CHAPTER - 21
Maneet were in geet's house maan was sleeping peacefully in geet's lap as his eyes never rested for past 3 days.while geet was caressing his hair recollecting the past 24 hours of her life.

Maan took geet inside register office geet was sure of his intentions . it was not that she didn't want to do it but it was too fast for her. Maan met with a man who seemed to be the register officer. Geet was surprised that maan had everything arranged before itself.The register officer placed a sheet before them geet looked at maan he moved close to her holding her hands and assured her that everything was under control. She always knew nothing would go wrong if he is near her so without giving a second thought she signed followed by maan. They were legally married . She is now Mrs. GEET MAAN SINGH KHURANNA.
yet it was all too quick for her she didn't complain but where will it all end . they are married but how will they express to others. They both came out after about an hour. geet walked back with confused face and sat in the car.
MAAN :kya hua?
GEET : kuch nahi.
MAAN : are u not happy?
GEET : aisa nahi hai
MAAN : phir kaisa?
GEET : we should have...
MAAN : geet tumhe muj par barosa haina?
GEET : khud se bhi zyada
MAAN : so don't worry
geet placed her head on his chest and he placed his head on hers.
GEET : i love you cadu...
MAAN : love u too shona...
She knew he did it all for her so she didn't want to make him upset wit further ques after all it was the biggest day of their life.

Geet was brought back from her thoughts when maan's phone rang. Maan was disturbed by the sound .
MAAN : shona phone uttao...
He shouted closing his ears with pillow. Geet took his phone and went out. It was Daadi 's call. geet wasn't sure if she should attend or not. she wondered what daadi would think ? But then she decided to attend.
DAADI : maan beta aap kahan hai? aap office bhi nahi gaye?
GEET : wow ...daadi main ...geet
Daadi wasn't that surprised to hear geet in maan's phone as she had some suspecion that maan would be with geet.Daadi was happy that his grandson was living his life.
DAADI : acha beta toh maan aap ke saath hai. Unhe phone dijiye.
Geet saw Maan who was sleeping peacefully . so she decided not to disturb him.
GEET : daadi woh maan yahan paas mein hi gaye hai jaise hi woh aayengey main unhe batatungi.
DAADI : teek hai beta.
Geet was admiring his hubby sleeping so cutely. the thought that she would be his forever itself made her turn pink. Geet was feeling hungry so she decided to wake maan . he was sleeping for past 5 hours.she slowly moved toward him and started to shake his shoulders. maan didn't respond . she tried few more times then gave up. when she was about to get up maan pulled her towads him. geet falled on his chest.
GEET : toh aap soone ka natak karrahe te.
MAAN : main toh bas yahi dekraha ta ki meri pertty wify muje uttane keliye kya karti hai?
WIFY the word was enough to send geet to dream land.
MAAN : toh muje miss kar rahi ti?
GEET : nahi...food ko miss kar rahi hoon
Maan made fake angry face.
GEET : i mean mere husband ke bana hua food miss kar rahi hoon.
MAAN : arre...uss din maine food banaya ta iska matlab ye nahi hai ki main rooj khana banaunga.
GEET : aap...
Geet got up and crossed her arms.
GEET : sab kehate hain shaadi ke baat pyaar kam hojayega aur humare shaadi hoke ek din bhi nahi hua aur aap ab se mujse aise baat kar rahe hai.
maan again pulled her to him.
MAAN : meri shona mujse kuch maangey aur maine nahi ki aisa ho sakta hai kya?
Geet rolled her eyes.
MAAN : ab chalo we ll cook
They both went to the kitchen and started to cook.no no no maan started to cook and geet was sitting on slab talking to him.
GEET : maan daadi ka phone aaya ta aap ko call karneko kaha.
MAAN : umm...
GEET : aap kal raat ghar nahi gaye kya?
MAAN : gaya ta
GEET : cadu...?
Maan can't hide things from his geet so he gave in.
MAAN : Acha teek hai...i was ...here with u
GEET : how i didn't know?
MAAN : u were sleeping.
GEET : maan aap bhi na...aaj plz ghar jaiye phir daadi maa kya sochengey
MAAN : aaj raat ? bilkul nahi
geet understood wat maan was indicating.so she decided to play innocent
GEET :kyun aaj nahi
MAAN : tum nahi jaante?
GEET : nahi toh .
maan came close to her and put his hands round her .
MAAN : don't sound innocent shona.
GEET : maan sach keharahi hoon.
MAAN : toh tum nahi jaante toh teek hai main sameera se hi poochleta hoon
ufff...how can maan even think that jealousy treatment will work to his shona.
GEET : ye toh tik hai par aap gaurav ko kya jawab dengey?
MAAN : kaun gavrav?
GEET : aapke college ki foot ball captain ta na
MAAN : so
GEET : woh sam ka bf hai
MAAN : matlab abhi bhi tum uske saath contact mein ho
GEET : haan...acha hua aapne ye topic shuru kardiya...next week sam aur gaurav ke engagement hai...we should go
MAAN : uski kya zaroorat hai...bas phone pe wish kardo
GEET : maan dono ne personally muje invite kiya hai...we should be good to them
MAAN : par...
GEET : goa mein
MAAN : we ll certainly go
He said promptly . Geet looked at him suspeciously coz of sudden change of idea. Poor geet didn't know her hubby was making secret honeymoon plans.
