"Kaafi sahi jagah chuni hai sir aap ne."
Raj gave a smile, "aur koi jagah thi bhi nahi na itne safe. Mai aur Naina mandir k bahane se aaye hain aur Alekh aur Huda apne brains ko use kar k."
"i know sir, poochne ki jaroorat to nahi hai par aap ne check to kiya hi hoga ki koi aap ka peecha to nahi kar raha tha na?"
"I know Captain u r worried for our safety. Koi nahi tha hum dono ne check kar liya hai."
"To start karein?"
"Yes off course." And he turned towards Naina, Huda and Alekh, "So guys, kal mujhe jo important info mile hai us k hisab se Freshers Ball me kuch bada dhamaka hone ka plan hai Pune Academy me. Jis k liye pehle se kaafi arms and ammunations manga k rakhe gaye hain. Ye party bus ek jaria hai un sabhi hathiyaaron ko Academy me le jaane ka.Humari responsibilties kaafi badh jaati hain ye sab jaane k baad. Hume apni aakhein aur kaan humesha khule rakhne hain jis se humare aas pass kuch bhi ajeeb ho to humari najarein fauran us pe ho aur kuch hone se pehle hum us tak pahuch jaayein. Ab humara kaam hoga in logon k is plan ko na sirf fail karna balki main victim tak bhi pahuchna jaroori hai."
"Par sir sab se badi baat to ye hai ki hume abhi tak ye bhi nahi pata hai ki Academy me humare dushman kaun hain? Hum kisi par bus aise hi shak kaise kar sakte hain. Aur kya pata hum jis par shak kar rahe ho vo indirectly humare saamne Project kiya gaya ho?"
Raj smiled, "I know captain Alekh ye itna asaan nahi hai. Is k liye pehla plan to ye hain ki poore hall me hi nahi us din poori Academy me CCTVcameras lagane honge jo har ek aadmi ki activity pe najar rakhenge. Naina tum Huda k saath har us aadmi pe najar rakhogi jo log Ball me enter karte hain specially un sab civilians par jo humari academy k cadets k saath aa rahe hain. Mujhe lagta hai ki ye koi 20 ya 25 log aise honge jo outsiders honge to Academy me enter karenge. Kyounki baaki k cadets ko un ki dates Academy me hi mil jaayegi. Par sab se pehle hume ye bhi pata karna hai ki kitne log ya phir cadets apne saath kisi civilians ko le kar aa rahe hain. Jo bhi andar aayega us ko security check jaroori hai, hum koi risk nahi le sakte."
"But sir agar hum Ball k din direct security check karenge to sab alert nahi ho jaayenge? Jahan tak mujhe lagta hai ki BM bhi itne asaani se hume permission nahi denge."
"Point Captain, I know Captain Huda par humare liye ye karna jaroori hai."
"To kya Brigedier is baat k liye permission denge?"
Huda asked again. "Kyoun nahi denge yaar, security reasons batana padega." Alekh said.
"Par hum normal cadets ko to is tarah se check kar sakte hain par senior officers ka kya? I don't think vo hume is tarah check karne k liye allow karenge." Naina presented her doubt.
"Right Naina mam, sir is k liye seriously kuch sochna padega." That officer said.
"I know ye itna easy to nahi hai specially hum us insaan ki talashi to bilkul nahi le paayenge jo Brigedier k saath entry lega."
"Sir is me kaun se badi baat hai, Brigedier sir obviously apni wife ko hi le kar aayenge na Ball me."
"Captain Brigedier ka kuch saalon pehle divorce ho chuka hai. Is haal me bus ek hi condition possible hai ya to vo nahi aayenge, aur agar aate bhi hain to ho sakta hai vo kisi vahar k insaan ko le kar aayein. Ek case me to koi problem nahi hai hume but second case me hume seriously kuch cheejin karni padengi."
Raj was thinking deeply. "Can i ask one question?" Alekh asked.
"Off course Captain."
"Apun ko ye poochna tha ki kya abhi tak BM kya har baar Freshers Ball pe aayein hain aura gar aate rahe hain to jab se un ka talaak ho gaya vo kis k saath aate the yahan?"
"Actually BM bus last year Ball me nahi aaye the kyounki last year se un ki beti bahar gayi hue thi jo is time holidays me yahan aayi hue hai. BM humesha un k hi saath aate rahe hain." That officer told.
"Kya naam hai us ka?"
"Aditi Malhotra."
"Mujhe us ki baaki ki details bhi chahiye." Raj told and he turned to Alekh, "good point Captain."
"Oye ek aur janani." Huda said winking in Alekh's ears.
"Bus bhi kar, is Mohan Singh waale get up me mujhe to nahi lagta ki koi tere se impress hoga." Naina said in his left ear who has heard his bakwaas.
At some other place:-
"Kya bak rahe ho tum, vos ab subah se gayab hain aur abhi tak tumhe shak bhi nahi hua?"
"Sir vo Captain Vyom to apni biwi Captain Naina k saath madir gaye hue hain aur Sardaar Mohan Singh, Captain Alekh k saath pass k market gaya hua hai."
"To kya tum ne dono jagah un k saath apne aadmiyon ko bheja?"
"Haan sir maine dono k saath apne aadmiyon ko bheja hai aur un ka call bhi aaya ki sab theek hai.Naina koi aarti aur pooja karane gayi hue hai aur vo dono captain kuch saaman le rahe hain."
That man eased a bit, "Par phir bhi pata nahi kyoun mujhe shak ho raha hai ki ye dono vahan nahi gaye hain."
"Sir jee agar aap kahiye to mai personally jaa k dekhoon?"
That man thought for a while, "Nahi, agar tum chale jaaoge to Academy pe najar kaun rakhega? Tum nahi jaa sakte, mai hi apne aadmiyon ko bhejta hoon." And he hung the phone.
That man quickly changed the sim card and dialled a number, "Hello".
"Yes Jackson."
"Kya baat hai sab theek to hai u sound worried."
"Ghanta theek hai, mai aane waala tha tere saath par tu to jaanta hai na yahan ka."
"Haan yaar, vaise aaj mausam saaf hai na?"
"Mausam abhi tak saaf tha but kuch aandi toofan aane k sanket(signals) mile hain abhi."
"Oh, oye tu chinta mat kar apne pass sab bachav k equipments rakhta hoon mai." "Apne alwa sab ko barish me bheegne se bacha liyo."
"Bilkul."
"Vaise abhi tujhe vahan kitna time lagega?"
"Yaar ek ghante aur lag jaayenge. Deal crack karne k liye strategy banani padti hai na. Boss k saath baitha hoon dekhte hain hum logon se kya kya ho sakta hai. Baaki tujhe meeting over hone k baad call karta hoon."
"Ok, peter will talk u later bye."
Back to Raj and his team an hour later:-
"To kya lagta hai, ye plan work karega?"
"Bilkul sir. Koi doubt nahi hai hume."
"To officers, all i need is 100% cooperation with u all."
"Sir ye bhi koi kehne wali baat hai kya? Hum poori tarah se aap k saath hai."
That officer said to Raj, "sir academy me aap ki search ho rahi hai i think aap ko fauran vapas pahuchna padega. Kyounki vo log kabhi bhi aap ko dhoondhte hue yahan na aa jaayeinge n more to that mai nahi chahta ki plan execute hone se pehle aur humare main victim tak pahuchne se pehle hi aap logon k liye koi problema create ho."
"I know captain mujhe ab chalna chahiye."
Naina thought and said, "Par sir agar ye log is samay yahan se aise niklenge to kahin kisi ko shak na ho jaaye."
Alekh thought for a while and said, "Theek hai na abhi to hum yahan mandir darshan karne bhi aaye hain na, aur rahi saman lene ki baat to vo..." He turned and found the bag which captain handed over to her, "ye raha."
Naina smiled and said, "wow perfect plan yaar." She winked at them and Raj gave a smile.
"To pehle hum niklenge yahan se phir aap log."
Huda said. "Theek hai." Naina gave a smile.
Later around the premises of the temple:-
"Tum log yahan aa gaye ho aur dhoondhna start karo Major Vyom aur us ki biwi ko jaise hi mile mujhe khabar karo fauran." He instructed.
They all left and that man himself was searching for them when he found Alekh and Huda coming in to the temple. "Ye dono yahan kya kar rahe hain is time?" he thought and dialled a number, "Sir mai mandir k vahar Major aur us ki biwi ko dhoondh raha tha tabhi Maine yahan Captain Sharma aur Captain Mohan Singh ko dekha hai dono saamne se aa rahe hain yahan."
"Dono ka peecha karo aur jaane ki koshish karo ki ye dono yahan kya kar rahe hain?"
"Ok sir," he hung the phone and started chasing them when his phone beeped, "haan bol."
"Boss vo Major aur us ki biwi mandir se nikal rahe hain."
"Theek hai, peecha karo un ka." He ordered and hung the call.
Mohan Singh aka Huda & Alekh met Vyom & Naina in the middle. "Are aap log yahan?" Raj asked them.
"Ojee sir jee aap log yahan gud afternoon."they saluted Vyom.
"At ease capatins, par aap log yahan is time kaise?"
Alekh told. "Oh bahut accha to jaaiye darshan kijiye hum nikalte hain ab." And they bid good byes to one another and left.
"Oh to aisa kuch nahi hai jaisa hum ne socha tha. Boss ko call karna hoga." And he dialled his boss's number, "sir yahan pe ye charon hain Mohan Singh k pass shopping k bags hain jin ko dekh kar lagta to nahi hai ki vo market nahi gaya tha."
"Theek hai, matlab koi suspicious baat nahi hai na?"
"Nahi boss."
"Theek hai par poore time in par najar rakhiye acche se aur mujhe pal pal ki report milte rehni chahiye."
"Yes boss," he hung the call and changing the sim he again dialled a number, "all work done sir, kuch tha bhi nahi sab shows clear rahe aur housefull tha."
"Great, aage ki booking k liye bhi ready rehna jaldi hi prints mil jaayenge."
"Kab tak sir?"
"Aaj shaam tak."
"Mujhe intezaar rahega."
Next day in Academy:-
Everyone was busy in decorations for today's ball and being Saturday clases were off and Vyom and Alekh were busy checking all the security and Vyom has to meet Brigedier Malhotra full name Brigedier Abhijeet Malhotra. "May i come in sir?"
"Come in Major." He said while speaking on his phone, "Yes sir as u order sir." And he hung the phone after a while. "Yes Major how can i help u?"
"Sir i wanted to take your permission for security check in today's Fresher's ball."
"I know Major ye important hai but aap jante honge ki Fresher Ball me hum apne guests ki security check to karwa sakte hain but saare guests ki nahi."
"I know sir, par hum nahi chahte ki hum Academy ki security se koi bhi compromise karein."
"Samajh sakta hoon main.Par kya hum koi beech ka rasta nikal sakte hain?"
"Sir mere pass ek plan hai ki hum har cadet aur us k partner ko check karna hai aur us k saath hi hum saare officers aur us k saath un k partners ko bhi check karein."
"But Major yai to problem hai, humesha to nahi hua hai aisa is baar...", he took a pause and continued, "Mujhe lagta hai ki hume Major Talreja and Major Verma se is baare me un ki opinin lena chahiye."
"As u wish sir," and Brigedier Malhotra (now i will call him BM) called Major Talreja & Major Abhyuday Verma in his office. When both were entering in the office Major Talreja gave him a dirty look whereas Abhyuday was just normal as before similing coolily.
BM said, "Come in Majors,"
"Yes sir," and he gave Vyom a glare, "anything serious?"
"Majors hum yahan ek serious matter discuss karne k liye baithe hain.Aaj k Ball k liye Major Rathode chahte hain ki hum security check necessary kar dein."
Abhyuday smiled and said, "It's nice sir, hume ye karna chahiye. Aap ko shayad yaad hoga ki last time bhi maine aap ko ye karwane k liye suggest kiya tha."
Major Talreja said, "Par mujhe nahi lagta ki it is important."
AV (Major Verma) asked, "kyoun?"
"Sir Ball me itne saare log aate hain lower se higher ranks k officer tak to hum un ko security check k liye kaise insist kar sakte hain?"
Vyom gave a smile, "To kya hum wait kar rahe hain ki Academy me koi hadsa ho jaaye taki tab tak hum chain se baithe?"
Major Talreja ( i am going to call them MT now) said, "Itne saalon se Ball isi tarah se organize ki jaa rahi hai aaj tak to koi hadsa nahi hua. Aap ko kya lagta hai ab kuch ho jayega?"
"To kya wait karna aur laparwahi dikhana sahi hai?" AV said.
BM said, "Mujhe lagta hai security check karwane me thodi problem to hai par karna sahi rahega."
MT gave them an irritating look and said, "as u want sir, but seniors k saath kuch problems aa sakti hain."
"Un k liye hum kuch plan kar sakte hain jaise just a simple machine check." AV suggested.
"Ye sahi hai kyounki hume us k liye thoda manage karna padega." BM said.
"Thank u sir, "Vyom said while leaving.
Coming out of BM's office Vyom waited for MT to leave and he stopped AV and said, "Excuse me Major."
AV stopped, "Yes Major."
Vyom smiled and said, "thank you."
AV smiled and said, "For what Major?"
"Whatever u did, i mean supporting my view."
"It is my duty Major. As being part of the academy i want it's security to be perfect."
"Thanks isiliye kaha, for understanding my point."
"Actually u know Major last time i also wanted the same thing but no one supported me but this time u was here and i am happy that somone also thinks with my pov." AV said giving a sweet smile.
Raj gave a smile and said, "oh that's great than. I think aage bhi kai muddon pe humari opinin shayad ek ho aur hume sahi cheejon par humesha ek saath hon."
AV smiled and said approvingly winking, "mai bhi yai chahta hoon kyounki mujhe bhi kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki mai Major Talreja ko oppose karte karte thak gaya hoon."
"To chaliye aaj se ek nayi dosti ki shuruvaat karte hain!"
"Off course, aur kya mai itna bewkuff hoon ki is academy me except gals agar mujhe kisi ne friendship k liye kaha to mai mana karoonga?" and they shook their hands to start a new friendship.
Naina got a call from Huda that he wanted to meet her alone. She called him when she was free in her room and they met there. "Thank u phoolan."
"Oye Huda tu kab se thank u bolne lag gaya?" Huda smiled and said, "nahi yaar aaj kal thoda manners seekh raha hoon."
Naina gave a big smile, "oho Huda and manners, chal bata bhi de kis k liye itne mehnat kar raha hai?"
"Accha tu vo chod ye bata kaise hai tu? Aur ye sab kya hai Captain aur tera husband and wife waala daily soap? Mere ko to nahi pata tha ki yahan kuch aisa hoga. Tune bhi batana jaroori nahi samjha mujhe." he asked concern and a bit anger was evident in his voice.
