Part 55::Exaggerate::
Nidha was in the coffee place sipping her mocha waiting for Neel. He wanted to talk to her about Jeh or something important. Nidha had accepted the invitation to control her own emotions. Talking to the girls about it no longer worked. It made her long for Jeh even more. Then there was the whole supernatural element to it that made Nidha uncomfortable especially knowing Abhay and Armaan would never get on with each other meaning Nidha and Jeh wouldn't be able to even double date. Her life was riddled with one mess after the other. She wished she could be away from all of this. Now there were witches involved creating more of an atmosphere for Nidha.
Finally Neel dropped in ordering a Capachino and another Chocolate Mocha for Nidha. He felt for the poor soul. Being in love with Jeh was like being in love with Mr. Grumpy. He handed one cup to Nidha and another cup he placed in front of him.
Neel cleared his throat-Nidha. Hey give me a smile ok. I want to see U happy again not miserable. U got it bad just like Jeh.
Nidha remained grim forcing a smile-So what is it? I told U i won't spill about U know what? I can keep a secret. Ita all i'vebeen doing the past few weeks.
Neel nodded-Abhay Virain. I apologize on behalf of him.
Nidha grew still-Don't! I . . i don't want to...
Neel grew angry not at Nidha but at the stupid idit-I understand Nidha. I was trying to. I'm not good with emotions. U know Jeh gets it from my mothers side of the family so do i. I was trying to see if U were ok.
Nidha nodded-I am. I just don't like thinking about them.
Neel changed conversation back to Jeh-He isn't doing good. My brother needs U but he's too stubborn. I was hoping you'd go on a wild chase for him. I have another friend of mine and he is a werewolf as well and is already in a relationship with a fellow wolfess. I've persuaded both of them to help me help u.
idha wasn't in the mood or games-Look Neel. I like U. U are like a brother to me but i can't do this. Not any more. Jeh has messed my mind and my life up. I need to get over him. Or at least try to move on from him. We have no future. He's made it claer and playing games isn't worth the effort. If Jeh wants me then he'd better act on his feelings than cower behind excuses.
Neel saw the dark circles under Nidha's eyes covered with make up-Are U sleeping Nidha? U seem to be a little drugged.
Nidha shook her head-I can't sleep. I'm taking sleeping pills but they aren't working. I can't shut my brain off. Look don't go telling anyone anything ok. I am coping just fine. Now if you'll excuse me Neel i have somewhere to be. I'm sorry i wasted your time and mine. I guess i have been fooling myself. (Feeling her tears threatening to escape) I gotta go and thanks for the Mocha. (Runs out of the shop.)
Neel had to act fast because at this rate both pair were going to ruin their lives with misery. Neel knew the importance of a healthy balance. Werewolves were predators but they needed grounding. He learnt this hard fact from Sur.
Neel raced home to Jeh and spread a little b**l S**t to Jeh-Jeh i have something important to say about Nidha.
Jeh jumped off the couch-What? (looking worried) Is she?
Neel knew this would create unrest with the pack but to hell with unity. His brother was more important right now-She's having nightmares. She's not coping with Virain. The vampires. Us? I think she's lost her mind. Nidha's coming out of the seams. She's not sleeping. I swear she's on drugs bro. (So he was over exagerating but it was the partial truth which mattered meaning Jeh would buy his c**p) I'm worried about her and she's sworn me to secrecy only i had to tell U bro. If i told her friends she would never say anything toanother soul again. U know how stubborn Nidha is. Sur and the girls would make it worse. Its bad enough they have a lot on their plates too. I think its all down to us. Nidha won't speak to me again so the only other person is U.
Jeh was going to save Nidha from self destructing. He would never allow her to harm herself-Nidha. I have to save her bro. I can't lose her.
Neel nodded-I know but she won't accept help from U either. She made it clear she's not a charity case. I'm not sure she even wants to see U now. Nidha feels like U did this to her. U brought her to where she is and now she's gone too far Jeh. If U want to save her you'll have to do it not as a friend apparently she's got enough of them as it is. She needs U but won't admit it. Jeh what are U going to do bro?
Jeh blurted-Be with her. Not as a friend but as her guy. Nidha this isn't boding well for either of us but i have to do something fast.
