely knew, was getting along like cheese and cracker with his Nani.

Khushi: Ji, aap.. aunty..mein..

Nani: "Aap hume Nani bula sakti hai."

By this time Arnav had sat down and was shocked to hear this. His Nani was a friendly person but this was odd. Why in the world is she making relationships with unknown people. But then again, Nani knew her name and it was enough for her. He rolled his eyes.

Khushi: "Ji. Naniji hum pooch rahe the ke Anjaliji abhi takh aayi nahi?"

Nani: "Woh…"

The doorbell rang.

Arnav: "Lagta hai ke Di aur Jeeju aa gaye. Mein dekhta hu."

Arnav got up and opened the door. He saw his Di in a wheelchair smiling at her chote. Arnav's face filled with concern.

Arnav: "Di, yeh sab kya hai?"

Shyam: "Are saale sahab, pher mein chot lagi hai toh chal kaise payegi."

Anjali forced a smile on her face as she knew that if she didn't agree with her husband her brother wouldn't believe that she was truly happy and well now. Arnav nodded, let them in, and closed the door. He received a phone call and went to his room to go take it.

Shyam saw Khushi in the blue anarkali smiling at them. He suddenly had a glint of sparkle in his eyes and didn't dare to blink as the beauty in front of him was heart throbbing. But unfortunately Nani had broken his dream as she started talking.

Nani: "Aap donu aa gaye. Sab theek hai abhi?"

Anjali: "Nani sab theek hai, bas pher mein chot hai toh thode din chal nahi payenge. Lekin yeh Nurse Khushi hai na toh hume koi chinta nahi." She smiled at Khushi and Khushi smiled back.

Manorama: "Anjali, aal iz wells jo end mein wells hai". She laughed.

Nani nodded her head and told Shyam and Anjali to take some rest and that food will be served in their room. Akash came down and helped Shyam take Anjali to her room. For a moment he looked at Khushi and Anjali sorta fell on one side. Khushi ran to them and helped Anjali's arm around Shyam.

Khushi: "Sambhal ke."

Khushi's touch gave Shyam shivers and he broadly smiled and moved on up with Akash and Anjali. Meanwhile Arnav came down.

Nani: "Khushi betiya, chote aap ko aap ka karma dekha dega."

Arnav looked up in bewilderment.

Khushi: "Nahi naniji, hume ghar wapas jaana hai."

Nani: "Are aap Anjali ki Nurse hai toh uske saath rehna parega. Ghar kaise jaogi?"

Before Khushi could argue Nani grabbed the phone and Khushi's conact info that the Doctor had given to them and called up her home. Khushi just stood there as Nani talked sweetly over the phone. When she was done she turned to face Khushi.

Khushi: "Kya hua Naniji?"

Nani smiled. : Aapki Jiji thi. Pehle toh who nahi mani phir jab humne unko yakeen dilaya ke aap yahan pe safe hai toh who man gayi. Aap yahan Anjali betiya ke chalne tak rahe sakti hai. Chote inhe inka karma dikha do."

With that Nani left not giving Khushi a chance to argue further. Manorama left too with a "Nani is crazy" face. Now it was only Arnav and Khushi in the hall.

Arnav: "Lets go."

Khushi: "Ji..?"

Arnav: "Tume English nahi aati kya, nurse kaise bani?"

Khushi: "No, it's not like that. I can speak English but answer this. I have no clothes to change into what will I wear?"

Arnav was amazed at Khushi crisp and clear English. "Don't worry, mein Raju se bolta hu, who tumhara saaman le aayega."

Khushi nodded and they both went upstairs.

Arnav: "This is your room. Have fun. Dinner 8 baje hai. Late mat hona."

Khushi: "Okay, I can take it from here. Tum..Aap ja sakte ho."

Arnav: "Mere ghar mein mujhe order mat do. Mera karma tumhare saamne hai. Dehko." He pointed to the room across the narrow hallway.

Khushi gulped and tugged at the door. She couldn't get it to open and Arnav didn't want her to break the handle. He reached out and his hand was over hers on the handle. Their eyes met…Aaja chanda baaho mein tujhmein hi ghum hoi jaaun mai, Tere naam mein kho jaaun… It was the same feeling Arnav felt when Khushi first fell into his arms, when he stood close to her, and when she hugged him. Khushi felt his eyes piercing her. Her heart was racing now. What if he heard it? She removed her hand, broke the daze, and he opened the door. She went inside said thanks to him and closed the door.

Moments later her suitcase arrived with enough clothes for a week ranging from her pom-pom filled shalwar kurtas to 2-3 sarees and some light jewelry. She picked out her baby-pink night salwar kurta and changed. She saw the time and went downstairs.

Everyone was starting to take seats and Nani asked her to come sit by her. Unexpectedly she sat on the right which was Arnav's favorite seat because he got to sit by his Nani and Anjali. Not to mention that he had broken in the chair since he got it. His butt had fit snuggly in it.

Manorama's eyes widened as Khushi sat down but Nani gave the look to everyone not to say anything. Anjali and Shyam came and Shyam once again was hit by Khushi's charm. Her hair was open and the outfit complemented her skin tone so well. She looked like a strawberry ice cream he could like right up.

Arnav came.: "What the.."

Nani: "Chote aaj aap humare left pe bateye."

Khushi was still clueless as to what was going on but happily looked at Nani. She was so caring. The food was beginning to be served.

Nani: "Are Anjali betiya rukhiye. Aap dawai kahne se pehle kahna mat kaiye."

Khushi: "Naniji hum leke aate hai."

Anjali: "Lekin Khushiji aap…"

Khushi: "Hume toh pata hai ke aapko koun se dawai deni hai."

Nani: "Betiya, pani garam layega."

Khushi smiled at pranced to the kitchen. Everyone began to eat. Khushi kinda lost her way but eventually found the kitchen. She got a pot and filled it with water and put it on boil. She hummed to herself and unconsciously remembered Arnav and the moments with him.

Khushi to herself: "Hum uske bare mein kyu soch rahe hai? Khushi tumhara dimaag karab ho gaya hai."

Back in the dining hall…

Nani: "Are yeh Khushi abhi tak nahi aayi?"

Anjali: "Ha kafi der ho chuki hai."

Arnav: "Mein dekh kar aata hu." And with that he started walking to the kitchen.

As he was walking in he heard Khushi yelp.

Khushi: "Aahh."

Arnav ran to her side at saw her holding a redden finger.

Arnav: "Dekh kar nahi kaam kar sakhti, jal gayi na?"

Khushi had tears starting to flow down. "Aap chilaye mat, hamari madat kijiye. Ouch"

Arnav didn't know what to do. Without thinking he held her finger and propped it into his mouth sucking on it to give her coldness of his saliva. Khushi closed her eyes as she felt the softness of his tongue on her finger and her tears stopped…tu jo choole pyaar se, aaraam se maar jahoon...His touch felt good, relaxing, and normal. She felt a sense of belonging, safety, and love.

Khushi to herself: "Love..? Did she just think love?

She opened her eyes to remove that thought only to see Arnav still sucking on her finger. She looked at him. Arnav looked up and saw Khushi looking at him oddly. His mouth opened, and he pulled back gently. Khushi's finger slide past his lips. They were tender. She saw concern in his eyes. Did he feel the same way she just did now? Arnav saw warmth in her eyes. Did she feel what he had been feeling all this time? They stood there. Arnav still had Khushi's finger in his hand. Time stood still…

Promo: Arnav's hands slid under her arms … Tujhe Tujhse Tod Loo…He gripped her waist… Kahi Khudse Jod Loo…She leaned back into him… Mere Jism O Jaan Main Aa…He pushed her hair to one side and nuzzled in the nape of her neck… Teri Khusboo Odh Loo… Her hands held tightly on top of Arnav's.
