Chapter Nine

At Hotel Oberoi

Everyone was busy because of a fashion show. It was a show of a famous fashion designer named Nupur Gupta. Tomorrow was her first show in India.

Nupur reached the hotel to check the preparation. It was her first show in India and she wanted to make it a biggest hit. She had to prove herself to her parents. She didn't consider any mistakes. While she reached the hall where the show would be held she became mad. Nothing was ready'..the decoration'..lighting'..nothing was perfect.

Nupur: ye kya hey?

Staff: kya hua mam?

Nupur: kuch bhi toh nehi hua''..ap log kya kar raha hey'.abhi tak kuch thik kyun nehi hua'..

Staff:dekhiye mam''..

Nupur: kya dekhu? Kal show hey aur ab tak kuch bhi ready nehi huya''

Staff: mam ap shant ho jaye'.

Nupur: kaise shant hu'..apka boss kaha hey? Mujhe apki boss se milna hey.

Nupur was going to meet the MD of the hotel''the staff tried to stop her. But she didn't stop. Nupur reached the outside of the MD's office. She knocked the door but there was no response. She again knocked but there was no response again. So she entered into the office directly. She saw a guy in a black business suit playing video games. She directly went to him.

Nupur: excuse me''mujhe iss hotel ki MD se milna hey.

Guy: mein hi iss hotel ki MD hoon''..Mayank Oberoi.

Nupur: kya?

Nupur was surprised. How could an MD play video games in the office? While she was thinking this Mayank started to talk'.

Mayank: excuse me'..kya ap bata ne ki kast karenge ki ap kaun hey aur yaha kya kar rahe hey?

Nupur: mera nam Nupur Gupta hey'.mein ek fashion designer hoon. Aur meri ek show

apke hotel mein ho rahi hey'.

Mayank: that's really good.

Nupur: no'..that's not good. Kyunki ab tak koyi bho preparation complete nehi huyi.

Mayank: toh kya huya''ab tak na huyi abho jayega'just chill

Nupur: sorry mein chill nehi kar sakti''.kyunki yeh show meri liye bahut important hey. Aur mein kisi aur ki tarah kam k waqt chill nehi kar sakti.

Mayank could understand that Nupur was indicating him. He was lost his tempered.

Mayank: excuse me''.ap kehna kaya chahte hey?

Nupur: meine toh shuna hey tha ki Oberoi bahut hi assi hotel hey''aur yaha ki service bhi bahut assa hey. Par ab toh kuch aur hi dekhne mil rahe hey.

Mayank: apne jo shuna thaw o bilkul thik shuna hey'..sam tak apki show ki sare preparation complete ho jayegi'.

Nupur: But mujhe nehi lagta ki ap log sham tak san complete kar payenge'

Mayank: uski chinta ap mat ki jiye''..sham tak apko sab complete milegi.

Nupur: that's good''..I hope ap jo keh rahe hey woh karke dikhaenge''.

Nupur left the office. Mayank called his staffs and gave them strict instruction. Then he went the hall to supervise everything. How could that girl challenge Mayank Oberoi? Okay if she challenged him then he must be win this. Mayank Oberoi never learnt to defeat.

On the other side Nupur left the hotel fuming with anger. She reached a caf where Rahul was waiting for her. She entered the caf and went to a table. She took her seat.

Rahul: kya hua? Itna gusse mein kyun hey?

Nupur: puch maat yaar'..abhi tak mere show ki tayari nehi huyi'nahi decoration complete huya'.aur nahi lighting'.upar se jab mein uss hotel ki MD se milne gayi toh usne mujhe chill hone ko kaha'.

Rahul: assa tu shant ho ja'..sab kuch thik ho jayega.

Nupur: kaise shant ho jayu'..pata hey jab mein uss MD se milne gayi thi toh meine dekha woh video games khel rahe the''tu soch jiss hotel ka boss aisa hey uss hotel se mein kya umeed rakh sakti hoon.

Rahul: woh..toh tu iss baat se naraz hey ki uss hotel ka boss kam sorke video games khel rahe the'.

Nupur: nehi yaar''.woh video games khele ya gilli dhanda mujhe kya'..mujhe toh sirf mera kam se matlab hey''

Rahul: assa'..toh tune uss MD se kya kaha?

Nupur: meine kuch nehi kaha'..usine kaha ki sham tak sab complete ho jayegi.

Rahul: that's great. Toh tu sham tak wait kar'..tab tak agar kuch nehi huya toh phir hum kuch karenge'..ab khana order kare'mujhe bhook lagi hey'

Nupur: okay'.

They ordered the food. During the food they continued their chit chat'..

Rahul: Nupur'.tune uncle aunty se baat ki?

Nupur: phone kiya tha par un logo ne phone kat diya. Mujse bat nehi ki.

Rahul: koyi baat nehi Nups''.woh logjaldi hi tujhe maaf kar degi'.after all they realy loves you'..

Nupur: I hope so'..

Rahul saw Nupur became sad. So he tried to cheer her up.

Rahul: assa bata woh MD kya handsome tha?

Nupur: pata nehi meine notice nehi ki''

Rahul: kya Nups tub hi na teri umar ki ladkiya ladko ko ghur ghur kar dekti hey aur tu hey ki nazar uthake bhi nehi dekhti'... Tera kya hoga Nups? b/w kya nam hey uska?

Nupur: yaad nehi'..Monkey type ka koyi nam tha'

Rahul: Monkey?!.....tu bhi na Nupur'

Nupur: dekh mein jaisa bhi hoon thik hoon'..aur tu bata tu mujhe yaha bulaya kyun?

Rahul: ha mein toh bhul hi gaya tha. Tujhe kisi se milana hey..

Nupur: kis se?

Rahul: hey koyi? Special one.

Meanwhile a girl came. She was quite beautiful wearing a knee length skirt with tops.

Rahul: Nupur''this is Sneha'..my girlfriend.

Nupur: kya? Rahul you have a girlfriend aur tune mujhe bataya tak nehi.

Rahul: tujhe surprise dena tha isiliye nehi bataya'.

Nupur: hi Sneha''kaise ho?

Sneha: mein thik hoon. Rahul ne tumhare bare mein itna bataya ki tumse milna bahut maan thi

Nupur: ab toh mil liya na'b/w yeh batao tum jaise asse khubsurat ladki ko Rahul kaise pasan agaya?

Rahul: tu kehna kya chahta hey'.ki mein iski layek nehi hoon

Nupur: meine aisa kab kaha?

Rahul: tere baat ka matlab toh aisa hi tha'

Sneha: assa tum log ab jagro maat'..

Nupur:thik hey..sirf tumhare liye.

Then they started talking to each other. Rahul and Sneha told her their love story. Actually Sneha was wirking with Rahul. After one hour Nupur stood up'.

Nupur: okay ab mujhe chalna padhega'.dekhti hoon uss Monkey ne apna kam complete kiya ki nehi?

Sneha: Monkey?

Rahul: woh kya hein na Nups ko Oberoi hotel ki MD ka nam yaad nehi. Issiliye woh use Monkey bula rahi hey'..

Sneha: woh''b/w uska nam Mayank hey.

Nupur: Mayank'kitna ajib nam hey'..par tumhe kaise pata?

Sneha: he was in my college.

Nupur: woh''..assa chalta hoon bye. Baad mein milte hey.

Sneha: bye Nupur''.aur Mayank se charm se bach ke rehana'..kya hey na ladkiya bahut jald uss par fida ho jata hey'..

Nupur: don't worry''mein unn ladkiyo jaisi nehi hoon

Rahul: ha Sneha''iss bar toh uss Mayank ko bachna hey Nups ki gusse mein se'..

Nupur: ya right..okay bye.

Nupur left the caf and was going to the hotel to check the preparation. In the way she was thinking about Mayank''..
