Part 8

Geet(Shocked):Per yeh tu maan nahi hai.

Meera(Confused):Yeh tu mujhe bhi pata hai ka ye maan ke nahi yash ke picture hai...Tumne mujhe daara diya tha. Thanks God jis ne bhi bheje sahe picture bheje.

The bell rang.Meera went to open the door.

Geet(Thinking):Ye meera kya kha rahe hai?Waise maine nahi tu pinky di ne picture bheje hoge.Per woh meera ka saath aisa bura mazak kyu karein ge?Tu kya yash meera ka fiance hai?...Ye sab kya ho raha hai?

Geet didnot know who came on the door.But she could sense little disturbance.Everyone was talking in low voices.Suddenly phone rang,Meera picked the phone and gave it to geet.

Meera:Geet tumhara phone hai.

She left the room while winking at her.Geet took the phone and went upstairs.

Maan(Lovingly):Hello!

Geet could hear her heart beat.

Geet(Confused):Aap?

Maan:Jee aap ka maan...Sorry geet pleaseee naraz mat hona..Main tumhi sab kuch batata hoon.

She kept silent.

Geet turned red.

Maan:Tumhare birthday wale din bhi tumhare halat dekh kar mujhe maza aa raha tha iss liye tumhi tang karne ka liye maine meera bhabhi ka naam liye.Pinky bhabhi ne mujh se kaha ka main tumhi sab kuch bata doon.Main tumhi batane wala tha ka tumne wapis jane ka faisla kar liya.Mujhe yakeen tha ka chahe tum mujh se jitna bhi dor chale jao tum mujh se pyar karna nahi choro ge.Sab mujh per zhor dal rahe tha ka main tumhi sach bata doon.Lekin main tumhi jab bhi sach batane lagta tu tum phone band kar dete...I'm sorry geet please mujh se naraz mat hona.

Geet(Thinking):Tu sab ka sab iss mazak main mile hua tha...Kisse ko bhi mujh per taras nahi aaya.

She got angry and about to cut the call when maan stopped her.

Maan(Pleading):Please geet phone band mat karna.Mujhe pata hai ka tum mujh per bohat gussa ho.I am really very sorry.

Geet(Angrily);Aap ne hi tu kaha tha mohabbat ko azmana theek nahi hai...

Maan:I'm sorry mera yakeen karo fiance wale baat ko chopane ka alawa maine koi bhi baat tumse mazak main nahi kahe thi.Main tumhi dard nahi dena chahta tha.Main nahi janta tha ka mera tora sa mazak tumhare liye dard ban jaye ga.

Geet:Aap ko nahi pata ka main itne dino kis dard se guzre hoon.Aik taraf mere behen ke khushi thi tu dosri taraf mera pyar.

Maan:I'm proud to have a girl like you as my life partner.

Maan whispered in her ear.Geet blushed and turned around to find maan.He was standing there while smiling.

Geet (shocked):Aap yahan kya kar rahe hain?

Maan(Lovingly):Tumse milne ko dil kar raha tha iss liye aa gaya.By the way tumhare soon to be mother-in law and brother in law bhi aaye hain.Waise agar tumhi bura na lage tu main aik cheez karna chahta hoon.

Geet(Questioningly):Kya?

Maan bent on his knees.

Maan:Main tumse bohat pyar karta hoon geet.I'm sorry ka maine tumhi hurt kiya per i promise ka aaj ka baad main tumhi kabhi koi dard nahi doon ga... Will you marry me?

Geet(Blushed):Ofcourse...Lekin humare tu pehle hi engagement hui hui hai.

Maan(Smiled):I know per main proper tareke se tumhi propose kar na chata tha.By the way thanks for accepting me as your soon to be husband.

Maan came close to her.He lean in to kiss her but she stopped him.Maan quickly kissed her on the cheek.

Maan:Cheek tak tu allowed hai na shadi se pehle.

Geet blushed and nodded in positive.

Shilpa called them downstairs.Maan and geet went downstairs.Geet thanked God for solving her predicament.She was sure that with the blessings of God she would live happily ever after with her prince charming,Maan singh khurana.
