So I decided it would be better off in English' (by the way Khushi and Payal live with buaji from start)
Chapter 1: Kitne Karib
"Exams over, jalebi time!", said Khushi as she ran into her house and swung her sister Payal. "Hai Hai, nand Kishore", said buaji, "yeh chokariya ase naach ri hai jaise gaade ke peechware mein aag lagi ho".
"Khushi, khushi calm down" said Payal as she balanced herself from all that swinging.
This is what it was like in Khushi Kumari Guptas house over a month ago. She had just taken her RN (registered nurse) exam and finished college. Today was the day that the results were supposed to come in.
"BANG, BANG". Payal and buaji woke up with a startle.
Payal said to buaji, "lagta hai ke awaaz kitchen mein se aarahi hai".
"Ay payalia", said buaji, "kahin chor toh nahin gusa aya ghar mein".
"Hum dekhte hai" said Payal as she led buaji behind her to the kitchen.
Before she got there buaji grabbed a hockey stick from the foyer. To there surprise it was none other than Khushi in the kitchen.
"Eh lo nand Kishore, ay chokariya toh humra kahan ka bill bada ri hai", said buaji, "Maharani jalebiya banarahi hai, aur itni sari ke pure Am-rica ko kila saakti hai".
Then Payal explained that today Khushi's results were to come in and she was scared and so she was making jalebi. Just then the doorbell rang and Khushi dropped everything and ran to the door. She opened it and the mailman said, "memsab aapke liye courier aaya hai." She took it, signed the paper, and sent the mailman away in a jiffy.
She went to the couch and sat down and Payal and buaji stood by her as she opened the envelope. For a few minutes she glanced at the paper then with fearful eyes looked up. She slowly stood up.
"Khushi kya lika hai, tum nurse bangayi ke nahi?", asked Payal.
Khushi screamed, "ha jiji, hum ab nurse hai", and literally jumped on Payal and buaji to hug them.
"AHHH, BUOCHALLL (earthquake)", said buaji as khushi let go of her. "hai, eh ladki nurse hai ke khooni, logo ko bachane ke badle mei mar dale gi" said buaji. Khushi and Payal just exchanged glances and laughed.
"Jiji ise kuch aur bhi lika hai", said Khushi. "Hum naukri milgayi hai aur aaj hi jana hai".
"Are wah Khushi, yeh to aachi bahat hai, lekin kahan pe?" said Payal
"Ha nand Kishore, agar bohot hi door hai toh tume nahin ja sakti", said buaji.
"Are buaji yahan paas mein hi hai, Zindagi Hospital", said Khushi.
Payal and buaji seemed satisified, then Payal said, "theek hai Khushi tum tayar ho jao hum kahna lag ate hai."
"Okay", said Khushi, as she rushed off to get ready.

That same day in another part of Delhi'
"AAAHHH"!!!!, "ARNAV!!" screamed a voice that was falling down the stairs.
"DIII, replied Arnav, as he dropped his watering bucket and ran to the stairs.
As soon as everyone heard the scream they all came out, a man from the top of the stairs came running down too. Arnav held his sister in his arms and yelled, "call the bloody ambulance!"
Nani and Mami kept asking, "Anjali betiya, aakhe khol betiya". But it was effortless. Arnav held his unconscious sister in his hands as his cousin Akash called up the hospital.
Arnav, asked the man that came down the stairs, "kya hua Di ko, Jijaji?"
"Saale sahab, hume nahin pata, hum donu bas niche hi aarahe they, aur humara phone aaya. Hum bas 2 minute ki liye peech mure aur phir' phir yeh hadsaa kaise, hume nahin malum. Anjaliji aakhe koli please", said Shyam her husband.
"Bhai, ambulance aagayi hai", said Akash.
Arnav and Shyam picked up Anjali and put her on the stretcher. The ambulance took her away and Shyam went with her.
"Bhai, hum Nani aur Maa ko lekhe aayte hai, aap abhi nikaliye", said Akash.
"Theek hai", said Arnav as he zoomed out of the house and drove away.

At khushi's house, she finished eating and was about to leave when buaji stopped her.
"Eh rukh ja chokariya, yeh le dai shaker ka ley phir jaa, naukri aachi jayegi", said buaji.
Khushi happily ate and then Payal stopped her.
"Khushi, yeh daaga band lo, hum ise mandir se laye hai. Kehne mein aata hai, ke yeh jiske bhi haath pe baanda ho, use koyi mushibat nahi milti", said Payal as she tied the daaga on Khushi's hand and she left the house.

The ambulance arrived at Zindagi Hospital and shifted Anjali to the ICU. Khushi arrived at the hospital and asked the receptionist her job. She said, "from now on you will be assisting the ICU patients with Dr. Khurana, please make your way up to the ICU on 3rd floor, I believe there is already a patient there as well as Dr. Khurana. Khushi smiled and went to the elevators.
Arnav's car arrived at the front of the hospital with a screech. He rushed inside and asked the receptionist "Anjali Malik". The receptionist replied, "ICU, 3rd floor".
Meanwhile, Khushi had gone up too many floors and landed on 8th floor. She tried to go back down but there was a line as only one of the elevators was in use. So she went down the stairs.
Downstairs, Arnav saw the crowd by the elevator as somebody had fainted so he ran to the stairs.
...(Kuchh Khaas Hai Kuchh Paas Hai, Kuchh Ajanabi Ehsaas Hai)...
