Pinky's House

Pinky stood rooted to the ground.
She felt helpless.....
She was Geet's distant cousin.
When Geet shifted to Mumbai ,Pinky & Adi were more than willing to help her.....
She didnt keep any secrets from them and they respected her for her courage and determination...
They supported her wholeheartedly when she decided to move on and encouraged her to take up a job .......
Lucky for Geet,she got the post of 'Junior Architect' in the firm, where Pinky and Adi worked.
She never mentioned the name of the man who threw her in hell...........They never asked also.....
Pinky knew that Geet had called off her wedding with Dev and that she was disowned by her family in Hoshiarpur.
Her grand father was too weak to support her against her uncles and cousins......but had insisted that Geet should go to Mumbai and seek Pinky's help.
Pinky looked at the tear strained face of the young girl,who has become more like a sister to her....
She hugged Geet affectionately....
"Please stop crying.....We'll find a way to deal with this."
"What way Pinky? Huh? I'm one of the junior architects.....I'll have to face him a million times regarding some thing or the other!"
"Oh Come on Geet..You wont be reporting directly to him..We have Sasha Ma'am,na?,the Senior architect..you continue reporting to her."
"Pinky...it's not you or I, who'll be deciding all this..I don't know but I feel kinda cornered!"
"Relax Geet! It's a big firm and we are all there for you..we'll some how help you to avoid possible confrontations with him,Ok?"
"I don't know Pinky!", she sighed...
" I need this job badly......If I was alone, I'd have thrown my resignation on his face & walked out but since I have............."
She couldn't complete her sentence.........a little voice called out from the room............
"Mammaaaa,Tia's hungeee".
Geet looked lovingly at the little angel trying to get off from the bed.
She scooped her up in her arms.....
"So, mamma's princess is hungee......say hungry"
"No mamma, hungeee",Tia lisped sweetly.
"Come to Maasi sweetheart...Geet,I'll give her breakfast.You go get ready!"

Geet stood looking at her reflection...
At the rate her heart was beating,she feared she'd soon get a heart attack!
"Please Babaji mujhe raah dikhaiye......I don't want to face Maan.....I hate him!!!!
He took everything from me...my life...my dreams...my future...
My love,Dev, turned his back on me and my so called family...,
they threw me out when I became pregnant!
He committed the crime but I received all the punishment.....Why Babaji, Why?????"
She closed her eyes.......Tia's little face came to her mind.....
"To hell with Maan...... For me,my baby is my biggest priority.
I came all the way to Mumbai,went through hell all these years just for her.
I'll keep going no matter what!!!
He's the one who should be worrying!!! because he's the one at fault".
Satisfied at her newly found courage and confidence, Geet started getting ready for office.
They dropped Tia at the day care center on the way.

"Guys & gals listen up !!!! Mr.Khurana has called for a staff meeting ......so all of you please proceed towards the conference room", announced Sasha ,the chief architect.
The staff waited with bated breath for the arrival of their new boss.
The door to the conference room opened and there stood one of the most dashing man on earth!
All the women in the room except Geet gasped audibly at his sight.. ..
"God he's so hot!!", Pinky whispered to Geet and immediately regretted it, as her friend glared at her....
He stood there looking like a Greek God ,strikingly handsome and dashing, totally in control and quite aware of the admiration......
His eyes scanned the crowd and found the person he was looking for.........his Mishti!

That fateful night, Daadi had wanted him to leave the Mansion......Annie wouldn't talk to him...and Mishti...she couldn't even stand the sight of him!!
Finally left with no choice,he took off to London to escape the wrath of Geet as well as his family members.
But he never gave up on her.
He found out that Geet had called off her wedding with Dev and was in Hoshiarpur.
After couple of weeks,he came back to India and went to meet Geet in Hoshiarpur.
She refused to meet him and her family members insulted him and shooed him away..
He went back to London,but instructed his security personnel to keep an eye on Geet.
But once she left Hoshiarpur,they lost track of her.
He refused to quit and continued his search for her.....
Finally, after three years,he came to know that Geet was in Mumbai.
He found out where she was working and at once decided to take over that company.....so that he can be close to her all the time......
He vowed to bring her back to him forever, by hook or crook!!!
He knew for sure that it was not going to be an easy task!!
but, he was not going to give up either..... after all..
Maan Singh Khurana loved challenges!!!!!
