hello ppl😊...well here's the update, hoping u will like...it's kinda small and there's reason for it

I FORGOT THE USERNAME OF THE PERSON WHOSE LOVELY INSTANCES WITH HER BROTHER I HAD TO PORTRAY IN THIS UPDATE BECAUSE I WAS A FOOL TO ACCIDENTALLY DELETE MY INBOX COMPLETELY WHICH CONTAINED THE PRECIOUS pms SO I URGE TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAD SENT THEIR STORIES TO pm ME BACK AND THOSE WHO HAD SAID THEY WILL PLEASE I WILL BE WAITING FOR UR pm AS WELL OR MAY BE A COMMENT!!!!! Chapter 2: Hard to understand!!!!!

Next morning when geet got up she wriggled through the sheets, twisted and turned and put her hand beside her trying to find sam, who had slept with geet on the same bed. Geet had cried all through the night and sam had hugged geet million times to cradle her to sleep. It was nearly 2 am when geet finally felt her eyes heavy and slept like a small baby. When geet had slept, sam smiled at her innocence and prayed that she never had to go through the pain she went today ever again. She then dimmed the lights and slept beside geet silently.

Geet couldn't find sam beside her. She snapped opened her eyes and got up in an instant and looked around the room. She got out and checked in the restroom and in the garden but sam was nowhere. She came and sat on her bed disappointed and it was then that she saw a note on her bedside table. She took it up hesitantly and opened it
Dear geet,

Good morning!!! I hope you had a good sleep. Well me have to run to college. You know right, today I have my tests??? And I cannot let that arrogant idiot aman win over me and be the topper. So please my dearest friend don't be angry on me when I return. Keep smiling, you wont lose anything by smiling. Understood???

Geet smiled at her friend's funny note. Sam was doing her engineering in computer science not because she wanted to but for her family's wish. She was very much interested in doing her BBM and then MBA but she let go of her dreams for her family's wish. It was her decision to listen to them and today no matter where she stands she never regrets her decision. She's happy and satisfied with what she has.

Aman was sam's classmate. He was popular, very popular among girls for he was handsome and one among the toppers. Sam on the other hand was popular among boys coz she was simple, down to earth and she was graceful with everything she did. She was average in her looks but the way she handled things made the boys drool over her. Well the most amazing thing was she denied every guy who proposed her with equal finesse, taking care not to hurt their feelings. No wonder sam had so many friends.

Sam and aman, always fought at everything and when it came to studies, both fought like cat and mouse. Most of the times sam won over him and that irked aman to every nook and corner of his mind. No wonder he wanted to irk sam the same way but he dint how??? He was yet to figure that out. And today it was a lab test on graphics, sam's favourite. She couldn't afford to lose and may be that's why she had left to college after leaving geet a note.

Geet knew sam all too well. She got up to have her bath and freshen up. She came out after half an hour all ready with jeans and a top and was making her way to the garden when her mom came in and called her, "geet, ur dad and brother are waiting for you the dining table for breakfast" and without stopping to listen to geet she was out of the room. Geet fumed with anger, she dint know what to do. She badly missed sam right her, her only support. She made up her mind to voice her opinion.

She slowly stepped into the dining hall with a serious look on her face. "so now what is it that you guys want to do???". she folded her hands on her chest and stood rooted to her place. "geet", brij got up from his place and moved towards his loving sister. "plz bro, don't try to make me understand anything. Please!!!" she pleaded her only hope, her brother. "geet please listen to us just once", brij tried to soothe her sister. "why should I listen bro??? how could think of getting me married off when I am still studying only because veer mama brought a proposal???", geet was shaking now, " how could you decide to against my only wish???".

"geet", mohinder tried to speak up, but geet was angry,"this is not done", she said looking at everyone and walked of to her room disturbed. Brij, mohinder and rano just looked at each other and exchanged glances.

Geet was in her room teary eyed but she dint want to cry, she wiped her tears before they threatened to flow down her cheeks. She made her way to the garden and as usual sat on the swing and started remembering her childhood days.

On other hand, sam had done her graphics test well nd she eagerly waiting for the lecturer to announce the result. Aman was sitting opposite to her in the lab and smirking at her as usual. She sulked at him. When the results were out it was sam who had the last laugh. She walked upto aman, "you know aman you should try giving up, it's a batter way out", she winked at him and left. Aman was fuming with anger "some day I'll make you pay for this sam, just wait and watch". aman's guy friends were hovering over him to know what had happened and some of them wanted aman to introduce them to sam. He fumed at them grinding his teeth and he left the place mumbling "shit!!! Just half mark".

The range of competition between sam and aman was taking a toll on both of them. So much so that they wished the other didn't exist.
