PART 67
3 months had passed by and Geet had improved in her architectural skills. She had become an amazing artist. Geet had painted the whole entire house with her ideas. She first remodelled Maan's room when he was gone for a business meeting for 1 week. Geet had just enough time to redo him bedroom. When Maan arrived 1 week later, he was surprised to see his room. She had remodeled it perfectly and he loved it.

Sometimes, Maan would find empty grafitti bottles, paint brushes etc. at random places. One time, he went to Geet's room but she wasn't there. Then he went downstairs and saw amazing paintings on the wall and Geet sleeping with a paintbrush in her hand. Maan smiled and examined her creations. He was amazed by her creative mind and imagination. Geet was going to graduate with a Master of Architecture degree. Maan and Geet were both excited for the ceremony. Geet was going to graduate in a few days, so there were alot of preparations going on.
Maan was about to leave for his office. Geet quickly got up and yelled from upstairs.
Geet- Maan! Aaj main aapke saath office ja rahi hoon! Wait for me!
Maan- Jaldi karo Geet!
Geet took a shower and got ready. As usual, she wore a dashing office dress, it was green with white pumps and her hair was up in a clip. She looked very professional.
Maan- Arey vaah, abhi se shuru kar diya formal clothings pehna?
Geet- Practice karni chahiye. After all, Maan Singh Khurana ki mangetar aisi vaisi nahi hain.
Maan smiled. Geet and Maan went to the office and did some work. Geet managed to handle alot of projects and even talked with a few international clients.
This proved to Maan that she was capable of handling Khurana Constructions with him, he decided to make Geet a share holder after her graduation.

A few days passed by and Geet was getting ready to prepare for her graduation at school. Geet was supposed to do a farewell speech in front of the whole entire institution, Chief Minister and a Chief Guest. She was very scared.
Geet- Hey Babaji! Itne logo ke sahmne ek speech? Na baba na! Main nahi karongi!
Teacher- Geet darling, tujhe karna parega! You are the most qualified for this!
Geet- hahah! Qualified aur me? Bilkul nahi! I think that half the tests I did were studied in my car on the way to college!
Teacher- Jo hain! YOU WILL DO IT!!
Geet- Make me!!
The teacher held Rs.500 in front of her.
Geet- ARE YOU TRYING TO BRIBE ME??!!
Teacher- Alright, lagta tujhe sach batana parega.
Geet- Kaunsa sach?
Teacher- We want a big crowd, a very large crowd and...well...Geet...you are...you are very...you are very beautiful and attractive. Hum chahte hain ke koi sundar si larki stage par jaaye aur speech de, you know, to gain the attention from everyone.
Geet blushed and then started giggling.
Geet- Beautiful larki? Main? Stop it!
Teacher- Main jhut nahi bol rahi hoon. You know Professor Ram, he is attracted to you.
Geet gasped.
Teacher- Aur jo Principal hain, he thinks you are gorgeous
Geet- How do you know Mam?
Teacher- Professor Ram vali baat to maine staff room mein suni aur jo Principal vali hain, well, let's just say, he kind of said it by himself.
Geet gasped.
Geet- Pervert.
Teacher- I know! Lekin agar tumne yeh kiya to...to tumhe koi reward milega. Kya chahti ho?
Geet- Nothing exactly.
Teacher- So you'll do it?!
Geet- Yes
Teacher- Ok, good, start preparing.
Geet smiled and went back home.
Geet- Kitne gande, gaddhe, idiot professors. Chi chi.
Geet ran inside the house.
Geet- IM HEREEE!!
Geet throw her bag on the couch.
Geet went inside and saw Maan sitting with a girl and his bags were packed.
Geet- What's going on?
Maan- Geet, I'm so sorry, I have to leave.
Geet- Where?
Maan- Business meeting. Mujhe Dubai jaana parega.
Geet- But...but my graduation?
Maan- I'm so sorry Geet.
Geet- Yeh larki kaun hain?
Maan- My new assistant.
Geet just stared at her.
Geet- Zaroori thi ke aisi larki lekar aani thi.
The girl walked up to Geet.
Nitya- Hi! I'm Nitya.
Geet just glared at her. Nitya held out her hand. Geet grabbed it tightly.
Geet- I'm Geet.
Nitya felt uncomfortable due to Geet's tight grip. Geet let go with a glare. Maan noticed this and enjoyed Geet's jealousness. Geet left the room and went to her room.
Nitya- I just don't get it, why are you teasing her like this?
Maan- Look, I just want her to be surprised during her graduation.
Nitya- Matlab?
Maan- Matlab usko lagta hain ke main tumhare saath Dubai mein hoon, jab uski Graduation ceremony hogi, main vahan uske paas hoga, to support her and cheer for her. I just want her to feel special in a different way.
Nitya- Ok, I'm totally confused.
Maan- Not my problem.
Geet was upset and was roaming around in her room and then Maan came in.
Maan- I'm so sorry Geet, main tumhare graduation par nahi aa paonga.
Geet- Aap to keh rahe the ke mujhse barkar aur kuch nahi hain aur Maan, yeh mera graduation hain.
Maan- I'm so sorry Geet, lekin yeh business meeting bhi important hain. Bas 5 dino ki to baat hain, fir main vapas aaonga aur hum dono...
Geet interrupted.
Geet- Aur mera prom ka kya? You expect me to take some other guy with me?!
Maan- Mat jaana fir.
Geet- Mat Jaana? Kya matlab hain aapka? It's my graduation Maan! Big deal for me! Maybe not for you.
Maan- It is a big deal for me lekin kaam bhi to important hain.
Geet- Chalo, go, go dor your work. Kab hain aapki flight?
Maan- Aaj raat ko.
Geet- Jao, jao chal jaana apni NITYA ke saath.
Maan left the room and smirked when he went outside.
Maan- Surprise coming your way Geet. Bas, wait karo.
