PART---13
Ridhima wore a beautiful green saree which she thought was appropriate for the occassion, her hair was left loose and open.... wearing an emrald necklace paired up with matching earings, brushed her face with little makeup..... her pink lips looked glossy and stroked her cheeks with blusher she looked breath taking.....
Ridhima's dress
Ridhima corrected her saree for upteenth time while looking in the mirror.... " oh god, pata nahi main ye saree kaise sambhaal paaongi !!, ise pehenkar koi party kaise enjoy kar sakta hai?? she sighed frustrated.... "kitna achha hota agar dress code kuch aur hota!! " she muttered again correcting the plates of her saree....
"hope ye theek lag rahi hai" she twirled and checked her saree for one last time and smiled in releif "hmm ridzs you r looking too sexy, you have done a gr88 job, people in the party will be blown up by your beauty" ridhima patted herself for draping the saree elegantly .... she smiled and blew a kiss at her reflection, unware of Armaan's gaze on her........
As Armaan entered the room, he was left awestruck by the beauty infront of him, Ridhima looked gorgeous in saree, he could'nt move his gaze from her, he stood rooted mesmerised , Armaan could clearly see her reflection throuugh the mirror.... he chuckled looking at her twirling, scrunching her nose and muttering something to herself and finally blowing a kiss, looking at her Armaan sighed dreamingly "oh god!! she's looking damn sexy" .......... he came out of his trance by hearing Ridhima's voice...
Ridhima turned seeing Armaan through the mirror and frowned "you said we will be leaving by 8, and you are not ready yet , its already 9??!! " she asked keeping her hands on her hips.......
"oh dont worry about that, we will be there by 9.30, i will be ready with in half an hour" Armaan said moving toward the bathroom......."then why did you ask me to be ready by 8" Ridhima asked stopping him to enter the bathroom,,,,
"ohh thats becoz i don't want to be late becoz of you" he said as a matter of fact
"what... what did you say??? becoz of your stupid party i struggled to drape this saree and now you accuse me that i take a lot of time to get ready!! haan" she said resting her hands on her waist furiously..
"chill honey, jab tum roz jeans top pehen kar ready hone ke liye itna time lagaati ho to, phir saree ke liye tooo..... aur agar main tumhen sahi time bataa deta to, hum Nikki ke ghar party khatam hone ke baad hi pahunchte!!!! so its simple" He said as a matter of fact and moved in to the bathroom without giving Ridhima a chance to retort back

Both Armaan and Ridhima reached modi house, its was a beautiful mansion and the party was set ouside in the luounge, before entering the party Armaan forwarded his elbow towards Ridhima asking her to hold, "what??, i am not holding on you!!!" she shoved his hand away and moved forward leaving a furious Armaan back.....
When she was about to enter the party Armaan slipped his left hand on her waist holding her firm and close...... Ridhima shrudded with the touch of his palm on her bare waist and was about yell

back but stopped seeing him busy with one of the guest and forced smile on her face..... the touch of his cold fingers was playing a havoc on her bare skin , for a moment she forgot to speak or to protest, due to this close proximity her mind drifted again to their kiss in the morning which left her in daze and breathless, her cheeks burne red while remembering his manly lips on her........ Ridhima came back to her senses when Armaan introduced her to one of his friend.... as they moved ahead Ridhima tried to remove his hand "Armaan leave me" she struggled quitely........ "stay and don't create a scene" Armaan said gritting his teeth as he saw Abhi and Niki coming towards them......
"hey Armaan, welcome Ridhima" Abhi said extending his hand and smiling at Ridhima...
"hello abhi, and many happy returns of the day nikki" Armaan shook his hand with Abhi and gave a side hug to Nikki.... while Ridhima greeted them with a warm hello.
"Thanks a lot Armaan"nikki smiled....
"accha hua Ridhima you have come, jab se nikki usa se waapis aayi hai bas tumse milne ki rat lagaa rakhi hai, so sweetheart, meet Ridhima mallik, Armaan's better half, and Ridhima this is my beautiful wife nikki" Abhi said introducing Ridhima and Nikki...
"Happy birthday nikki" Ridhima smiled and wished nikki by giving a side hug.
"Thanks, and Abhi is right, i wanted to know the lucky girl who stole the heart of Armaan mallik but... but tumhen dekhne ke baad to i must say that Armaan is more lucky to have such abeautiful wife" nikki said praising Ridhima.....

"Ridhima you are looking very pretty in this saree, you know i love sarees, i myself wanted to wear one but can't manage it properly" nikki said .... its just then hit Ridhima what nikki was wearing, she wore beautiful red knee length halter dress, she was too dazed by Armaan's touch to notice that not all them but only a few ladies wearing sarees, she gave murderous glare to Armaan..... in return Armaan gave 'what did i do look'
"Nikki you too are looking gorgeouus in this dress" Ridhima commented on nikki
"Are yaar kya saari baatein yahi karenge ya ander bhi chalenge" Abhi said and guided them inside, they all settled on a table ... nikki ordered waiter to serve refreshments......
"Nikki, ab to tum Abhi ka business join kar sakti ho naa, tumhaara Mba bhi pura hogaya hai" Armaan asked
"haan papa(abhi's father) bhi yahi chaahte hai, ke main jald se jald unhen join karun, Abhi ko to business mein koi intrest nahi hai to ab ye sab mujhe hi sambhaalna padega" nikki said
" main hospital mein aur nikki tum office mein, hum dono ko to ek saat time hi nahi milega" Abhi said with a sad face .....
"Armaan tum aur Ridhima is maamle mein bade lucky ho ..... tum apni is special intern ko personal assistence zaroor dete hoge ????.... apne cabin mein kyun???!!!" nikii said winking an giggling at Ridhima....
"haan jab Ridhima saamne hogi to Armaan ka mann kaam mein kaise lage ga, ab pata nahi kya hoga sanjeevni ke patients ka" Abhi said dramatically only to get a smack on his shoulder by Armaan "oye mera saara dhyaan kaam par hi hota hai , teri tarha nahi jo hamesha nikki ke khayaalon mein khoya rehata hai"... nikki blushed on this
Ridhima turned red with embarresment listening to them.... while nikki grinned at seeing ridhima going all red like a tomato Abhi and Armaan excuse from them to meet their friends leaving nikki and Ridhima alone .....
"so Ridhima where did you go your honeymoon" nikki asked munching her snacks........
"wo, kya hai na ke meri internship start hogayi thi, and Armaan was also busy, isiliye, we didn't go" she knew this was coming and already prepared to answer this and mentally patted her..... but nikki was too far she didn't stop there, she asked her about their first night and their love life..... Ridhima just felt short of words and embaressed to answer such questions .... on the other hand nikki was continously telling about her married experiences with abhi....... Ridhima wished the earth to open and swallow her...... much to Ridhima's releif nikki's guest interupted then saving her from more embaressment....

soon It was time to cut the cake, all the guests gathered around. Abhi and Armaan too joined.....Nikki cut the cake and fed the first piece to abhi, while abhi did the same. All the guest cheered for the lovely couple...
Then Abhi requested all the couples to join the dance floor. He held out his hand and asked Nikki for a dance. While she smiled and gladly accepted it. All couples swayed to the music, lost in their own world. Riddhima glanced at Armaan but he was looking at the dance floor. She didnt knew why but she wanted Armaan to ask her for a dance. she always enjoyed romantic songs..... and the song "kuch khaas hai" (from th movie fashion) was her favorite....

Nikki looked at Armaan and Riddhima standing there. She asked Armaan through eyes as why arent they on the floor. Armaan smiled and nodded lightly and then looked at Riddhima. He found her staring at him.
Caught off guard she immediately looked away. Armaan extended his hand asking for a dance, which she reluctantly took, and both moved towards the dance floor. ( the song is more of Ridhima's feelings)

He grabbed her waist firmly and pulled her a little closer as music flew in the air. Armaan placed his hands on her waist ,Ridhima closed her eyes and rested her hands on his shoulders feeling tingling effect on her skin by his touch.... Armaan smirked seeeing his effect on her......Ridhima opened her eyes but did'nt dare to look in his hipnotising blue eyes, whenever she looked in them she felt herself drowning in some unknown feelings..... The lovely song made every couple get lost in the world of love...... Ridhima looked up and found him staring at her

she couldn't understand the weird feelings erupting inside her.. she dosen't know whether the song or the atmosphere making her feel all these... but one thing was sure that she was enjoying her dance with Armaan and donot want this moment to end...... she smiled dreamingly staring at him...... Armaan saw her lost in her thoughts and finally smiling.....

Towards the end of the song, Armaan twirled Ridhima, as she was wearing saree, she lost her balance and slightly slipped on the marble floor ..... seeing her loosing her balance Armaan tightened his grip on her waist and pulled her towards him, making her crash in to his hard chest.... on an instance Ridhima closed her eyes tight holding him firmly by wrapping her hands around his neck scared to fall..... Armaan could feel her heart thudding on his chest, and wrapped his arms around her making her feel secure.... they stayed in each others embrace for sometime and parted hearing sounds of gigling and whistling and looked at Abhi and nikki grinning at them.....
"sorry to disturb the romantic couple, but the song already ended" nikki said giggling at them..... both looked down embaressed
"Armaan chal lets have a drink " Abhi said....... "hmm lets go" both moved towards the bar......
"hey abhi, we also wanna drink, kyun Ridhima???" nikki asked
Ridhima shot up her head in horror "drinnnkkk, aur main, no... no i don't drink" she dosen't want to drink and loose all her senses..... she saw how in movies couples drink and end up in the bed, and she dosen't want get up next morning naked in bed with Armaan....... the mere feeling of her in Armaan's arms naked aroused goose bumps on her skin.....
Nikki laughed at her expression '' ok ok i got it, you dont drink, atleast you can accompany Armaan...

All of them took seats on the bar counter when nikki gestured Ridhima to come close and whispered in her ear..." Ridhima i am warning you that drunk Armaan mallik is hard to handle, so keep a watch on your husband " nikki said winking at her..... Ridhima moved and looked at Armaan having shots one after the other one.... she gulped seeing him......
