Waiting for the Sid Panchi confrontation. And Neel baby is in for a stiff competion. Misha all of a sudden so much of enrgy in her. Chand will never be able to trust Sid. But can't help feeling a bit sorry for Sid. abhay may do things as per his wish and hurt his parents but they always stand by him but one wrong move from Sid and he sure is a toast.

Part 14

He couldn't understand why his daughters were having such weird destinies. Misha was never interested in any guy, and the only one who got her interest turned to be gay which made her keep more distance from having a relationship. Piya was stuck on Abhay, with or without her memories. What was in Abhay that she can't stay away from him? And Panchi... she was the one suffering most. Three times engaged yet none were faithful. Dhanish and Sidharth were her choices but Neel was their choice. Yet they couldn't beat her fate. What was in store for her afterall?

Misha runs away from guys, Piya runs after Abhay who pushes her away, and Panchi gets heartbreak everytime she gets engaged. He wondered if he'll ever see his daughters happy and settled.

" Good morning, Papa." Piya woke him from his thoughts.

" Good morning dear. Where are your sisters?"

" They 'll be down in few minutes."

" Aren't you girls getting late ?"

" I know, but we slept late yesterday night. Lots of assignments."

That reminded Arnab of something he saw at night. He had got up at late night to drink water. While passing the stairs, he noticed the girls standing outside with the Khurana boys. He watched them till the girls were back in the house and the boys were gone.

" What were you girls doing out late night ? That too with the Khurana boys? " he asked sternly.

Piya almost choked on the water she was drinking and looked bit tensed. " Papa ? "

" What is going on?"

" Umm...Papa, that...actually...that..."

" I'm listening."

" Well...umm...Misha..."

" Misha?"

" She left college yesterday evening with Jay. But he left her at a bar while going out for some work. And.. umm...you know how Misha, at rare times, gets drunk...right?"

Piya thought she saw danger signs above his head.

" So, well...we asked Jay to drop her back when she didn't reach back on time. He and Neel brought her back. We were getting her from them." She prayed that he hadn't seen them coming in the car. And to her relief, she found that he hadn't.

" I saw you kids standing outside. Don't do things like this. It'll affect your reputation."

" Yes Papa, we won't repeat it." Piya promised.

" What to do with this girl ?! Ever since your accident, she has been drinking, hiding from our eyes."

" Did my accident affect her that badly?"

' You don't know what happened. Vampires, your memory loss, Panchi's heartbreak, Sidharth's betrayal, revelation of your relation with us...everything must 've depressed her. But I can't tell you all this, we cannot take risk with your health.' thought Arnab.

He was saved from answering her question by Panchi and Misha. Panchi looked tired while Misha was groaning about her headache.

" Why did you drink so much yesterday?"

" I'm sorry Papa... I forgot my limit."

" If I find you one more time like this, you 'll find yourself in a de-addiction centre. Just remember that."

" But Papa..."

" Eat fast. You girls are getting late."

He noticed that Panchi was bit pre-occupied.

" Are you alright, Panchi? If you are not feeling well, take leave today."

" I'm fine, Papa."

" Why didn't you say the same to me?" complained Misha childishly.

" Because this is your punishment for this time. Be grateful that I didn't beat or scold you."

Misha murmured something. Arnab looked sharply and she ate the full plate within seconds and was at the door before her sisters. He thought she was fast than usual today.

Soon the girls were on their way to college. Panchi was still trying to figure out what she had missed to notice. Misha was denied the driver's seat, thanks to her hangover and so Piya was the one driving. As they passed the jungle, Piya remembered something.

" You girls knew the Raichands, right?"

" Not much personally." replied Misha.

" Still...you'll know their basic details, right?"

" Your point?"

" Is Abhay their only child?"

Misha blinked in confusion but it clicked finally for Panchi. " Yes !!"

Piya and Misha looked at her, confused by her exclamation. Panchi composed herself quickly. " I mean yes, what a silly question. Drive faster, we are getting late." She didn't want Piya to bring up Sidharth, especially in front of Misha.

Finally Panchi's confusion was over. This was what she had missed noticing the night before - Sidharth leaving with Abhay and Mrs.Raichand. She had seen his house earlier. There was no way he could stay there. So it meant the Raichands knew where he would be now. Maybe he's staying with them. But how is it possible? How can a vampire stay with humans? Didn't they know he's a vampire? Something was not right. Panchi had more questions now.
