Hello everyone!!

Yeah I know most of you must be wondering what I am doing starting a new FF when I haven't wrapped up my previous one, ie, Love is in the air. Well, I've been facing a kind of lets say a creative block on that particular storyline for a few days now and yesterday when I was banging my head thinking of how to get it back on track, I remembered Sonia1000's request that I continue an FF that DazlingAngel started but hasn't continued. I must admit I was kind of apprehensive of taking it up initially because I've rarely written anything beyond the DMG set up, anything that involved major changes to the character set up of DMG. So I went back and read that FF and had this imagination overload with regards to that story so yesterday I sat down and came up with 15 pages of story in one go.. I must say after the writers' block with 'For Love is in the Air', I was mighty impressed by myself when I got 15 pages worth story in one go... So I decided to start posting it here.. As I said this is probably my first time with major changes to character set up of DMG so if I do not meet up to your expectations, apologies beforehand.

NOTE :

1. This FF is based on Siddhima FF "Tumse Muhabbat Hai" by DazlingAngel (https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/fan-fictions/1500715/siddhima-ff-tum-se-muhabbat-hai-update-pg-9), which is loosely based on the storyline from the movie "Mujhse Dosti Karogi." All due credit to the original writer for the basic storyline. The basic story line is not mine, only the creative writing part is mine. If the original writer has any issue with this or decides to continue writing the original FF at any point, I am willing to stop this FF.

2. Thank you Sonia1000 for considering me worthy enough to ask me to continue the fabulous work that the original writer has done. This FF is dedicated to you.

3. As I said this FF is based on "Tumse Muhabbat hai" but I have re written the whole thing in my own words, in my own way because no two people think alike and I believe I would not do justice to the fabulous piece of work by the original author if I were to just continue from where he/she left off .

PART 1

Basic storyline : Riddhima and Shilpa are the daughters of Dr. Shashank Gupta, the best neurosurgeon in India. Dr. Shashank owns Sanjeevani, which is one of the topmost hospitals in the country. Riddhima is Shilpa's elder sister and she is starting her second year of internship at Sanjeevani. Shilpa has just finished med school and is going to start internship at Sanjeevani.

Dr. Shekhar Modi is Dr. Shashank Gupta's closest childhood friend. Dr. Shekhar Modi is settled in the US. He has two sons (twins), Siddhant and Armaan ' Armaan being older to Siddhant by a couple of minutes and a daughter ' Suvarna. The Modis and Guptas are really close family friends and used to be neighbours before Shekhar Modi left for the US, around 15 years ago.

Present day character profile :

Riddhima Gupta : Age 24, nature wise serious but at heart, she is a hopeless romantic which she hides from everyone. Spectacled, nerdy, geeky kind of look but none of that hides the fact that she is actually really beautiful. Extremely hardworking, dedicated, sincere and loyal ' At times exceedingly boring, according to her sister.

Shilpa Gupta : Age 23, a walking talking tornado ' full of energy, a chatter box, hopeless romantic too but the difference being she has no problem announcing it to the world. Smart and intelligent but believes that life is not meant just for work, life is meant for dreams and earnestly believes that dreams do come true.

Siddhant Modi : Age 25, nature wise friendly, slightly reserved but that does not stop him from enjoying life in his own way. Extremely intelligent, smart and mature. Dedicated, hardworking and dependable. Loves his family and dotes over his sister and twin brother like anything, though he never lets them know that he does.

Armaan Modi : Age 25, prankster, flirt, party animal and the life of every party that he goes to. For Armaan, life is one huge party / prank.

Suvarna Modi : Age 23, Apple of the eye of her brothers. Sweet, caring and sensitive, she loves her brothers more than anything in this world.

Scene : Gupta house at night. A slight breeze parts the curtains on a window and we see Riddhima sitting at her desk writing something. The door slams open and Shilpa rushes in.

Shilpa : Di!! Apne suna???

Riddhima stops what she is writing and looks up.

Riddhima : Kya hua Shilpa?

Shilpa : Di!!! Shekhar uncle ke bete aa rahe hain..

Riddhima smiles slightly.

Riddhima : Tho?

Shilpa : Tho???!! Di wo yahan Mumbai aa rahe hain.. Sanjeevani join karne.. Apne internship ka second year wo yahin karenge..

Riddhima : Good..

Riddhima goes back to her writing.

Shilpa : Good?!! Kya Di. Maine aapko ithni exciting khabar di aur aap ho ki yeh diary leke baith gayi.. Kya likhthi rehthi hain aap isme har waqt?

Riddhima : Kuch nahi..

Ridhdima continues writing.

Shilpa gets irritated and then a mischievous grin spreads across her face. She quickly snatches away the diary from Riddhima and runs away. Riddhima chases her.

Riddhima : Shilpa dekh.. meri diary wapas de..

The sisters run out into the living room where Shashank and Padma are watching TV. They circle the couch where both of them are sitting.

Padma : Arey arey arey.. Yeh kya kar rahi ho? Riddhima!! Shilpa!! Ithni badi ho gayi ho dono lekin abhi bhi bachpana nahi gaya..

Riddhima : Dekho na Maa Shilpa meri diary nahi de rahi..

Padma : Shilpa, Riddhima ki diary wapas karo..

Shilpa : Nahi Maa, ithne saalon mein pehli baar tho yeh mere haath laga hai, aaj tho mujhe jaanna hi hai ki isme aakhir kya likhthi rehthi hain di..

Riddhima : Shilpa dekh mujhe gussa math dila.. Meri diary wapas kar..

Shilpa : Na na na na naaa'

Shilpa runs off and Riddhima chases her again..

Padma : Uffo!! Yeh ladkiyan bhi na.. Inki harkathein dekhke koi kahega bhala ki yeh doctors hain. Bachpana tho abhi thak nahi gaya..

Shashank : Ab Shilpa ki baath tho tumne sahi ki.. Abhi bhi usme kaafi bachpana hai.. lekin Riddhima kaafi samajhdaar hai.. She has been doing great so far in her internship. I see a very promising future for her.

Padma : Aur Shilpa?

Shashank : Shilpa ka kaam maine abhi dekha kahan hai.. Her marks are good and feedback from her professors are good too.. Bass thodi si maturity or responsibility aa jaaye usme.. Aur waise Dr. Shashank Gupta ki betiyan hain.. They can be nothing but the best.

Padma smiles.

Shashank : Waise Padma, tumne Shekhar ke wahan saari thayyariyaan tho karva di na? Bachche kal aa rahe hain..

Padma : Haan ji.. Ramu kaka se kehke poore ghar ki saaf safayi karva di hai.. Kithne saal ho gaye na bachchon ko dekhe hue.. Waise flight kab hai unki?

Shashank : Kal raat 8 baje..

NEET I LOVE U MUAHHHHHH🤗. THANK U FOR THIS FF🤗. I m the first one to comment. I m sure its going to b one of your best work. HAYEEE Sid is coming tomorrow☺️. I just can't wait for next part. Starting is Marvellous I know its going to b much more better than original one. Now continue as soon as possible I know u r kind of busy these days bt plz meri feelings ko samjho😆😆. 👏Neets thankyou so much for this brief update. It sounds like its going to be another one of ur masterpieces. I am guessing from what I could understand that our modis are arriving back .

hey i know what you must be going through.....i myself am in the same phase, just cant think how to continue with not just just coincidence. cause now all i can think of is a sidshi OS that i have in mind.....

Anyway, I believe you have got a good start, even if the main idea is someone else's 👍🏼. Cute scene b/w Ridzy and diary-chor Shilpa. 🤣

But you know, I think it would be better if you don't take the old hate-changed-to-love line 😕. I mean, it's ok if you do 😊, but...... err whatever. 🤔

One more thing: Are those 15 pages/chapters the whole story? 🤓 Doesn't matter either way, just wanna know! 😃

Wowwwwwwww neet thank u,thank u,thank u soooooooo much 4 this new ff...........though i was waiting 4 dazning angel's ff bt ur start was superv n it was nt liking tat orginal's ff.......woww sid is coming back to india......cnt wait 4 the next.....do continue soon bt plzzzz dnt forget ur another ff's update......love uuuuu...mhuaaaa.....
