Yeah Geet is lucky that her friends are there to support her through these tough times. Sometimes we lose sight of what we do have in our lives, instead focusing on all that we have lost. Geet was in that state, causing her to nearly take such a drastic step.

Yes there is a tinge of masochism in her behavior, as the pain has merged with pleasure. IT is almost relief to feel pain, instead of the apathy.
"Kapoor Alliances" is from Maan's maternal side, it was handed down to him from his mother. That was the company that VSK was trying to take over.
