'Hello guys I'm home' Geet screamed as she walked into the house. Silence. Shock and stares is what she noticed. Her whole family were sitting there silently. They looked at her. Some had tears, some were shocked and some started to form a smile.

'GEEET' Everyone screamed out of happiness. They all ran towards her to hug her. Geet looked at them and thought uh oh I'm so gonna get suffocated. She smiled at them as they all gave her a tight hug.

'Geet Geet are you okay' asked Ishaan. He hugged her tightly followed by the whole family. Geet was surely overwhelmed. Her mother, Rano hugged her and kissed her with tears.

'Mum, why are you crying?' Geet asked confused.

'Lo phir se shuru hogayi' Alok said. Geet smiled. The hugs had finished and Geet rubbed her mothers tears away.

'Mum I'm home now. And honestly, stop the water works' Geet laughed. Everyone laughed.

'Come on I'm hungry lets go eat' said Suhana dragging Geet's arm away towards the dining table.

'So Geet how was your trip' asked Dadaji

'kya batao Dadaji, it was damn amazing.' Geet started explaning her trip as they all were eating dinner.

'Anyways, why were you all shocked when you saw me?' Geet asked. The family looked at her.

'woh Geet your luggage' Elesh started to speak.

'my luggage, oh yeah it kind of got left behind as I was running away from the gunde' Geet smiled showing her teeth and went back to her food. Her whole family looked at her and said

'GUNDE'

'yeah, didn't you know? The taxi driver was a gunda and he tried to kidnap me, but to get me isn't a easy task. I ran away and was almost caught and I fainted'

'And then what happened?' asked Suhana

'This guy, I think he was a city businessman, he fought the gunde as I was unconscious and he hurt them real bad and then when I woke up I hit him'

'WHAT' said Inder

'well I thought he was a gunda too and I argued with him and…he dropped me home' Geet said guiltily.

'Geet what is this beta, you should have apologised' Barima said.

'but Barima, he was so akroo, maana ke ausne meri jaan bachaye, but so proud and arrogant he was' She said.

'Chalo tik hai, atleast your safe. We got worried when the police brought your luggage home and said you were missing' Alok said.

'papa, Your Geet is always here and bindass, and when I have a family like this what would ever happen to me' She smiled.

'Fine then guys off to bed tomorrow, is your engagement with Dev so its time to sleep'

Meanwhile, Maan arrived in the hotel and went to bed. His head was better, after seeing the doctor and getting some medicine, due to the insistence of his driver.

'That girl, whoever she was, next time I see her' Maan thought. He could not stop thinking about her. The way she ran into him. The way she fainted in his arms. The way she managed to speak back to him.

'urg why am I thinking about her?' He closed his eyes and tried to sleep but her face kept coming infront. He walked to the fridge and grabbed a cold water bottle and thew it down it face. He noticed the taveez on his neck.

'how did that get there' He took it off and looked at it spinning round and round and threw it. It landed in his suitcase. He didn't notice it and threw his clothes back into his suitcase with the taveez lying at the bottom.

'A goodnight sleep that's all I need. I just need to forget about her and the day today'

Well that was easier said than done because this sisila had just begun.

Following Evening,

Geet was dressed in a wonderful green lengha, and Dev in a black kurta. All family members, and friends were there. Geet put the ring on his hand and Geet on his.

'Finally congratulations guys, lets have some song and dance' said Inder. The family members started dancing. Dev grabbed Geet's arms and pulled her away from dancing after 5 minutes/

'kya hua Dev, why did you drag me out like this?'

'Geet are you Happy marrying me?' asked Dev sincerely. He loved Geet a lot and had realised that she never loved him and had compromised in this relationship.

'Dev what are you talking about we have just gotten engaged and im going to Delhi for internship and you are going to the Uk, and we are getting married after 6 months. We know eachother from childhood and we like eachother. Pyar ka kya? Pyar to hojata hai na. Abhi nahi to kal hi sahi' Geet smiled 'And I'm happy that im marring you' Geet smiled at him as she walked away.

'That's what I'm worried about Geet that you don't love me, what if you never do' Dev thought to himself.

Geet walked to her garden fountain and lsoed her eyes and took a coin out.

'babaji, next week, im taking a new step and walking out into the world. Radha bua knows my dreams are scary but I cannot tell my family as they will worry. Babaji please show me where my future lies and who will always save me' Geet smiled hoping to see Dev face. She threw the penny into the fountain and was shocked when she closed her eyes she saw Dev's face.

Geet spent the whole week with her family. Even after the forcing of her family she still denied to live with Adi. Atleast Meera will be there with her. She and Meera will be living next door in the acoomidation. Dev and Vicky had already left for the UK.

DAY OF DEPARTURE to DELHI

Was it fate or a coincidence, That Mr Maan Singh Khurana, was getting the same flight to Delhi. Geet said goodbye to her parents as they dropped her off at the airport. As the airport was 6 hours drive away from her home. They left after they made sure Geet and Meera had checked in.

'babaji, please help me tomorrow is my first day at work' Geet prayed. They all borded the flight. Geet seat was right behind Maan but she never noticed him nor did Maan notice her. Meera was yapping away to Geet as usual. Geet felt something in the air like, someone close was nearby. Maan also felt like his heart was beating here for someone. The winds were giving some ishare to him. Both felt restless throughout the whole flight. They didn't know why and what happened. But little did they know there lives were about to change.

TWO DAYS LATER

Geet on the insistence of her Delhi friends had just finished a charity show for them. Maan was in the same hotel. It was like Destiny was joining them. She walked out of the bathroom when she saw a four guys.

'Hi sexy, show acha ta' One of the guys said.

'Thank you' Geet smiled sweetly.

'yes it was very good otherwise who does these things for charity' said another. Geet walked as they walked with her.

Geet stopped and turned to them and said sweetly 'if you liked it so much then you can also contribute to the charity, as much as you want it would be beneficial to those kids' She said looking at the four men. She noticed one was looking at her up and down and knew they didn't have the right intentions.

She walked past them leaving them behind when one stopped her infront of her.

'why not, but we also want to be beneficial towards you' He said. 'what say guys' The other guys ganged up behind her. Geet crossed her arms and smirked. 'I thought I should drop you home, its getting quite dark' He said.

'its okay I can go home myself' She said as she tried to walk away.

'hey don't worry we will drop you home safely' He said as the others surrounded her.

'I shouldn't worry. I think you should, it seems like you are scared of the dark. You need a older sister huh' She smirked as she walked.

'Sister atleast, you gave a relation' One said who smelt of alcohol.

'you are drunk' Geet said smelling alcohol of him. 'but you kids aren't even 21, oh who served you alcohol. Its very late you kids should go home otherwise your mother will tell you off okay' Geet said walking off when one grabbed her arm.

Geet face turned into anger. She picked her sandle up and smacked him with it.

'you hit me' He said touching his face

'yes, you need my shoe more than me' She said trying to walk away when the one whom she hit and another one grabbed her arm.

'I'll show you' He said

'You what, I'll show you that my shoe is enough to handle you guys' Geet said in anger.

'you will handle us' The guy said. At that point of time, Maan came and saw Geet. His eyes were shocked to see her here. What was she doing here. And she is in trouble again. I need to help her again.

'We want you to handle us' The guy said. Maan walked up to them .

'Let go of the girl' He said.

'I wont what will you do' Geet turned to see Maan there. Maan grabbed the guys arm and twisted it.

'Don't worry, im here now your' Maan said. Geet looked at him as Maan was about to punch him, Geet punched the other four guys first throwing them all on the floor. Maan was shocked.

'I'm safe, these lot said the same thing' She said. One of the guys got up and Geet punched him again.

'So' Maan said confused.

'I don't need your help' Geet said putting her hands on her hips.

'But I was just trying to help you' Maan said walking up to her.

'why are you helping me' Geet asked. Maan was about to answer when the four guys got up. One guy grabbed Geet and pushed her to the wall when the others were fighting Maan. Maan managed to beat them all up. and push the one of Geet.

'look we will talk later, lets deal with these lot first' Maan said.

Geet looked at him and squinted her eyes. 'kyun don't you have an answer' Geet said as she beat one of the guys up. 'Your only helping me because I'm a hot beautifual and a smart girl and you want my number' Geet said after beating the guys up. Geet pointed at him.

'What are you mad?' Maan said confused.

'I know I know men like you' Geet said scoffing.

'what do you mean men like me?' He asked now totally confused.

'enough okay do you really think I'll be impressed like this' Geet asked. Maan didn't answer except move Geet out of the way and beat another guy up who came running towards them.

All the men ran away. Geet just stood there.

'how sad you look, you do sad tricks. By the way how much money did you give to buy them' Geet asked picking her shoe up and walking to the sofa.

'what excuse me' Maan said walking behind her.

'exactly, your not some James bond to get all four guys on the floor using one hand' She said. 'who knows that day when I was unconscious, im sure your driver helped you and it was only one guy then. You gave these lot money to impress me and that's why they were getting hit by you'

Maan looked at her shocked and in disbelief 'you' both store at eachother with anger. She smirked.

'what, I saved your life, and on top of that I saved your izzat' Maan pointed it out.

'hello you didn't save me, You saved them from me. I agree that day, I was running but, he had a knife and I didn't have fighting skills back then. If you didn't come, they wouldn't run and your whole plan would be dead'

'how many times should I tell you I don't know them'

'okay I believe you' Geet said sitting down putting her sandle on. 'because they looked more decent than you' Maan looked at her shocked.

'how many times have I told you I don't know them' He said.

Geet stood up and said 'if you don't know them then why are you here? Alone after everyone had left'

Maan rolled his eyes and said 'actually I was going but on the way a mad dog bit me so I came to help you'

'oh thanks a ton. If you never came then me abla nari, what would happen' Geet faked innocence. 'you really think you saved me, your stronger then me'

'any doubt' Maan said as he walked away.

'what should I call you, hmm LOSER' Geet spelled out the L on her finger and thumb. Both glared at eachother.

'im not a loser and im stronger than you' He said 'and I can prove it' His phone than rang.

'Hello, what I'm coming' He put the phone down and turned to Geet 'I would love to prove you wrong but emergencey has come up later'

'LOSER' Geet shouted as he left.
