"Kisi bhi tarah Raj se Naina ko alag karna hai. Is se Raj khud ba khud kamjor pad jayega."
"Par sir Major itna bhi kamjor nahi hai vo bahut hi strong hai mentally."
"I know par Naina ko alag kar k hum us ko kuch time k liye disturb to kar hi sakte hain na? Vaise bhi Rajveer bahut hi emotional hai."
"To ab mujhe kya karna hai sir?"
"Kal ka savera chain se hone do filhal us k liye but agla din vo chain se nahi dekh payega."
"Par sir aap ko nahi lagta ki agar hum Major ko jara bhi time denge to vo humare liye koi naya plan bana k back fire kar sakta hai. To behtar yahi hoga ki hum bhi koi na koi plan jara jaldi se bana lein."
"Very smart, I am impressed. Mujhe bhi lag raha hai ki hume kal bhi ek dhamaka karna hai."
"Yes sir."
"To next plan mai tum ko bus kuch hi der me batata hoon."
"Yes sir," he hung up the phone. "Major jitna bach sake to bach k dikhao.Tum ko milegi tumhare kiye ki saza."
Here Raj tried for his approval for leave and went to BC when he called her about the incident which took place yesterday of blast, "May I come in sir?"
"Come in Captain."
"Jai Hind sir," he saluated BC.
"At ease Captain. Mujhe aap se kal k blast k bare me baat karni hai."
"Yes sir I know us blast k baad Academy me thoda dar ka atmosphere bana hua hai but mai apni taraf se poori koshish kar raha hoon pata lagane ki ki ye kis ka kaam ho sakta hai."
"I know Captain mujhe is baat pe poora bharosa hai ki aap is ka pata lagane ki koshish karenge par is se pehle hume aap se ye poochna tha ki aap ko is bare me information kaise mile?"
Raj narrated him the whole sms he got except the portion why is someone threatening him as that person knows about Naina's truth which Raj don't want BC to know.
"This matter is really serious Captain. Vo log aap ko lagatar msg kar rahe hain is ka matlab hai un ka target is Academy me disturbance create karna hai. Vo yahan Ashanti faila kar Aacdemy ko bund karwana chahte hain."
"Don't worry sir hum aisa nahi hone denge."
"I know Captain aur agar aap chahe to Capatin Arjun Malhotra ko bhi is kaam me apne saath laga sakte hain."
"Thank u sir. Capatin Arjun bahut hi talented hain and I am sure ki vo mera saath acche se is matter ko investigate kar lenge."
"Hmmm, bus mujhe Academy ki security ko fir se ek baar revise karna padega. Vaise bhi Major Nair ki absence me mujhe lagta hai ki is kaam k liye aap sahi rahenge. To mai chahta tha ki Captain Rajveer aap academy ki security ko fir se check kijiye."
"Actually sir I am honored to know ki aap ne mujhe is kabil samjha but mai...," he was finding words to talk about his leave.
"Kya baat hai Captain aap ko koi baat kehni hai?"
"Yes sir, vo mujhe...mujhe aap se kuch kaam tha."
" kahiye koi khaas kaam?"
"Sir I want leave of a fifteen days."
BC was surprised, "Kya baat hai Captain achanak se itne saari leave? May I know aap ko achanak se itne saari leave ki jaroorat pad gayi?"
"Actually sir Naina ko apne ghar jana hai kuch rituals k liye aur hume...", he was hesitating a bit before saying it BC.
"Hume?"
"Sir vo hum ko bahar kahin ghoomne jana hai to...vo Naina kal k haadse k baad bahut dar bhi gayi hai. Vo boquette bhi to Naina k liye hi aaya tha na. I wanted leave sir..."
BC hide his smile, "You mean captain aap honeymoon pe jana chahte hain."
Raj blushed he tried to cover it, "No sir actually aisa kuch nahi hai...vo to Naina ki jid thi. Maine samjhaya bhi ki leave milna thoda mushkil hai aur kal k blast k baad to but..." BC cut him between.
"It's ok captain. I can understand sometimes it's tough to convince your wife. Actually the real problem is ki Major Nair bhi academy me nahi hain au raise waqt me jab Academy me kal hi ek blast hua hai to u know abhi leaves milna is not possible."
"It's ok sir, I can understand. Kal k accident k baad meri jaroorat Academy me jyada hai."
"Captain it's better ki aap leave Major Nair k Academy me vapas aane k baad lein."
"It's ok sir." And Raj left thinking what to answer Naina. Kya boloonga Naina se? Vo to dari hue hai andar tak bus kisi tarah se yahan k atmosphere se door jana chahti hai. Uper se doctor Ritu jo kisi bhi tarah se Naina ko ye batana chahati hai meri zindagi ka vo sach jo mujhe Naina se humesha k liye door kar dega.' Thinking deep he got a call.
"Yes"
"Captain Shekhawat mai Musafir Travel Company se bol rai hoon aap ne humare pass call kia thi thodi der pehle humare tour packages k bare me jaane k liye."
"You r Sarita right?"
"Yes sir. Sir mai aap ko apne detail tour plans k bare me batana chahti thi."
"Sorry mam, abhi to filhal meri leave pass nahi ho payi hai to abhi filhal humara tour plan cancel hai."
"It's ok sir but if in future kabhi bhi aap ka koi plan banta hai aisa to hume jaroor ek baar chance dijiyega."
"Ofcourse mam." And he hung up after formal good bye. "Kya boloon Naina ko? Hey bhagwan tum ne mujhe kaise musibat me daal diya hai jo accha hai vo kyoun nahi hone dena chahte tum meri life me?" he said looking up towards sky.
Tabhi ek orderly came to him. "Captain Shekhawat Brigedier is calling you."
"Abhi aaya." He said, "Ab BC kyoun bula rahe hain? Jaroor koi security ka plan hoga." He proceeded towards BC's office.
"May I come in sir?"
"Come in Captain." After formal wishes he asked BC, "Sir aap ne mujhe bualaya?"
"Yes Captain, aap ne mujh se apni leave k liye baat ki thi abhi thodi der pehle?"
"Yes sir..but Major Nair nahi hai abhi to.."
BC cut him in between and said,"Captain,mai aap ki leave sanction kar raha hoon but it wouldn't be possible for more than eight days. Sorry captain u know mai aap ko itne lambi holidays nhi de sakta."
Raj felt was surprised at BC's sudden favor but offended, "Nahi sir it's really ok I know hum civilians nahi hain. Humare duty desh k liye pehle hai fir apne liye. I didn't want to take any holiday par sir Naina us blast k baad thoda dari hue hai and she wants to go away from here for some time and mai us ko samjha nahi paaya fir Major Nair bhi nahi hai.."
"It's really fine Captain aap ka kaam aur aap ki apne country k liye loyalty dekh kar mujhe lagta hai u deserve this. I really trust you and thank god us din koi bada hadsa nahi hua aap ne apne activity se sab control kar liya. You can go Captain aur mai ki absence me abhi koi jyada loss nahi hoga kyounki cadets ka ek semester over ho chuka hai to abhi manage karne me koi khaas problem nhi hai. Fir Major Nair bhi kal se Academy join kar rahe hain. Un ka kaam vahan khatam ho gaya hai aur kal afternoon tak vo Academy pahuch jayenge abhi kuch der pehle unhone mujhe inform kia."
Raj was too happy to respond but hiding his happiness he just said,"Thank u sir." And Raj left from there smiling and went to Naina.
"Kya hua Veer kya kaha BC ne?" Naina asked eagerly.
Raj made a sad face, "Naina vo...BC...".
Naina understood what he wanted to say, "Rehne do Veer mai samjah gayi...permission nahi mile na. Jaane do, I know tum ne bahut koshish ki hogi but Army ka job hi aisa hai ki kabhi bhi aap apne according nahi chal sakte hain."
Raj just gave a small smile, "Naina I'm sorry."
"It's really fine." She got a call than. "Hello."
"Hello, can I talk to Mrs. Rajveer Singh Shekhawat?"
"Yes speaking, aap kaun?"
"Mam I am Sarita calling from Musafir Travel company. Kuch der pehle aap k husband ne hume call kia tha ek tour package k liye. Aur hum ne un ko sari details bata di thi. But unhone hume ye nahi bataya tha ki aap dono kahan jana pasand karenge? Unhone hum se kaha tha ki hum aap se pooch lein ki aap ka fav holiday destination kya hai?"
"Mam my fav holiday destination Goa hai is weather k liye (guys it's winter as u know after karwa chauth we get winters)".
"That very surprising mam as u should know aap k husband ne bhi hum se Goa k baare me hi enquire kia tha. To mai aap dono ki booking final kar de rahi hoon." Raj was hiding his smile as he could know what that girl must be saying.
"Nahi aap rehne dijiye pehle humara plan tha but ab hum nahi ja rahe hain.Hume leave nahi mile hain. Aap humare bookings mat kijiye."
"I am sorry mam but mujhe lagta hai ki koi confusion hai actually sir ne abhi thodi der pehle bola ki un ki leaves pass ho gayi hai aur ab hum final bookings kar dein aap se confirm kar k."
Naina gave a look to Raj to which he gave a big smile and nodded his head. "Accha to aap jaldi se bookings kar k mujhe confirmation bhej dijiye." After she hung up the phone she gave a killer look to Raj to which all he could do was just smile. "Aap ne ye baat mujhe kyoun nahi batayi?" she asked keeping her hands on her hips.
Raj gave a smile, "Agar mai aisa nahi karta to apni Naina k face pe ye smile kaise dekhta?"
"This is not joke Veer. Pata hai mujhe kitna gussa aa raha tha jab mujhe pata chala ki humare leaves sanction nhi hue hain."
"Aur ab?" he asked teasing her.
"Abhi bhi gussa aa raha hai but ab aap pe."
"To hum is gusse ko kaise kam kar sakte hain?" Raj said purposely coming closer to her.
"Koi sharat nahi Veer, mujhe pata hai aap k irade kya hain?"
"Accha to batao...humare irade kya hain?"
"Veer mujhe bahut gussa aa raha hai aap pe. Aap pehle bhi mujhe sach bata sakte the na?"
"Tum ne poocha hi kab? Tum ne to khud hi samajh lia ki mujhe leave nahi mile hain." And he gave a big smile again.
Naina bit her lower lip, "Haan baba galti ho gayi. Mujhe aap se pooch lena tha." She paused looking at Raj, "To kab nikalna hai hume?"
"Kya baat hai Mrs. Shekhawat aap badi excited ho rahi hai honeymoon pe jane k liye?"
"Shut up Veer, packing bhi to karni hai na."
"I was thinking Naina ki jaroori saman rakh lo but thode se hi kapde rakhna."
"Kyoun?" Naina asked with confusion.
"Are hum Goa jaa rahein hain Naina. Vahan jyadatar log kapde hi nahi pehante hain beech sides pe to why should we?" Raj asked winking her.
"Veer...u r really shameless." Naina scolded him.
"Naina everyone gets shameless when he/she is in love with someone hopelessly." Saying this he hugged Naina and kissed her passionately. His hands started roaming at her body when she stopped him and said. "Stop it Veer bahut saari packing karni hai aur hum ko sham ko nikalna bhi hai." Raj made a face but helped Naina in packing.
Here BC called Arjun and Arohi in his office.
"Gud eve sir." Both said entering in his office.
"Gud eve Captains at ease. Mujhe aap se kuch jaroori baat karni hai. Mai aap ko batana chahta tha ki Captain Rajveer apni wife Naina k saath kuch dino k liye holiday pe jaa rahe hain. To un ki absence me Army ki security ki hi nahi baki ki responsibilities bhi aap dono dekhenge as Major Nair bhi kuch jaroori kaam se bahar gaye hue hain inspection k liye aur vo kal afternoon me Academy aayenge to tab tak to aap logon ko hi sab dekhna hai."
"Yes sir."
"I think aap dono ko koi khaas takleef nahi hogi kyounki filhaal cadets k exams over ho chuke hain to un ki classes and drill next week se start hongi."
"Yes sir." And both came out of BC's office.
"Tum ko kya lagta hai Arjun Rajveer sir kahan jaa rahe honge all of a sudden?"
"Yahi mai bhi soch raha hoon ki all of a sudden captain ko kya emergency aa gayi ki un ko jana pad raha hai aise?" Arjun thought.
"Kyoun na hum khud mil kar Captain n Naina jee se poochein."
Arjun looked at Arohi and smiled, "Kabhi kabhi kaafi sensible baatein kar leti ho."
"Haan bilkul kyounki mai Captain Arohi Sharma hoon." She winked and both went to meet Raj and Naina before their departure. In the way they met Shalini and she stopped them.
"Are Captain Arohi and Arjun aap dono itne jaldi me kahan ja rahe hain?"
Both greeted them. "Haan Doc Shalini hum Captain Rajveer k pass ja rahe hain."
"Why? Anything serious? All is well na? Vaise bhi kal k blast k baad everyone in the academy is terrified."
"Are haan mam, aap tension mat lo sab theek hi hai. But vo kal se captain holiday pe jaa rahe hain na to hum ko un se poochna tha ki achanak se holiday pe? Kya baat hai sab theek to hai na?"
Shalini was equally surprised as well, "Are ye achanak se ye dono kahan ja rahe hain? Ek to jab se kal blast hua hai mujhe kitne tension ho gayi hai is baat ki. Kyounki sab ne Naina ko hi target kia tha tab."
"Vahi to mam we are also worried." Arohi added.
"Theek hai Captains hum chalte hain dekhte hain ki kya baat hai."
The trio reached at their room and knock the door. Raj opens it and find them. Seeing all three there he feels a bit surprised, "Aap sab yahan ek saath is waqt? Sab theek to hai?"
"Captain can we come in?" Shalini said.
"Are off course doc aaiye na." he welcomed them inside. "Naina dekho kaun aaya hai?" he called Naina.
"Kaun hai?" he came out to see doc Shalini, Arohi and Arjun together. "Are aap log aaiye baithye. Kya hua sab ek saath? Sab theek to hai?"
"Naina yahi to hum tum se poochna chahte hain."
Naina got confused, "Kya matlab? Mujhe kuch hua hai kya?"
"I mean aap log all of a sudden leave pe ja rahe hain. Sab theek to hai ghar pe?"
Raj and Naina smiled, "are nhi doc sab theek hai ghar pe kahin koi problem nahi hai. Bus Naina kaafi dino se kahin bahar nahi gayi thi aur shaadi k baad vaise bhi hum kahin ghoomne nahi gaye the. Abhi cadets ka semester off chal raha hai to hum ne socha kyoun na hum kahin ghoom k aayein." Raj told.
"Oh to ye baat hai sir hum to dar hi gaye the ki achanak se kya ho gaya." Arohi said.
"Nahi Arohi all is fine." Naina added.
"So Captain aap ko BC ne inform kia hoga is bare me?"
"Yes sir."
"Oh Captain kitne baar kaha hai aap ko don't call me sir."
"Sir aap mujh se senior hain."
"But rank me aap k equal hoon na?"
"Vo to hai, vaise Rajveer aap ko ek secret news deni thi." Arjun said.
"Kaise secret news aur agar secret hai to hum kahin bahar chale?" Raj asked suspiciously.
"Nahi sir aise koi baat nahi hai. It's a good news for u. Mujhe apne kuch sources se pata chala hai ki aap ko Army me promotion milne wala hai." Arjun told smiling.
Everyone in the room fell silent. Nobody could firstly understand how to respond. Ringtone of Shalu's phone bring them back to the convo. Shalu hurriedly picked the call saying hello on phone and gone out of the room.
"Wow Veer, aap ka promotion hone wala hai? Ye to bahut acchi news hai."
Raj was smiling now but he further enquired about this, "Par ye news aap ko kahan se mile Captain?"
"Mujhe mere links se mile hai ye news and vo bhi aap ka previous mission me aap ne jo dhamaka kia tha sir us k baad to vaise bhi our army should honour u." Arjun said proudly.
"Thanks Captain."
"Sir ek taraf aap mujhe kehte hain ki mai aap ko Rajveer kahoon aur fir aap mujhe Capatin Arjun kehte hain."
"Theek hai Captain mai aage se aap ko Arjun hi kahoonga." All left after giving Raj congratulations and a little chit chat. Naina could understand the tone was weeken after Shalu talked on phone. She wanted to know about it but decided to talk about it later. Everyone left and Naina asked Raj, "Veer..."
"Mujhe aisa kyoun lag raha hai u knew about that?"
"Kis bare me?"
"Aap ko apne promotion k bare me."
