The sun was shining; it was 7:00 a.m. The sun was shining brightly and the rays of the sun were reflecting on her tender face. She felt like she was resting her head on a masculine body. She slowly opened her eyes and got up slightly. She couldn't believe her eyes. It was Sid, sleeping like a baby. His one arm, gently wrapped her waist, his was bare bodied, and he had a slight smile playing on his face. Riddhima kept looking at him with tears in her eyes. Is it really him? She gently roamed her hand on his head and it touched his face and slowly down his neck and then his masculine chests and stopped where his heart lies. Sid felt her touch and slowly opened his eyes. The sight of him getting up made her smile widely. He got up, and rested his arms on the bed, supporting his body to stand up. He was still sleepy, and then he opened his right eye, and gave her a questioning look.

Sid: kya hua?

Riddhima still couldn't believe that it was him.

Sid: oh hello! sube sube uthkar mere chehre ko aise kyun dekh rahe ho? Main bhi janti hoon ki main bohot handsome hoon, lekin aise kyun dekh rahe ho?

Without thinking anything Riddhima hugged him with such a force that they both fell on the bed again. Riddhima kept hugging him tightly as if to never let go of him.

Riddhima: Sid, tum aa gaye, mere paas.

Sid: haan Riddhima, me aagaya, sirf tumhare paas.

Riddhima: tum iss tarah kabhi bhi mujhe chodkar nahi jaoge. Main tumse pyar karti hoon Sid, aur main tumhari bina jee nahi sakhti.

Riddhima looked up to his face. She looked deep in his eyes. Both their eyes showed so much burning passion and love for them, Sid put his hand on her left cheek, and Riddhima's right hand dug in his hair, both were breathing heavily, her chest was against his chest and their hearts were beating against each other. Riddhima closed her eyes and slowly lowered her head to kiss him.

Riddhima(whipering): Siddhant. I love you.

Riddhima(thinking): this is it. the moment I was waiting for, my first kiss. Oh My God. I can't believe it. My heart is racing so fast. Oh god thank you.

Sid also closed his eyes to kiss her. Both of them was just a lip away from kissing when

Riddhima opened her eyes, and found she was kissing her pillow. Again. She quickly turned off the alarm and sat down on the bed.

Riddhima(thinking): it was a dream? IT WAS A DREAM??!!!! Oh man! Riddhima you stupid! How can you even think that Sid will sleep beside you after everything that happened and is happening? Bhurtar kahikke! But it was the most mesmerizing and heart racing dream I've ever had.

Riddhima was blushing like a teenage girl. She looked to her left and saw the maid again looking at her with her mouth slightly opened. Riddhima instantly knew that she saw her kissing the pillow again.

Maid: phir se?! yeh memsahib ko kya gaya hai? Phir se takia chum rahi hai? Main kehti hoon innki sar main kuch garbar hai haan!

Riddhima stopped smiling and got up from there, took her clothes and went to the washroom to shower.

On the other hand

Sid was passing the recreation room, and then someone pulled him in the room. It was Riddhima.

Sid: Riddhima tum yeh kya kar rahe ho?

Riddhima: Bas Sid! mujhse aur nahi hota. Main janti hoon ki tum mere saath mazak kar rahe ho taaki mujhe jalan ho. Main janti hoon ki tum mujhse pyar karti ho so admit it!

Tamanna: Nahi! Sid tumse pyar nahi karta, woh mujhse pyar karti hai.

Then Riddhima takes his right arm

Riddhima: Sid tumhe yeh chudail ki baat mat suno. Mere saath aao.

Then Tamanna takes his left arm

Tamanna: oye dhanno! tum usse kahan le ja rahe ho? Chalo Sid mere saath chalo.

Riddhima: nahi Sid! main tumhari patni hoon, mere saath chalo.

Tamanna: patni thi! tum mere saath chalo.

Both the girls were dragging his arms. On one side Riddhima pulling him to the right where as Tamanna is pulling him to the left. They were literally tearing up his shirt because of the catfight.

Riddhima: chudail! usse chodo!

Tamanna: dhanno! tum usse chodo!

Sid: AGGHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then Sid woke up screaming. Sid was breathing very heavily. What a horrific nightmare! Sid was sweating. He wipes his head with the back of his hand.

Sid: yeh kaise sapna tha? OMG! Sid calm down. calm down. ab bas aaj Sunday hai aur aaj prom night hai. Bas Shilpa ki saath jaana. At least woh toh tera yeh haal toh nahi karega.

Sid jumps from the bed, takes his clothes from the closet and heads to the washroom to shower.

It was night time and the gang was getting ready for the prom. Riddhima wore a maroon saari with sophisticating black workings which decorated her saari. She wore that bracelet which Sid gifted her on their second honeymoon. And she wore a diamond necklace. She wore gold plated earrings which completely matched with her look. She had her hair opened because Sid liked it this way. And she wore high heels. The dark maroon saari enhanced her complexion and the diamond necklace sparkled and reflected on her face. She was literally glowing.

Riddhima(thinking): tonight, I have to make Sid fall in love with me again. I feel so beautiful and lively. It feels like I'm feeling love for the first time in my life. I have to make him believe that the one he loves, his wife, can outcast all the beautiful girls in the world. Why? His wife is beautiful. I've never been so romantic in my whole life. Not even at the time when I was with Armaan. Kyunki uski saath toh sirf shareer ka pyar tha, lekin Sid ke saath toh aatma ka pyar hai, jo mere liye ek bohot alaag sa ehsaas ho rahi hai. oh, thodi si lip gloss bhi laga deti hoon.

And she applied some lip gloss which made her rosy lips sparkle.

Riddhima(thinking): there, that should make him leave Shilpa and come to me. (sigh) these lips yearn to kiss him. hea bhagwaan, kab ap mujhe meri Sid wapas dogi? Wow! now I look like………..Riddhima Siddhant Modi.

Now she's all fit and ready to go to the prom. She took a single photo of Sid and roamed her fingers over his image.

Riddhima(thinking): 4 saal Sid. ab toh wapas aajao. I'm missing you so badly.

Then she kissed his image, slid the picture in her diary, opened the drawer, and put it safely there. Then she rushed to the prom.

On the other hand

Sid wore a white shirt and he wore a black tuxedo over it. The tuxedo fitted and showed off his masculine body. He wore a black pant. He used some hair gel and spiked up his hair. He putted on some old spice cologne. He took a piece of cloth and rubbed his shiny shoes to get rid of any mark. He shoe glittered. And he wore his spectacles which beautifully adorned his blue eyes. He looked at himself through the mirror and smiled. Riddhima on the other hand took an auto rickshaw and headed to the prom. She was missing Sid so badly, as if she can't live without him for a second. She wanted him beside her, guarding her, showering love to her.

And on Shilpa's house, suddenly, he was having these uncountable hiccups.

Sid: (*hichki) are? yeh kya? (*hichki*) ab main kya karoon? (*hichki*) kaun hai jo mujhe (*hichki*) itna (*hichki*) miss kar raha hai? (*hichki*)

Shilpa comes to the room.

Shilpa: Jeej! are you ready for the prom……(hearing numerous hiccups)……jeej for god sakes have some water.

Sid: are (*hichki*) Shilpa (*hichki*), yeah (*hichki*) I think I have to (*hichki*) drink some water.

Shilpa: wait I'll bring some.

Shilpa goes down and brings some water for Sid.

Shilpa: here. drink.

Sid: Th..(*hichki*)…th (*hichki*)…tha (*hichki*)

Shilpa: save it for later. firstly have some water.

Sid drinks the whole glass of water. after a few seconds he starts having hiccups again.

Sid: (*hichki*) (*hichki*) (*hichki*)

Shilpa: Wow! someone is really missing you. Who could that be?

Sid: (*hichki*) I have no (*hichki*) idea.

Shilpa: hmm. (smiles) I already know.

Sid: Wh (*hichki*) What?

Shilpa: never mind. I think you're hiccups will go away………when you arrive at the prom.

Sid: what make you (*hichki*) think that?

Shilpa: you'll see. NOW COME ON!!

By saying this Shilpa drags Sid and gets in the car. The car gets stuck in a traffic jam and Sid was still having those numerous hiccups. What they didn't know was that Riddhima's auto rickshaw was right beside their car. Riddhima was missing Sid very badly. She looked to the right and saw Shilpa driving the car and Sid was sitting beside her. She couldn't believe it. Suddenly Sid's hiccups were all gone.

Sid: are? yeh kya? hichki chala gaya.

Shilpa: oh good! it was really irritating.

Sid: I feel good. hichki dete dete thak gaya hoon.

Riddhima was calling Sid numerous times but Sid couldn't listen. The traffic started to move and Riddhima's auto richshaw rode away. She again felt bad and started to miss Sid again.

Sid: (hichki) What the (hichki) phir se chali aayi? (hichki) are aisa kaunsi banda hai jo mujhe itna (hichki) miss kar rahi hai?

Shilpa: oh god!

And then Sid and Shilpa's car started to move and rode away with Sid having numerous hiccups. They arrived at the prom and Sid came in with those hiccups and Shilpa gave out a big sigh. Tamanna already arrived and were with the gang. She got mesmerized at the image of Sid and looked at him with dreamy eyes. Just after a few minutes later Riddhima arrived and her eyes firstly fell on Sid. Sid also felt Riddhima's presence and looked back. Shilpa looked at her too. Sid got mesmerized at the image of Riddhima and Riddhima got mesmerized at the image of Sid. Riddhima's saari was fitted perfectly, showing of her feminine figure. He looked at her neck, the diamond necklace was just glowing and was reflecting on her face. Her blush was making her complexion all the more beautiful. Her opened hair, just the way Sid likes it was floating in the gentle breeze. Her kajal and mashkara adorned her hazelnut color eyes which showed only love for him. He looked down her hand. She was wearing his gifted bracelet. He felt so happy and mesmerized. Riddhima looked at him with dreamy eyes. His black tux showed off his masculine body and his bow fitted to him to perfection. His titan slim watch adorned his wrist. His hands were casually in his pockets. Riddhima looked at his face. A slight smile was playing on his lips, his iron man cut which fashionably adorned his cheeks and chin, his mature looking spectacles adorned his blue eyes which were mesmerized at the sight of his wife, his hair still jet black and all messed up, and his head slightly tilted to the right at the beauty of his wife. Sid suddenly noticed that his hiccups were gone again.

Sid: hey Shilpa. my hiccups are gone again.

Shilpa: well then. my guess came out correct.

Sid: what if it comes back again?

Shilpa(now looking at him): then you have to make sure that you do whatever you can tonight…………so that no one misses you again.

Sid looks at her in question and Shilpa raises her eyebrows.

Shilpa: think real hard, jeej. Who could miss you that much?

Then Sid realised that it was Riddhima who was missing him so much. He looked at her with his mouth slightly opened. Riddhima smiled at him widely. Riddhima was walking towards him and was about to hug him when Tamanna came in between and hugged him. Riddhima froze then and there. Sid got stoked and couldn't understand what happened and Shilpa looked at Tamanna with her mouth lightly opened. Seeing Tamanna digging her head on his chest and her arms wrapped through his arms and grabbing on his shoulders, with her eyes closed, made Riddhima tighten her jaw and reveal her sharp nails, as if to scratch her like a lioness now. Sid now looked at Riddhima whose eyes were fixed to Tamanna. Shilpa backed away from there as she thought it was best to leave them alone, and she got scared seeing Riddhima's reaction. Tamanna then broke the hug and looked him in the eye.

Tamanna: Wow! you look handsome today!

Sid(embarrassed): thank you.

Tamanna: Why did you come so late? The party started an hour ago.

Sid: Well, actually I was having constant hiccups and it really bothered me. So I had to leave slowly, having plenty of fluids but it didn't work. (looking at Riddhima) I guess someone was missing me very badly.

Riddhima just blushed and had a little smile playing on her lips. Sid also smiled looking at her. Tamanna looked at Sid and then looked at Riddhima and fury overpowered her.

Sid: And then Shilpa and I were in the car when we had to come across a really packed traffic jam which took us time.

Listening to the fact that Shilpa and Sid was together in the car made her irk more. She was already afraid if Shilpa and Sid were in a relationship or not, and so was Riddhima.

Sid: and now here I am.

JP and Jiggy: Sid!

Sid: yeah! I'm coming.

Sid was about to go when Tamanna grabbed his hand.

Sid: Tamanna? any problem?

Tamanna(picking out the price tag): your price tag is still attached to your shirt.

Sid: oh! oh my god.

Tamanna: here let me.

Sid(shying away): no no don't be ridiculous, I can pull it off.

Tamanna: I insist.

Sid: no no its not that much of a deal Tamanna…..

Tamanna: please?

Seeing Tamanna insisting him, he let it go. Tamanna moved closer to him. The price tag was attached to his shirt. So Tamanna lowered her head, pulled out the price tag to tear it and dug her face to his chest so that she can tear it off with her teeth. Riddhima had tears forming around the corner of her eye but she hid it, she fisted her hands to bear what she was seeing. She pursed her lips and was shaking in anger. But she has to be strong. Sid was feeling a bit awkward and uncomfortable.

Sid(thinking): the moment I felt something for her, I always wanted her to be in my arms, and when she is finally here, now I'm feeling disturbed and uncomfortable. Love can do strange things. Riddhima's love for me changed my heart.

Tamanna was inhaling his manly scent and closed her eyes to feel every bit of the moment she's spending with Sid. She forgot to tear it and just kept her eyes closed and felt each second of it.

Tamanna: all these years, I have always yearned to be in his arms. And now god gave me the chance to give me this moment with him. Thank you god!

Tamanna tore the price tag and slowly raised her head and looked him in his blue eyes. They had an eye-lock for a brief moment. And Riddhima just kept standing there, enduring all the pain she was feeling. She just stood there and kept looking at them. Shilpa saw her sister's reaction and felt really sad. She can't stand to see her sister look so heartbroken. But then Riddhima let it all go and focused on winning Sid back, because she knew that Sid can only love her. Shilpa ran to the gang.

Shilpa: guys. we have to do something to bring Riddhima di and Sid back together.

Anjie: we were thinking the same thing. They deserve each other. I've never seen Riddhima so madly in love before. And now look at her. Her day starts with Sid and ends with Sid.

Naina: this prom night is a chance we can bring them close guys. But what about Tamanna?

Yuvi: yeah, Tamanna has been our friend since we stepped Sanjeevani guys. And we also know that she has always loved Sid and still does like a mad cow. It'll break her heart if she knows that we're helping Siddhima to unite.

Shilpa: then does that mean that Sid has to forget about his heart, forget about whom he loves and start caring for Tamanna? Tamanna did nothing but bring sorrow and pain to him. Trust me, I know. He keeps on telling me about how Tamanna left him. Sid has gone through a lot in his life guys, its about time he stops suffering and start living again. If Tamanna really loves him, then she should understand that Sid is not hers anymore and if she forces him against his will, its not love anymore. Now, Riddhima's name is embedded on Sid's heart. And at the end, its Sid who's going to decide whom he loves. Our job is to bring Siddhima close. okay? are you guys with me?

The gang looks at each other with determination on their face.

all: YES!!!!

Now their job is to bring Sid and Riddhima close. And the first attempt they can make through………….is this prom.

Naina: oh crap! everybody, act normal!

So everybody was sitting normally, Naina was brushing her clothes to act like she's brushing some dust on her clothes. Shilpa was humming something incomprehensible and didn't have any tune. She herself was thinking what she is humming. JP and Jiggy didn't have to act at all because they were just digging into food and drinks; they were in their own world. Anjie took out a cosmetic mirror and was just admiring herself on how pretty she was looking and sometimes fixing her hair when everything is perfect. And yuvi…. he was looking up the ceiling and kept looking here and there and was whistling. Sid came with a cheery mood.

Sid: hey guys!

All: hey!!!!!!!

Sid: what are you guys doing?

Naina: nothin, you know were just hangin here, chilling out you know.

Sid(looking at everyone acting weird): ahuh. so…..the party is great isn't it?

Shilpa: yeah the party is great! but you know what is greater, is how Riddhima di is looking so beautiful. (grabbing his head and made him look at her) just look at her……..so beautiful…..so elegant…..so sophisticated….she looks like a queen doesn't she?

Sid: yeah. I guess.

Shilpa: NO DON'T GUESS!! (sid looking at her all confused, Shilpa realised her mistake) i..i..mean..no..don't guess….look at her….you can't guess anything when it comes to her beauty.

Sid(looking at the gang): okay seriously what's the catch guys?

Shilpa(got a bit worried, being dramatic): Gasp! you think that looking at that fabulous lady is a catch? (in a British tone) How daaare you!

Anjie: yeah sid! hum toh sirf Riddhima ko dekhrahe the.

Sid: ok ok ok sorry baba. its just that you guys especially you Shilpa, are acting quite weird now.

The gang were looking at each others faces.

Sid: guys, I'll be right back.

JP: haan Sid bhaiya aap jaiyye.

Sid went away from there thinking why they were acting all weird, and the gang let sigh of relief. On the other hand Riddhima and Tamanna looked at each other with all the grudge in their eyes. Tamanna gave a mischievous smile while Riddhima just kept looking at her with pursed lips. Tamanna went away from there.

Riddhima(thinking): yeh kaisi doran par pohuch chuki hoon main? itni badi larayi. mujhe iss imtehan par karni hogi. yeh meri zindagi ka sawaal hai. kyunki meri zindagi……Sid hai. aur main kisko apni zindagi nahi chinne dungi. kisko bhi nahi.

After thinking that Riddhima looked to the other side and found the gang sitting there planning something.

Shilpa: ok. the first step we need is to make Sid and Riddhima dance on a romantic tune.

Anjie: good! right!

Naina: but what if Sid doesn't want to?

Shilpa: (laughing) ohhoohohoho……….he will.

Riddhima: who will do what and dance with whom?

Shilpa: hey………. that voice sounds familiar.

JP turned and found Riddhima standing there.

JP: oh! woh toh Riddhima phlowerji hai. (JP realising who was it) (gasp) RIDDHIMA PHLOWERJI!!!!!!

The gang turned and got scared and gasped loudly seeing Riddhima standing there with her arms crossed over her chest……..standing like a Hitler.

Naina(with a squeaky voice, barely audible): oh shit.

Riddhima: kya main pooch sakti hoon app log kisko kiski saath dance karana chati hai?

Anjie: aaare Ridzi chaddo na. tum iss me itna socho mat.

Riddhima: Di. you know you can't hide anything from me, your eyes blink non stop and you breathe heavily.

The gang looked at Anjie and indeed found out that she was blinking non stop and was breathing heavily.

Shilpa: wow. that's a problem.

Riddhima: so what are you guys trying to do?

Anjie(pulling Shilpa to whisper in her ear): what are we going to do?

Shilpa(looking at Riddhima and whispering): I think she won't have any problem with it.

Anjie(whispering loudly): WHAT!!??

Shilpa(whispering): trust me. she's going enjoy it. if she hears our plan, she'll get encouraged to bring back Sid in her life.

Shilpa: ok Riddhima di. We know in the past 4 years a lot of things happened. And we also know………that you have finally figured out that you actually love Sid and truly Sid. And we know how much you want him back in your life. So…….we want to help you get to him. To help you get your Sid back. Because…….we love both of you and we want to see you two happy. Will you let us help you?

Riddhima had tears in her eyes and gave a big smile to them. Riddhima hugged Shilpa tightly. Shilpa was storing this memory, because all she wanted was a hug from her big sister. Riddhima broke the hug and looked at Shilpa.

Riddhima: and all this time, I thought that you and Sid had something. How foolish of me.

Shilpa(thinking): we do have something. a brother and sister relationship.

Riddhima: yes! yes! I do want you guys to help me. This is what I wanted guys! Now I feel like the whole universe wants us to unite. Thank you guys! Thank you so much!

Anjie: okay! then let's get to work.

Riddhima: I'm ready!

Naina: ok. so the first thing we have planned for you was a romantic dance with Sid.

Riddhima: (sigh) that is exactly what I need now.

Shilpa: then let's get to it.

The gang got up all energized and determined. Riddhima just couldn't wait for the dance. So the gang went to the hall where there was a big ballroom with an eye sparkling and an elegant chandelier suspended above the floor. Everyone looked dashing formal. Sid was also standing there and Riddhima just admired him. Shilpa took a mike and started talking.

Shilpa: Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to the Sanjeevani 2010 Annual Prom Night. I can tell now that everyone in this room is looking elegant, beautiful and formal tonight. Everyday we spend on treating patients and think about their life and death. Well folks, tonight, we're just going to remove our thinking caps and just lower our mental pressure. Because tonight, we're going to have FUN!!!!!!!

Everybody claps and applauses.

Shilpa: So to have fun, we're going to see a beautiful, sensational dance. And its going to be performed by Dr. Siddhant and Dr. Riddhima.

Hearing Shilpa saying that Riddhima and he are going to dance, he was declining to dance, but the pleading look on Riddhima's face made him agree. Tamanna was boiling. Everyone was applauding and gave them space to dance. The lights got dimmed and the spotlight was on.( Siddhima background music no.2 starts) Sid and Riddhima walked to the centre of the hall. Riddhima kept looking at Sid. The spotlight made his face even fairer. His spectacles were glittered because of the light, and the light made his blue eyes even more visible and it made Riddhima just stare at his deep blue eyes. Sid looked at Riddhima. The light was reflecting her fair complexion and it revealed her blush. Her necklace was sparkling and was reflecting to the light. The light showed her hazelnut color eyes which was fixed on his eyes. The entire people were being mesmerized at sight of them just standing and staring at each other. Sid moved forward his left hand, and Riddhima smiled and gently puts her right hand in his hand. Sid slowly brought her close to him. Riddhima gently places her left hand on his right shoulder and Sid slowly wrapped his right hand on her waist. Riddhima felt a current pass through her spine, she blushed.

The song 'Main Agar Kahoon' starts from Om Shanti Om and Sid lips the song. They start to dance.

Riddhima is being so mesmerized and the sight that Sid is lipsing the song. As if he's singing to her. The people eyes were sparkling with their chemistry and bonding. Riddhima dreamed for a day like this.

Tamanna was just bursting with jealousy and anger. While the gang admired them, they need not to do anything thing to bring them close. Just they have to plan them. Siddhima was the cynosure of all eyes, some people were thinking if they're a couple or not. And hearing this Tamanna just couldn't stop being burned inside. The female part starts and Riddhima lips the song.

Suddenly glitters start pouring over their heads. But they were lost in each other's eyes and continued to dance. The glitters gave such a feature to the dance that it made it look more mesmerizing. Siddhima danced with so much passion in their eyes, they didn't even lose eye contact. The audience were saying oooooo and aaaaah's during the glitters. The song ended and Sid ended the dance with him holding Riddhima with his one hand over her waist and another hand holding onto her hand, and Riddhima grabbed his neck and another hand on his hand. The lights turned on and all the people were clapping so hard that it echoed all over the hall. Shilpa had tears in her eyes and she quickly removed it.

Shilpa: humara plan hit ho gaya.

Gang: YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Sid pulled Riddhima up and both of them were still into their eyes.

Riddhima(thinking): hea bhagwaan! thank you! thank you for giving me this moment with him. aapka lakh lakh shukriya.

Both of them still couldn't believe that they danced with so much passion. Par aage kya hoga? hmmmmmm. we'll see.
