CHAPTER -22
AT KM
Daadi and Dev were already in dinning table while maan joined them.
DAADI : acha hua maan aap aagaye i wanted to discuss something important to u both
Maan and Dev listenened to her.
DAADI : maan beta aap ko ab shaadi karna chaiye...iss se pehale bade ki shaadi ho hum chote ki shaadi kaise karsakte hai...
Dev and maan looked at eachother.
MAAN : daadi aap phir se shuru mat kijiye
DAADI : aise kaise beta pehale toh teek hai lekin ab toh aapke zindagi mein geet aagayi aap dono shaadi kyun nahi karlete?
MAAN : wow...daadi aap muje toda time dijiye...
Daadi maa left with happiness that maan atleast considered the topic.
DEV : bro aap kiskeliye wait kar rahe hai daadi ko batadijiye...geet bhi toh yahi chati hai ki aap dono traditionally shaadi karle..
MAAN : main jaanta hoon dev...i should sort out few things before that...
DEV : u mean...
MAAN : haan dev ...main aur geet kal hi hyderabad jaarahe hain.
Geet was waiting for him outside the restaurant while maan joined her.It was their usual practise since their wedding that they have lunch and dinner together.Most of the time it would be Geet's choice but the truth is geet's choice would be according to maan's like and mood which maan would never fail to notice.
MAAN : geet muje lakta ki humhein tumare family se baat karni hain.
GEET : aapne daadi maa ko batadi?
MAAN : nahi...lekin uss se pehale i need to talk to ur aunt.
GEET : teek hai.
MAAN : hum kal hyderabad jaayengey
GEET : ok
HYDERABAD
Geet reached her house which was approximately 3 times bigger than KM.Maan promised to join her after few hours anyways it was she who is gonna talk with her aunt. Geet was not scared of her aunt but its just that she respects them more than they deserve.
PAMMI (geet's aunt) : arre geet beta when did u come?
GEET : bas abhi .
RAJESH (geet's uncle) : ella undavu ? (how are u? )
GEET : bagaundanu maamaiya (i m fine uncle)
PAMMI : geet tum ne toh uss din shaadi ke baare mein kuch kehane bina hi chaligayi? (she is geet's father's sis so obviously knows hindi)
GEET : woh ...mein ussi baare mein hi baat karna chati ti.
Geet was quiet nervous.
RAJESH : aem ayiundi ma ? (what happened ?)
GEET : adi ...maamaiya...bava ekada ? (where is yash ?) (bava indicates yash)
( now plzz don't abuse me for geet calling yash as bava it is just she is giving respect to their relationship...lol i didn't know how exactly to transalate bava in hindi if anyone could help me i ll edit this post later.)
YASH : hey geet
GEET : hey...
PAMMI : u wanted to tell us something na?
GEET : i...i wanted to tell u that...that...
"she loves me and so she is married to me"
Everyone turned to see the owner of the voice obviously it was our very own MSK. Everyone were surprised except geet.Maan walked with MSK attitude and stood by the side of his love and looked at the others who were having a shocked expression mixed with anger.
MAAN : (folded his hands) namaskaram (namaste)
They looked at maan with wide eyes.maan ignored them and started to talk.
MAAN : i know u all r surprised but i m sorry that we had to do everything in hurry that we didn't inform you...thats why i m here now to personaly apologise and ask ur permission to take geet from here.
Everyone were in such shock that it took them quiet a while to understand what maan said and to reply.Rajesh was the first one to reply as he always considered geet as his daughter and wanted her happiness.
RAJESH : i ...i am haapy if geet is happy with this decision.
He glared at his wife and son to give a positive response.
PAMMI : wat else could make us happy than our little girl happiness.
Geet hugged her aunty and took her blessings.
YASH : i m glad...congrats Mr.Khuranna
Maan gave a fake smile. Yash turned to geet.
YASH : i m really happy for u from the bottom of my heart.
GEET : thanks bava.
(now plz don't throw stones at me ...i m sry this will be the last time geet using the word bava ...is it ok if she calls maan as bava?...)
Geet felt very happy that they all accepted their love without much drama. But still maan felt something fishy.
LATER IN YASH"S ROOM
PAMMI : i didn't expect this maan will go to such an extend to marry her.
YASH : i already warned u not to send her to delhi...see now we lost everything...now that crap MSK will be owner of this ###### million property according to daadaji's will as he is geet's legal husband.
PAMMI : is he doing this for money?
YASH : come on mom he himself is rich...he loves her seriously ...it will be hard to prove him wrong
PAMMI : don't give up before trying...
She gave a wicked smile.
