Chapter Three

Friends in this chapter two new characters will appear. They are related to Nupur's past.

Abhijeet Ganguli: Mayank's cousin brother. He is a doctor.

Sujata Ganguli: Abhijeet's wife. She is also a doctor.

It had been three months since Mayank joined Paradise. Mayank and Nupur both shared a complete professional relation. It was a normal weekday. Nupur came to office as usual. She was quite busy because of the preparation of next edition of the magazine. Nupur was going to Mayank's cabin for an urgent discussion. Cristina informed her that there were two visitors in Mayank's cabin. Nupur thought that she would go later but it was really urgent. So she decided to go now. She knocked the door.

Mayank: coming''

Nupur: Mayank''here is the articles which I finalized for our next edition. Please check it.

A boy and a girl were sitting in front of Mayank. Suddenly the girl stood up''

Girl: Nups''..

Nupur: Su''

This was Sujata''Nupur's one of the best friends. They both were shocked after seeing each other. After the shocking period Sujata hugged Nupur''

Nupur: thik hoon'.toh finally tum dono sath mein ho.

Now it was Mayank's turn to be shocked. He observed this silently. Nupur had friends''it was unbelievable.

Mayank: tum log Nupur ko jante ho..

Sujata: ha bhaiya''Nupur meri bachpan ki friends hey'.hum best friend hey'nehi the'.. assa Nupur ye bata tune humse contact kyun nehi ki?

Nupur became uncomfortable with Sujata's question. She tried to avoid it'

Nupur: assa bata tum dono ne shadi karli'.

Abhijeet: ha'.kyunki teri friends ka koyi bharosa nehi'phir se irada badal de toh'.mein koyi risk nehi le sakti'.

Sujata could understand that Nupur didn't want to give her question's answer and she knew Nupur very well. Nupur's would never tell anything till she wanted. So she decided to talk about it later.

Sujata: assa bata tera kya hal hey'..abhi tak single hey ya phir'

Nupur: nehi'.abhi tak single hoon..

Abhijeet: kya yaar''.itne khubsurat hoke single'ye baat hazam nehi hote'.

Nupur: Abhi''tu mujhe janta hey na'..

Abhijeet: ha janta hoon''

Sujata: assa tum dono apna ye jan pehchan baad mein karna''.Nups ab mein tujhe sorne wali nehi hoon'..tu chal humare sath'

Nupur: nehi yaar mujhe bahut sare kam hey''.

Sujata: par Nups'..

Abhijeet: thik hey hum tere office ke baad milte hey'.

Nupur could understand they would not spare her. So she decided to meet them after office.

Nupur: thik hey'

Abhijeet: okay'..toh ye decide huya ki hum sab office ke bad ye pass wale caf mein milenge''bhai ab bhi a jana'.

Mayank was shocked. He couldn't understand anything. When suddenly Abhijeet asked him about their meeting he couldn't get it. Abhijeet called him again'.

Abhijeet: bhai'..

Mayank: kya huya?

Abhijeet: hum sab aj office ke baad pass wale caf mein meet karne wale hey'.ap bhi a jana''

Mayank: thik hey'.

Sujata: toh ab hum chalet hey'.ap log apna kam ki jiye'..shamko milte hey..

Nupur: thik hey'.bye

Sujata and Abhijeet: bye Nups'bye bhai..

They both left the office left a confused Mayank and shattered Nupur. Mayank was confused because he couldn't understand in spite of having such lovely friends why Nupur led such a lonely life. Nupur was shattered because she wanted to forget everything related to her past. But now her past was before her. Now what she would do'.Nupur and Mayank both lost in their own thought'''.

At the evening Nupur and Mayank both left the office. Nupur went her home for changing her clothes. She was wearing a mini skirt and an off shoulder top with a high heel boots. Then she went to cafe where she was going to meet her past again. When she reached the caf Sujata, Abhijeet and Mayank were already there. Sujata and Abhijeet couldn't believe their own eyes. Is this their Nups whom they knew''

Sujata: Nups ye tune kya pehna?!?!
