U know who is the main calprit? It's her parents. How could they force their 12yr old child marry? Then it's the man, though he is 20-21 (i forgot) not enough matured and may be hormons are too strong.

Its the society that should be changed. Education for girl child is a must to stop such situation.

Well I feel disgusted on the social system.
