Love is never lost. If not reciprocated, it will flow back and soften and purify the heart... Love is the hardest habit to break, and the most difficult to satisfy.. They knew all this. They just stared into each others eyes thinking about what to say..

Samrat stood up slowly..

S: Woh.. aditya..ham'

G: Nahi..! Adi tumhare liye usi din mar gaya tha jab tum mujhe '

S: CHASHMISH!!! (angry!)

Gunjan looked into his eyes.. which were glaring at her!

S: (thinking) How could she say that! I love Him ! hes MY son! OUR son! She has to accept it! Adi Needs A father! Nd he will get one..!

G turned around not able to face him..

G: Jao yaha se samrat.. wapas chale jao..

S: Chashmish.. bhagwaan ne humme phir se isliye milwaya hai taak'

G: Taaki mujhe aur dard de sake! Sach toh yeh hai ki bhagwaaan hai hi nahii! Aur agar woh hai toh woh bohot bura game khel rahe hai! Jao Samrat! Jao..

S: Main jaane ke liye nahi aaya tha chashmish... Looking at her..

Tears started pouring from her eyes... she loved samrat and she couldnt deny that! Her heart was dying to hug him.. was dying to feel him. To be in his arms. But her mind was stopping her from taking even a step forward! She just had to control.. She clenched her fists and repeated..But Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together... She wouldnt do that..

G: jao samrat..

S: Chashmish.. tum ro rahi ho?

(coming towards her)

G: nahi.. ab toh aasoon bhi sookh chuke hai.. (wiping her tears)

And she ran to her room..

Samrat thought of going to meet aditya..

He went towards his room and saw him looking out of his window..

He went in and stood next to him..

S: Hi..

A: Im Sorry.. Mujhe Aapko woh sab...

S: No.. Dont Say Sorry..

A: No.. Mom was right.. Your still a stranger.. I dont even no your name.. and I'

S: My Name... Trust me you wont want to know my name.. never!

A: Why?

S: Nothing... take care.. ill come later.. you better go to your mother.. she needs you!

A: Mom? Why? What Happened?!

S: She was crying..

A: what!!! (He was shockedd!)

And he left the room immediately running towards her room.. One thing he couldnt stand was his mom crying! He loved her unconditionally and couldnt stand her tears.. Because of Aditya gunjan learned how to control her tears!

Samrat thought of leaving.. It wasnt a right time..

MeanWhile Gunjan POV..

I entered my room.. I was blank for sometime.. i opened my cupboard and took out a photo.. It was obviously his picture..I still missed him.. i still loved him.. He still mattered to me.. he was still my life..!! I wanted to go run and tell him that.. but I just couldnt! I dont understand why.. is it ego.. or just fear that I'll be betrayed again.. my heart would break again.. and this time it was certain that I wouldnt be able to cope up! I hugged the picture..! Imagining I was hugging him..! He was My Jaan.. he was the only person whom I want to spend my life with! I want my son to get his fathers love too.. But.. My mind is stopping me.. Ill go insane this way. I dont know what to do? Why m I so weak? Why dont I have the strength to bear him.. he still gives me pain..

End Of POV..

A: (thinking) Why the hell is mom crying.. what did he tell her! Did he remind mom of that freak! Shit! I better go Check!

He entered her room and saw gunjan sitting on the floor near her bed and hugging a picture and cryingg...

A: Mom...!!!

Gunjan looked up.. her eyes were red and she was completely broken..

Aditya ran to her and hugged her tight.. she hugged him too.. kissing him..

G: Im sorry for screaming at you.. (she said while crying)

A: no mom.. dont say sorry.. And plz stop crying.. plz..

He wiped her tears and hugged her again..! The photo slipped of gunjans hand and she hugged aditya tight.. She didnt want to let him go..

A: mom kya hua?

G: I met your. Your dad..

Aditya was filled with anger again..

A: WHAT? THAT FREAK!!!

G: ADITYAA! Dont call him that.. you know I loved him.. (rather love him)

A: NO MOM!. HE IS A FREAK! AND YOU KNOW IT! HE LEFT YOU MOM! HE DIDNT CARE IF YOU WERE ALIVE OR DEAD.. HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT ME! HE IS JUST SELFISH!

Tears rolled down adi's cheeks too.. gunjan couldnt see aditya hating samrat so much! She couldnt do that herself because she loved him.. even if their relationship broke.. the love was there and it would never die..

Gunjan put forward the picture of Samrat so that Aditya could see.. Aditya took it from her hands to see it.. he was Shocked.. he stood still a few tears rolled down his cheeks.. and then he gave the picture back.. Gunajn waited for him to say something.. but the only thing he said was..

A: He was right.. about one thing..

Gunjan looked at him confused.. she didnt know how he would react!

A: He.. he is a Loser..and that I would NOT like to know his name..

Gunjan went and hugged aditya and cried her heart out...

A: mom its ok.. dont cry for him.. he doesnt deserve to be missed.. dont watse your precious tears.. and i am happy i told all that to him!

Gunjan just couldnt stop her tears.. she was cryingg..

Aditya had also got a HUGE shock.. His Dad was there.. and now he hated him even more..Gunjan was very happy that his son managed this problem so maturely.... He didnt break down.. He didnt care! She wished she was like him..But how could she when she LOVED HIM SOO MUCH...

Samrat Reached his hotel room and sat on his bed.. he felt hurt and happy at the same time.. His son hated him.. and his Chashmish was hurt seeing him everyday.. but he was happy.. that his Chashmish still missed him and loved him and that they had a son..! He stared blankly out of the window thinking about how to make his life normal.. he knew gunjan loved him as she cried.. He knew she still cared though she showed no concern.. But his son.. He hated him.. and he always had.. He didnt know how to convince him.. He just wanted to go hug him.. kiss him.. we wanted to hear him say dad.. or papa.. He had decided he would talk to him.. He had to..

The Next Day Breakfast at Bhushans was quiet... And So was Samrats breakfast... Samrat decided to meet aditya that day.. He decided to go after his school gets over!... The whole day gunjan couldnt concentrate on her work mohit noticed that.. he decided to give her some work to make her busy!

M: Hi Gunjan!

Gunjan was still.. she was thinking about samrat.. she just didnt know what to tell him.. how should she get him out of singapore.. out if their lives!

M: GUNJAN!?!

She jumped in her place..

G: yes Sir!

M: Sir?

G: Im sorry.. mohit!

M: better.. whats wrong with you? Tum itni khoyi hui kyun ho?

G: Kuchh nahi.. bas.. yuhi..Adi ke baare main soch rahi thi..

M: (sitting down..) Achha?

G: Hmm..

M: Jhoot..

G: Tumhe aisa kyun lagta hain..?

M: Kyunki.. adi ke baare main sochte hi tumhare chehre pe hassi aati hai.. aise mayoos nahi hoti tum!

G: Woh bas..

M: Achha mat batao.. Mere saath lunch toh karogi na?

G: (hesitating) nahi.. mujhe bilkul mood nahi hai..

M: Gunjan.. tum apne friend ko mana karogi? *puppyface*

G: mohit.. tum mere dost hona.. samajhne ki koshish karo..!

M: Kaise samjhoo gunjan.. jab tak tum mujhe nahi bataogi ki hua kya!!

G: Kuchh nahi.. lunch? (changing the topic!)

M: Mere cabin main!

G: Matlab? Mujhe laga hum bahar ja rahe the?

M: nahi.. aaj maine kahan banaya hai!

G: WHAT?? (confusedd! Mohit always made her feel better! He was a true friend.. she always forgot her stress with him around his jokes and all.. and his kind gestures were very sweet..)

M: Haan! main achha khana banata hoon..

G: Ohh.. kaayy.. (doubtingg)

M: Dont worry khaane main zeher nahi hai! Aur namak bhi theek hai!

G: hmm.. theek hai! Main bas thodi der main aati hun..!

After Some Time she went for lunch to his cabin..

She knocked and went in.. Samrat was there..

Gunjan turned back to leave when mohit called her..

M: Gunjan! Ao naa!

Gunjan turned around and so did samrat they looked at each other had an eyelock and then gunjan forced herself and broke it! She could stare into those eyes for her whole life!

G: tum Mr.Shergill ke saath lunch kar rahe ho toh'

M: (almost immediately) nahi nahi.. woh toh bas ja hi rahe the.. ao na! Baitho..

(to samrat) Kya hum baaki lunch ke baad discuss kare.. Meri date Naaraz ho jayegii.!

Gunjans eyes widened and so did samrats!!! And mohit burst out laughing!

M: tum dono toh serious ho gaye.. Im sorry.. main mazaak kar raha tha!

S shook his head! (thinks) why was gunjan having lunch with him?! He didnt like him! He was too much into gunjan! He didnt like the fact! Not that he could stop them!

He stood up and left the room.. he just heard gunjan hit him on his arms while saying..

"You didnt have to say that infront of him!"

Samrat just left..

Gunhit (I made this name up, gunjan mohit! Lol!) had their lunch and talked and joked.. The food was actually delicious! Gunjan enjoyed herself..

M: achha aaj shaam party main milte hai!

G: Umm.. mohit main nahi'

M: Adi ko mere ghar drop kar dena.. ghar band kardena aur aa jana! Bas! Sameer hai na!

(Sameer was adityas best friend and Mohits son! Mohit's wife had died 10 years ago! Mohit had brought Sameer up!.. Gunjan was Mohit's only support when his wife died.. Mohit had loved his wife alot..)

G: Mera mood nahi hain..

M: gunjan har cheez main mood hona zaroori nahi hai.. kuchh cheeze bas karni hoti hai.. you have to come.. for me.. agar tum nahi aayi toh mujhe bohot bura lagega..

There was a small pause and before gunjan could answer mohit went on to say..

"Shit meri meeting hai... hope to see you at night!"

And he left the room! Gunjan thought for sometime and agreed.. she texted mohit that she would be there.. ONLY for him!

She got a reply..

"I kneww it! Lovee youuu!!"

She shook her head.. Mohit said I love You for anything she did for him! Huh.. It was so easy for him.. but for her it meant so much! She took almost a month to realise she was in love.. and more than year to realise it was all over!.. She pushed the thoughts out of her mind and started to work..
